Ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap while ordering coffee next door. Just needed a quick meal between games. I had to wait 25 minutes for the wrap and that was asking how much longer it was going to take. The service was super slow, watching the cooks in back moving at snail speed and seemed very disorganized. I only had one family in front of me with an order as I walked in. Overall the food was subpar and definitely not worth $14 for the wrap. read more

Ok, so admittedly, I have avoided this place because of the absolutely negative reviews that I have read. But they say that they are under new management now so, being a wing lover, I thought, why not give the new owners my own honest opinion. So here it is... I only eat one type of wings, and it is lemon-pepper, all flats (my WingStop go to). Got them here and ...... they were actually really good. And to top it off, the service was excellent. I will come back and give another update as to how the new ownership is doing, but as for now, I will say that Sienna might finally have its very own decent wing spot. The Commissary (formerly Wing Station) is being rebranded as a new local spot in Sienna. We decided to try this place after we found out they were under new management by Mike and Bean Here Coffee. We love supporting local and this place easily gives us reason to do so. The wings are huge and full of flavor. We ordered the Korean Pepper (Korean BBQ) and the Garlic Herb Parmesan and were not disappointed. This is probably my new go to wing spot in the area. Our 5 year old is super picky and gave his stamp of approval for the boneless wings and fries. They seem to be working out some kinks as they transition to new management but the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's great to see that they are open to suggestions on how they can improve the restaurant. They also added breakfast tacos to the menu, which I'm excited to try. I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the future! read more

I got the BLT add avocado and it was delicious. The bacon was actually crispy! I really enjoyed how the lettuce was layered on the sandwich. The chips were super good as well. I was confused when the salsa came in 3 little taco sauce containers. It made it so you couldn't dip the chips. Service was friendly and the environment was very chill. read more

These breakfast tacos were not it for me. Upon opening the foil they're wrapped in, it smelled like the packaged flour tortillas, like Mission Tortillas. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese taco, and potato, egg, and cheese. The potato egg and cheese taco had so much black pepper seasoning on it and that's the only thing I could taste. Like every potato piece was glittering in black pepper. The other taco didn't have the black pepper issue, it was just boring. Overall, these tacos were giving gas station taco vibes, but not the ones with the taqueria inside (those are usually bomb!). These were more like Circle K quality in the deep suburbs, a little cold and stale. Maybe that's why... The tacos are small and they were each $3.00 with some change. For tastier breakfast tacos I recommend the extra drive and visit the Michoacan meat market on highway 6, Tornado Taco on Murphy Road, or drive down 521 to any of the food trucks there. "Skip the line, order online" is what it says on their flyer. Well, I did that, twice, and both times I had to wait with no line at the store. It's quite annoying when you expect your order ready when you go and pick it up. As for the food, the wings are smaller than Wing Stop wings. Lemon Pepper and Teriyaki were a bit salty for my taste. Honey hot was good. Not sure if I will order there again. But if I do and have to wait after ordering it online, that will be strike 3 and they are out. read more

Posting this review before I've even eaten the food because the restaurant is so appalling, which is NOT the fault of the hardworking ladies behind the counter. The least of their worries was that the menu, handwritten on a dry-erase board, is disorganized and inconspicuous enough that another customer mistook what appeared to be an elementary schooler's display about the Philippines, which contained pictures of a few Filipino dishes, for the menu. I do not know why the child's Philippines project was displayed in the restaurant. Additionally, the menu board was placed at knee height next to a stool so that part of it was inevitably erased by customers climbing on and off the stool, causing the beleaguered staff to have to orally list a dozen-ish chicken wing flavors for one customer that I personally saw. There are flies inside the restaurant which are currently in my hair and pant legs. They are out of boneless chicken, of which half the menu is apparently comprised. Overheard another customer order some other ingredient they were out of. They were also out of something else, which was disclosed to me when I picked up my food. There was a pot on the floor. It was not empty. Let's charitably assume it was used cooking oil not to be served. When I placed my order, I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later, and waited more than 20 more minutes. There were 2 employees drowning in phone calls, point of sale, cooking, and cleaning, in addition to having to tell customer after customer that a large portion of the menu was unavailable. One of them was obviously new, which is not inherently bad. They were doing their best but could not possibly have kept up. Those poor women were set up for failure. The place is woefully insufficiently stocked and staffed. The worst part wasn't the erased menu or the flies or the nearly hour-long wait for 20 chicken wings. It was the queasiness I felt for the employees. I was looking forward to having a place so near my house that I could walk to when I didn't feel like cooking. Shame. read more

