The Container Store is the answer to every closet organizers dream. Closet as in secret or closet as in storage room in your home. As I walked in and scanned the rows and rows of glorious boxes and containers I could hardly "contain myself." Sorry, but I thought I should work in their slogan somewhere. All the handy storage solutions actually made me squeal. Boxes as far as the eye could see, great and small. Some items served as comic releif. Some were ridiculously useless and some had the funniest models on the price tags. One of the models had an expression on her face that made me wonder just exactly what the plastic sandwich holder had done for her. All in all this store made me very happy. This is no ordinary container store. Its a massive container store with lots of little tinkers and tops and little toy boxes. Anything that can possibly have a lid, it had it. I walked in there looking for a storage box and ended up with a hamper... I don't know how that happened, but it did. The store itself is huge! So huge to the point you will find yourself in shock as what constitutes a container. I am writing because I had a very unhappy, unfulfilling and thoroughly frustrating experience in the Century City Store last month. Like thousands of other Americans, I fell in love with The Home Edit show on Netflix. I binge watched the entire series and then made plans to get the "product" they were using to make my home more efficient, less cluttered and more organized. I measured shelves and had a mental picture of what I was going shopping for. I drove 15 miles from my home to the Century City mall as that was the closest location of the Container Store. I was prepared to buy a lot. Because we are still in a pandemic in the Los Angeles area, I arrived with mask and waited outside the store until it was safe to enter. The security guard stationed outside let in 2 people for every 1 person that left, so by the time I entered, it was pretty crowded. I did not feel as safe as I thought I would. At the entrance, I stopped to read a sign posted that listed the company's "foundation principles." 1. 1 great person = 3 good people. We only hire great people. I found only one great person in the store, and that was a man named David Slack. More about him later. 2. Communication is Leadership. We believe in practicing consistent, reliable, predictable, effective, thoughtful, compassionate and courteous communication. 3. The best selection, service & price: great pricing doesn't have to be mutually exclusive of great service and selection. 4. Intuition does not come to an unprepared mind. The best possible customer service begins with well-trained employees. 5. Man in the desert selling: we're trained to astonish our customers with customized solutions, not just products. 6. Air of excitement: 3 steps in the door, and you know if a retail store has it. I'm sorry to say they failed on most of those. I strolled every aisle and was impressed to see stickers on the floor telling customers which way to go so proper social distancing could be maintained. However, no one followed those directions, not even the employees, so the aisles were crowded places with little space between people. But the most frustrating thing was the lack of signage and the utter lack of pricing. No stickers on the products, and most of the shelves had white blank spaces where the price should be. So, as a customer, it was hard to do any comparison shopping. I had no idea what I was buying, what it could be used for or how much it cost. At one point I asked an employee if there was a scanner like they have in Target, so I could at least find out myself, but he said, "no, we don't have one of those." I asked how would I find out how much an item cost? He said, any time you find something, just come and find an employee and we will help you. But I can't help you right now because I'm with someone." There was a section with signage above marking it The Home Edit section, with hardly any product in it, and no sets, as advertised. The line to the 3 cashiers went all the way to the back of the store, another indication there were too many people in the store. When I arrived with my 2 measly items, since I had not been able to find anything else I came in for, nor anyone who had the time to help, I was greeted by David Slack, who asked how my experience was, listened compassionately to my frustration, validated my feelings and then said it was a great company to work for in terms of how well they treated their employees, benefits for part timers, etc. He acknowledged that many shelves had no signage ad no pricing and said that even employees complain about that but they have not gotten much response from corporate. So, unless The Container Store steps up its game, I see no reason to return. I didn't get what I came in for, I didn't feel safe, and the line was so long I ended up having to pay for parking on the way out because they don't even validate. I might as well just go to Bed, Bath and Beyond, where there are less people allowed in at a time, there are always people who stop what they are doing to help and they offer 20% off coupons that come in my email. The Home Edit was a great idea, but they don't live up to the hype. I came in wanting the entire kitchen/pantry starter kit, and I left with one small bamboo lazy susan and a lint roller. And I wrote the corporate offices and never heard any response from them, so obviously customer service is not a priority. read more

