Voted one of the best burgers in nj?! Somebody is lying about that. The burger isn't bad but not the best I have had. The pig mac is a big portion with good flavor. The burger fell apart while eating it. It is a heavy burger so come hungry. The Bbq sauce wings were good. I enjoyed the crunch on the wings. Fries were delicious. Great food, great atmosphere, excellent variety. The staff is fantastic. They are welcoming and friendly, and the specialty drinks are innovative and tasty. The only negative is the current lack of a full menu on the roof deck. I wanted a burger, and my wife wanted one of the grilled cheese sandwiches, but the roof has a special limited menu. So we went upstairs and had a drink while we waited for our table and then ordered our dinner downstairs when they sat us at our table. read more

Terrific roofdeck bar to complement its center-of-gravity "hot" location on Main Street Manasquan. Gathered long-time-no-see Jersey Shore friends and we all had a blast with drinks, food and service from bartender Molly. All prices were moderate and we took advantage of that. Live not-so-loud music added a great vibe to the easy friendliness of the staff. We were fully entertained! We will back with family to try more food in the downstairs. Highly recommend! read more

Every time I come get I am surprised at how good everything is. This time I orders the challah French toast with bacon and it was all so good. Just enough bacon and the 2 slices of toast were just enough. My date orders the cheeseburger with a salad and he was pleased. They must make their blue cheese dressing in house. Nice looking, clean place. Friendly. The cost is a little high. Coffee is $5 a 16 oz thermos (strange). I got the red velvet pancakes. Pancakes had no flavor except in the cream cheese frosting. Came with one side for $13. They need to come in before the place opens to warm it up for breakfast. This place is freezing. $41 for breakfast for my husband and I. He had a wrap and iced tea. This is my favorite restaurant BY FAR. The seating, service and food is amazing. My suggestion is to get the old school buffalo wings as well as tomato soup, the cost is only about 15 bucks for that! The ambience is also very pleasing. Overall, I think many will enjoy their dining at Committed Pig! read more

Four of us came here after the beach. the young women at the desk were pleasant and let us choose our seating. Our waiter, Vin, could not be better. we all had specific needs for our Cobb salads. Mini-Me and I LOVE it here. Its a cute little restaurant decorated sweetly and the staff if young, cool and fun to talk too. What I always impressed with are how beautiful and hearty the salads are and if you choose a side salad to go with a burger or sandwich, they surely dont skimp, and the green goddess dressing is flavorful and perfect. Mini-Me ordered the Mac N Cheese Burger with fries. It was incredible the toasted sourdough bread YUM. I ordered the Cheeseburger it was meaty-cheesey-mouthwater goodness. I had the side salad which had crispy cucumbers, grape tomatoes, purple onion, all mixed wih greens. It was a wonderful lunch, service was attentive and food was delicious. I absolutely loved this place! Came for brunch/lunch around 12:30 on Super Bowl Sunday, no wait for a party of 3. It's BYO- so bring whatever you like to drink and there's a liquor store down the street if you were like us and didn't remember. I ordered the Good Morning Burger with pork roll and a fried egg -- it was delicious. They serve their Burgers 3 ways: rare, medium or well. The waitress advised if you like Medium Rare go with "rare" so I did and it was perfect. They use Pat Lafrieda meat and I'm a huge fan of places that do - it's a blend so you don't just get a huge chunk of flavorless meat. I got waffle fries as my side and lets be honest, who doesn't love waffle fries??? The other two I was with split the Cookie Dough pancakes which they really liked. It came with choice of bacon or sausage and some form of side, they got the cheesy grits. They said the grits were ok. They also split the Croque Madame and said it was delicious. Overall, the burgers are amazing and I will definitely be coming back to try some others. I give them 5 stars for the burger, based on the others review of their items it probably would have been 4 stars otherwise. read more

Excellent spot to grab brunch and lunch. My sister-in-law and I were in town for a music festival and needed something hearty to soak up all the beer we were about to consume :) Side note, BYOB. I could have gone for a mimosa but oh well. The inside is cute. Loved the mismatched chairs and the cool wallpaper. The menu had so many good choices and to start out, something I typically wouldn't have gotten, the spinach & artichoke dip- so amazing! It was thick, but creamy, really flavorful. The tortilla chips were great with it, but the toasted bread was phenomenal. We devoured this dish. I'm a BIG pork roll fan and was happy to see a selection on the menu dedicated to just pork roll sando's. I went with the French Connect. Lots of gooey melty Gruyere, hash browns, mustard, lettuce (hold the tomato) and layers of pork roll. I add a sunny side up egg for the fun of it. I got the waffle fries as my side, but really I meant to say fresh fruit. Definitely would stop in again when I'm in town. The wait for the Saturday we went was maybe 15 minutes top. read more

Service was friendly and quick... placed order and paid over the phone, food was waiting on the table when I walked in. Fiesta salad which was DELICIOUS! It is aptly named because it felt like a party in my mouth. It had tomatoes, black beans (my fave at the moment), chorizo, avocado, and these bomb tortilla strips that I could have eaten by themselves... with a savory-sweet honey chipotle dressing.. It wasn't juicy, and it didn't have much flavor. Unfortunately, the onion strings were burnt to a crisp. There was no bbq sauce or any flavor of bbq sauce on my burger either. The waffle fries were ok/good. I ordered the fried red velvet Oreos for dessert which were the best part of my meal here! They were really good! It came with a dip, but it was bland. The dip needed some type of sweetness to it to compliment the fried red velvet Oreos. Came to the Commited Pig for a late brunch and so glad to have finally checked it off my list. Yelp gives you a live estimated wait time. Which made our arrival that much easier. There is a tiny lot in the back but we were able to find street parking right away. It is BYOB, so remember that if you're in the mood for a cocktail of sorts. I struggled with what to order (couldn't decide between the special or one of the burgers) but ended up going with one of the specials which was Apple stuffed French toast. I figured, the specials are once in a blue, but the menu items will most likely always be there. The French toast was so delicious. I wouldn't say that it was necessarily "stuffed" but I still really enjoyed it. Needless to say, I will be back very soon to try the brie burger. read more

Our meals came out fast which was amazing since usually hamburgers take longer to cook. We figured out how that happened: they were two smashburgers on a bun, so quick cooking. Stopped in for dinner after visiting Manasquan for the first time and glad I stumbled into this place for an early dinner. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had Christmas tunes playing. Ordered off the specials menu and it came out the fastest I've ever seen an entree come out. Maybe 10 minutes for a burger and sweet potato fries. Came here around 8pm on Memorial Day and there were two other tables there besides us. I had the Rutgers Taylor Ham sandwich with sweet potato fries. Their serving sizes are massive. The amount of fries they gave were enough to basically feed my table of four. You would think a fat-sandwich like burger would be super greasy considering it had chicken tenders, Taylor ham, and fried cheese but it wasn't. Somehow I felt guilt-free eating it, despite all the fried food that it contains. I was only able to eat half of it and I warmed it back up in the microwave the following day.