So I ordered my wings online so I could pick them up after work. $11 for 10 bone in wings. I get there and there is big sign that says .60 cent bone in wings every wed. So I like sir that was not advertised online. He says it's only for call in or walk in orders. SIR MY NAME IS NOT BOO BOO DA FOOL! now you know damn well you saw my order and could have easily rectified the situation when you saw the ticket. SuperBowl Sunday they were unable to fill pre-paid orders. Young guy behind the counter was poorly trained and had no idea how to handle the crowd that had formed outside to pickup their pre-paid orders. At 4:30 there were 25 people lined up outside with pickup times that had passed. There was no explanation, no estimation of when the wings would be ready and no customer service at all. I really liked this place when it first opened but it's quickly and consistently gone down hill. After our order last birth, we have resolved to not order here anymore as our money is just better spent somewhere else. This mostly makes me sad because I want to support local but it's no longer worth it as our last few orders were a nightmare. First, we ordered an 8 boneless wing combo for my husband and I to share. We picked it up and came home to only 6 wings. I called the store and they told me I could come back in 20 minutes and pick up 2 more wings. No thank you. Next time we ordered the 8 boneless wing combo we received bone-in wings. This time when I called the store, they offered to deliver a new batch of boneless wings. Inconvenient but at least their customer service was better. Last night, we ordered 8 boneless wing combo and the wings had drastically shrunk. Previously, they served chicken fingers as their boneless wings but now they were serving small nuggets. They are charging the same price as before but literally serving half the food. Additionally, the combo comes with a dressing choice and I paid $.99 extra to get an extra serving of ranch. Not surprisingly, they didn't include the extra ranch that I paid for. Finally, the wings were hardly sauced. Previously, they would serve their wings almost dripping in the sauce but this time, they were nearly dry. Overall, I'm sad to see one of our favorite take out places make such a huge decline in their service and quality. After the 3rd bad experience in a row, we're done. read more

Pretty bad. Onion rings were very obviously burnt to the point where the breading was black in places. We ordered garlic parmesan fries and rather than tossing the fries in the seasoning it was just dumped on top of the fries so they were an unpleasant greasy mess. The boneless wings were very dry. This is a great local establishment with really great wings. They offer both bone-in and boneless. Something important to note is that this is a strictly to-go type of place. There is no room to dine, so be prepared to call or place your order online, and then pick up. You can also order once you get there, but the wings are prepared fresh, so you'll be waiting quite a while (there are chairs for this purpose). They have some pretty good combo options available, and they are always very generous with the fries. I've tried several flavors, and they're all good. I like my wings "extra wet", and they are always generous when I ask for my wings this way. If you're picky with fries, theirs are a large wedge type. I'm normally more of a thin fries/buffalo chip person, but this isn't a deal breaker. The only downside is the quality of my wings aren't always 100%. Granted, they make them fresh, but there have been times they're a little too much on the crunchy side, and aren't as tender on the inside. That being said, the sauces are definitely on point here, so they make up for that small flaw. read more

Don't be afraid to try based on previous reviews. I was hesitant but pleasantly surprised. Everything was good and well sauced. Chicken was an average size (not too small). I ordered online and it was ready a little early and hot when I got it home. I ordered a few a la carte wings so I could try multiple flavors. Honey BBQ, Medium and Teriyaki wet wings. The lemon pepper, jerk and plain dry rubs. They were all good. I personally didn't care for the taste of the teriyaki but it was cooked well. The plain was just ok; cooked well, but slightly lacking in flavor. My guess is it's the same wings fried plain before the sauce/seasoning is added and therefore light on flavor so it doesn't compete with the next layer. It's NOT flavorless, but very lightly salted which is probably a good thing. The next test will be consistency, so I'll have to see what happens the next time. But definitely willing to order again. 4 stars because I consider 5 stars the best I've had, but compared to local options it's a 5 star. read more

Husband and I are new to the area and looking for new places found this place. Tried to have twice and they were closed each time on random days and times. Finally caught them open online and placed an order for pickup. Walked in and absolutely no one was in there. 1st impression was the place was dirty and dingy mess everywhere. 10 minutes later an someone casually walked in from next door surprised to see me. I had to ask her if she worked there. Got my order and she stated they were out of a side I paid for so they replaced it with celery and carrots. (Without asking). Told her we didn't eat that and she said oh ok and just stood looking at me. Asked if she was going to give me something else or a refund she said she didn't know she had to ask and just stood there looking at me I'm like ok. 10 minutes later someone else walks in she explains he said they'll give me a refund on the back end. Needless to say it never happened. Never got a refund. The food was awful. It was reheated and cold. So awful service, awful food, dirty restaurant and not got my refund. Stay away from this place.