WORST experience! They promised to have my online items ready the same day, then the order gets delayed with no update on new pickup time. I called the store to ask and they said it'll be a few days to fulfill my order. I cancelled the order, they CHARGED my gift card, sent a confirmation that my order was now ready. I go to the store to pick up the order and they don't have it bc I cancelled it earlier. Yet...they charged my gift card and sent me a pickup notice, never sent a cancellation notice. COMPLETE insanity. I'm now having to deal with corporate to get my gift card refund! Manager Rubin is rude, condescending, unprofessional. read more

This store's service gets an A+. A boon for people like me who are at their wit's end & are spatially challenged. They gave me 2 demos on how to set up my new Elfa shelving system. I thought I had it going on. I got home & started to assemble it & found out I had a 17" & a 21" stabilization foot. That's 2 different sized bottoms. Back to the store to return the 17" foot. While waiting for them to retrieve the matching 21" foot, oh my, I found another item I could use, a mini laundry cart. Since I'm not the mechanical wiz, I asked the staff if I could take it as is, already assembled. He asked the cashier, "no such luck, sorry ma'am." Another staff overheard us & asked a supervisor, who readily agreed. The supervisor came over, "no problem, we'll have another one made this week." Apparently they assemble store merchandise for FREE DURING THE WEEKDAYS ONLY, with at least a 2 hour advance notice. Buy something, shop for awhile & return, presto, it's together! Just beware of the parking fees. read more

This store is just terrific! Really it is. As implied by the name of the store, they sell many, many types of containers....of course. But the selection, as well as the types of containers, and the variety of products just makes this store a place for one-stop shopping. Case in point: On my most recent visit 2 weeks ago, I bought office supplies, Christmas/Holiday items, and small containers for travel purposes. I realize this is such a eclectic mix of items, but I was only looking for Christmas items, and I as I passed through the office and travel sections, I found things that I needed at a good price. Besides office and travel sections, they also have items for bathroom, kitchen, and home. I always make it a point to look thru the travel aisle as I'm always looking to replace luggage tags, containers for shampoo or lotion, or just to peruse latest travel accessories they have in store. Bottom Line: Contain yourself. =) read more

I LOVE the Container Store. Walking down the isles and looking at all the different drawers they is just inspiring. I'm definitely in need of getting a little more organized. Container Store + Apartment Therapy + Houzz= A great start to getting organized. This particular location is very nice! I personally prefer the Pasadena location just because of a few factors. The Pasadena store seems to have more product just because it's two stories. Also, it's a little tricky loading larger items into your car since the parking is underground. With the Pasadena Container Store loading items is easy because they have a system where an employee pushes out your items for you and the valet brings out your car and then the employee loads it into your car. Overall, this location is very clean, the staff is remarkably helpful and cheery and you can find anything you need for your home. Need a Stainless Steel Fort-Knox trash bin that would keep in any odors that might happen since the 2 I had previously purchased at Target failed miserably. They really do have great stuff, though. I've had some water issues with the Watertight clear containers (but I bought 25) but I love love LOVE their wrapping paper, gift boxes, 5-step ladder, shoe boxes, message boards, holiday storage, hangers, oak stemware rack, file holders...hmm. This place is an OCD persons dream. And that's me! I never spend less than an hour in the store. I usually come for one particular item and end up coming up with 3-4 additional items that will make my life easier. The way they have the aisles set up you really can visualize how it will work for you plus design ideas. The staff are always attentive and helpful but never overbearing. (Which I HATE) on my visit today I got a shoe rack and some much needed stackable plastic containers to store away a lot of new holiday decorations. I also made an appointment with the closet storage department. I'm excited about that! Great store. read more

