Located on the green in Morristown. Street metered parking. I came here for the first time for my brother's birthday brunch. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. If you order coffee, I believe it was about $6, but they serve it in a thermos which holds about 2 cups...so it's up to your discretion whether that's worth it or not. I ordered one of their pork rolls with sweet potato waffle fries. It was pretty good and their servings are pretty big. I had a lot of fries to take home, mmmm!! My brother ordered their red velvet pancakes which came with cream cheese sauce. Ya, 5 stars!! I was invited here for a quick business lunch and was blown away by how damn good the food was! My Baked Brie hamburger was amazing. I wasn't even really hungry but I wanted to order another, after totally finishing the first one, to take home! It was that good. Fresh, hot and soooo good! The weather was perfect so we sat outside and it was so breezy. The sun wasn't in our faces either. I got the Melvin and my friend got the Croque Madam without ham because she's vegetarian. The food came out really fast. I did have a piece of hair in my food though.... but I just ignored it. The sandwich I got was sooooo good. Great byob brunch spot with affordable prices. Centrally located right off the Morristown Green square, this place is a carnivore's heaven. I tried the Good Morning burger ($14), which is topped with authentic NJ pork roll and sunny-side-up egg. The egg was perfectly cooked so that the yolk dripped nicely over the burger when you cut into it. The beef patty was nicely seasoned and came out medium, as I requested. The fries were a little underdone, but the burger was so huge I didn't have room for fries anyway. My only complaint is that the soft, squishy bun could not hold up to the weight of the burger, pork and egg. I ended up ditching the bun and eating the dish with a fork and knife. My friend is a vegetarian and there were many veggie dishes on the menu to satisfy the non-meat-eating crowd. She tried the falafel burger ($13) and she said it was nicely cooked and seasoned. Yelp recommended this place to me years ago! Since then this place has been one of mom's favorite burger spots. It was voted as the best burger joints in Morris County. At times it can get a bit crowded, though it's for good reason. The steer herder is my favorite burger here, it's basically a southwest burger served with bacon, sautéed onions and topped with barbecue sauce. Order Lemonade which is fresh and diet soda. The Diet comes in another jar while they serve the lemonade in plastic cub with lid. GIANT LEMON on bottom of cup means there is like 3 OZ of liquid in cup NO REFILLS ON LEMONDADE not that we were asked, but lemonade was actually really good. Chopped Salad with Dressing was good sized portion tasty and fresh. The "PIG MAC" .. their version of the Big Mac was a excellent burger though a bit pricey $16.00 it came with waffle fries which were lukewarm. Server had same I don't want to be here attitude as the hostess not stopping by to see if everything was ok.. never offering water refill or to see if another soda would be needed. The glazed donut was awful (think grocery store donut) and super soggy. Don't get this! Mac & Cheese Burger: My favorite! The mac & cheese is creamy, the burger is juicy, and the sourdough is toasty. I definitely feel awful after eating this (so salty and so greasy) but it's worth it every once in a while. Cinnamon Crunch French Toast: I love french toast so I really enjoyed this. There were plenty of choices on the menu and I really appreciated the gluten-free options for the burger buns. However, an additional $3 for a GF burger bun is a bit steep, unless they are making them from scratch or ordering from a fancy bakery, you're halfway to buying 6 of them at the grocery store. But I guess that's what you get for convenience and getting to enjoy a GF burger bun. I ordered the Mr.Beautiful turkey burger which was good, the burger itself was light on flavor, but the cheese and jalapenos were good. I also ordered the sweet potato waffle fries which hit the spot. They are also BYOB which is a plus! However, we brought prosecco and were given OJ which we didn't ask for, and then were charged for it. I just wished the server asked us first because we didn't intend to use OJ our drinks. I've been here many times over the past several years and have yet to leave disappointed or hungry (full for a good 12 hours is more like it). Having only had dinner and burgers here I can't comment on brunch menu but can say it's one of if not the best burger I've ever had, specifically the baked brie. It's BYOB although there are plenty of bars within a 5 min walk. Even if there is an occasional wait the food is brought out super quickly. First time here after hearing a lot about this place. It's a pretty casual but comfortable spot that's BYOB. We were seated right away which was nice because it got crowded really quickly. We had wine with us and right away the waitress brought us ice and wine glasses without us even asking. I heard a lot about their burgers but have to try one next time I come. Prices are reasonable. Service was quick. Only thing that rubbed us the wrong way was the waitress starting clearing plates when some of us were still eating. Even though they weren't actually rushing us, her doing that still kind of made us feel rushed, which we didn't really like. Not sure if it's a place that prefers a quick turn around.