Introduced to them through work when we ordered some custom shelving from them. They turned out looking great - very clean, modern lines. Since that time, I discovered that I LOVE their products! I regularly browse their website for organization tips and their latest sales. Most of the time, I just use their ideas for organization as inspiration because their products are expensive and many of them automatically become inflated in price when they fall under the specific label of "organization tool." You can get similar containers at Target for cheaper, over-the-door hooks at Ross, and even make your own magazine holders with pretty contact paper and cereal boxes. However, you will have to go to a lot of different places to find what you want/like whereas it's all in one place and nicely curated at the Container Store. Occasionally, I splurge on an item or two whenever there is something I can convince myself I really need around the house and isn't too ridiculously priced. It has to be something that can't be found anywhere else though or be something I can't replicate myself. I use the Click and Ship option to send items to my local store so I don't need to pay for shipping. At my local store (at the Century City mall), the employees are extremely busy so I find it hard to get help from employees (there's never one in sight when you have a question!). It takes them awhile to retrieve your order as well so while I am waiting, I have time to roam around the store, ogling all their pretty items and exclaiming every once in a while "Wow! That's so smart! Whoever thought of that is a genius!" read more

Store is pretty impressive in terms of content, but I think that's standard between all stores. Very cute holiday things up on display and neat and unique containers everywhere! The people I spoke to were pretty nice, but I did ask for more of one item, to which a new employee told me that everything was already out on display (she was told by another veteran employee to tell me everything was already out on the shelves). When another gentleman came to help me out, he looked in a drawer under the stock and found me a couple more of what I needed. The cashier was friendly and efficient as well. The only thing I would suggest is consistency between the employees. If one is going to check for more stock, all should do the same (or if one wants to stick with the story that all items are out on the floor, then all should follow suit). I am obsessed with their ELFA and have over the years built 7 closets, 4 for myself and 3 for friends, 2 laundry rooms and 1 garage workroom. It is the easiest system to install and I love the versatility. I have on occasion reconfigured the layout and build additional spaces with minimal additional pieces. The customer service here is great. And I love the pick up area and concierge service they provide by bringing items to your vehicle. read more

This store is a dream for compulsive neurotics and neat freaks -- and, because all the merchandise is so cool, is likely to make compulsive neurotics and neat freaks out of even the sloppiest of people. It's a great place, in other words. I'm not a neat freak, but I do like my space organized, and I get a good feeling when I've tamed some chaos. I've bought a lot of boxes and things from the Container Store over the years, and I've always been pleased with the quality of their product and its suitability to the job you have. (I'll also admit that I've bought a few things which looked really cool and exciting in the store which I've never put to use. But that's more my fault than the Container Store's.) My latest job was getting rid of the piles of clutter in my home office. I found some great solutions which also look good. It's very satisfying to look at a clear desk. The Century City store is the most convenient for me. The selection is enormous, the condition of the store excellent, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Some of their best stuff isn't cheap, but I've never felt it was a rip-off: quality comes at a price. I find it hard to believe that there are people left who haven't experienced the Container Store. If they do exist and you're one of them, you should give the place a try. The Century City store is a great place to start. read more

This store is nice and I love all the products here. They now carry Poppin, the super colorful office supplies brand. And other regular brands have followed suit and have also started selling very colorful filing cabinets too. I have bought a lot of the clear shoe organizers here and then many years later found similar ones at the 99 cents only store. The service here is friendly, they have a bathroom you can use, and it is always clean, organized, and fun to browse the aisles. read more

2014 YELP 365 CHALLENGE - 116/365 Love this store! This place is an organizational lover's dream! They have EVERYTHING you could ever imagine for storage/organizational solutions, it's absolutely fantastic. This store is located on the upper level at the Westfield Century City Mall in the southwest corner of the mall, right next to Pink Taco restaurant. I came here the other day to buy storage solutions for my makeup vanity. I knew I wanted clear acrylic storage systems and The Container Store was just the place to find them! Upon entering the store, they had HUGE signs EVERYWHERE of an annual sale they had going on at the moment, where ALL school/office supplies were discounted. Since some of the acrylic items I wanted were in the office department, I got them for discounted prices! I didn't even know there was a sale going on and fully intended to buy at full price, but discovering there was a sale was definitely a pleasant surprise! I ended up getting an acrylic 24-lipstick holder which I am in LOVE with and having been wanting for months. Surprisingly enough, it was cheaper at The Container Store than on Amazon! I bought mine for $7.99 (full price, wasn't discounted), and on Amazon I've seen it run for at least $13-14. So good! I also got two wire shelves, and a clear 3-drawer storage thing for some of my makeup. While checking out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to become a member of their POP rewards program. I forget what it means/stands for. Usually I am pretty hesitant about rewards programs because they try to get you to open a debit/credit card with the store. Fortunately the POP program is just a rewards program and doesn't require to open a debit/credit account, so I signed up! I think you just get email updates on sales, promotions, etc. and supposedly you get a free gift on your birthday! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend going to The Container Store. Shopping for "going back to school" day was always my own personal Waterloo. Why? Because I wanted the gigantic box of crayons. Not the dinky one. I wanted the one with Burnt Umber. Of course, I never used it. Who did? But I wanted it. So every year my Mother and I got into the same silly fight. She would say, "But it only says 64 on the list." And I would say, "But Mommmmm. Everyone else will have the big box and I'll look stupid and they'll all make fun of me." I was awkward enough as it was. I was all knees. And sports? Oh hell no. I would scrape all 100 of knees at once. I needed a medic to follow me around with an industrial size spray bottle of Bactine and a flotilla of bandaids. But at the Container Store? I am Queen of the "F*ing" playground. A pencil holder I don't really need? Check. A stationary organizer I have no use for? You better check. A paper clip holder shaped like a paper clip? Checkity. But I do get my Moleskine notebooks from here and I would be lost without them. The only reason I give this wonderful place four stars is because it brings out the worst of the consumer in me. Now. There are different kinds of women in this great and vast world. There are women who can't go to a shoe store without buying up the lot, there are women who go gaga over purses and even ladies who like unmentionables. I go CRAZY for containers. I love containing things. It is my second favorite pastime. I will contain a container, so it is clear that I must stay away from a store that is all about nifty organization. Truthfully, I can't even walk by this store with out getting the need to clean. I get just one sniff of container, and it's like I am ready to buy even more variations of the glorious container. Shivers go down my spine when I think of how they organized the store, its so brillz. There is a bedroom section, which of course has no slip hangers, which I swear by. They also have great ways to maximize space in your closet. They have helpful laundry containers, awesome eco-friendly trash cans ... The list truly goes on. I love to shop office. They have an excellent selection of great and lest we forget cute office organizational supplies. They have an excellent travel section, where you can get super cute luggage, tags, and bottles for all your travel goodies. I, without fail, buy a nifty gadget, that I barely use in the buckets on the way to the cash register. They also have great scrap booking supplies and great ways to make your gifts looks super presentable if you aren't Martha Stewart. All in all, it's a must go! read more

This is definitely your one stop shop for spring cleaning, or cleaning any time of the year. I had to visit a couple times this week and the experience was overall pleasant. I bought many organizational pieces for my kitchen and it's literally doubled my space in my cabinets. If you know where to park in the garage you can take the elevator straight up to the store. The reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because I asked for help and couldn't find a living soul to help me. They could definitely use more staff. read more

This review is for THIS particular location, not The Container Store in general. Yesterday, I had $60 worth of items to return, and $150 in "pop perks" to spend, since in the last WEEK, I have spent over $1k in closet organization. I needed some more stuff to complete the closet I was working on, and found what I was looking for (with no assistance whatsoever). I went up to the cashier and was not greeted at all by the lady but simply she started to ring me up. I saw she rang me up for two items, and then when I put the rest of my stuff on the counter, she rang me up for all of that, and then one of the other items again. While doing this, she greeted an employee who walked into pick something up, and then said "HEY GIRL!" and proceed to talk to another employee who was working. She NEVER engaged me in conversation, it was as if I was bugging her while she was having social hour. I didn't even have a chance to say that she rang up the item twice. She used my pal perks and then when all was said and done, the total was $168.42, 18.42 I paid with my debit card, 150 in perks rewards. I then looked at my receipt and noticed that she charged me, as I had thought, for 4 of the item which I only had 3 of. She had over charged me by one of the items, which was $19.99.... STILL FOLLOWING? Cause it gets good. I explained to her that she over charged me (no apologies by her) and she said "thats weird, because I did everything separate, I don't know how I would have been able to overcharge you." "Well, you did." She proceeded to scan the receipt to do a return, and then handed me $1.81. Apparently, in order to do inventory, the receipt shows all of the items, but brought down in price because it takes all the items, and divides the amount I ACTUALLY have to pay, and gives them a new price. I explained to her that if she had NOT over charged me, I wouldn't have paid anything out of pocket, so why would I only get back 1.81? She was miffed, not only was I taking up her time, but I was then ARGUING WITH HER? How dare I. I told her I wanted my money back. She then gave me a receipt for another $16 in store credit to make up for it. WTF? She then called her condescending manager who interrupted me every time I tried to explain what was going on. My blood was boiling at this point. He literally put his hand in my face while saying "I will fix it, uh huh (with a shit eating grin)." He then instructed her to return everything and re-run it, and she then rolled her eyes and acted as if I had asked her to cut up my chicken for me at the dinner table. REMEMBER: THIS WASN'T MY FAULT! I then interrupted them both, and said, "since the math is so difficult here, I will make it easier on everyone. Go grab me another one of those items, and I will use it someway somehow." Best part? I then asked for the receipt, since I needed reimbursement for the 18.42, and she tried to give me the receipt, the store credit, and the 1.81!!! I thought older ladies were supposed to know math.... didn't they use an abacus to learn it on??? Sorry for the vent, but here I am 24 hours later and am STILL peeved about it. I looked everywhere, but if I could find them at all, they were in bulk and going for around $20. That's like two meals at Native Foods, so thanks but no thanks. In a last ditch attempt, I searched the internet and came across a page where someone was having a similar dilemma. The smartest person on earth replied, "You gotta check out The Container Store." I was blown away by the sheer variety of organizational items. When I first moved to LA, I bought my hangers and trash cans at Ralph's, because I had never needed to buy those things before and had no idea where to start. If only I had come here! It's basically everything you ever needed but didn't know where to look. I quickly found my perfect jar and then took an hour to soak in the store. I found a lazy susan that fit my narrow cabinet, and a small aluminum spray bottle I could use to spritz olive oil, both things I have tried to find before and failed. When I finally get around to spring cleaning (probably long after spring has ended, let's be real), I'll be coming here to get my shiz together. read more

I really like this place! The Container Store is like the little brother to Ikea and sells storage solutions for home and office. Offering an eclectic mix of products devoted to helping me simplify my crazy life. They offer thousands of innovative products to help disorganized people save space and time. The store layout is divided into lifestyle sections marked with brightly colored banners such as Closet, Kitchen, Office and Laundry. Wherever you look in the store, there's always someone in a blue apron ready to help. The only downside is that you are paying slightly high prices for plastic but they make up for it with a wide selection of products. If price wasn't an issue, I may just furnish my place entirely with plastic. Seriously, it's a fun store to shop and get creative ideas. read more

This place makes me think that if I did crack...this is how I would feel! lol I mean...walking into this place gives you a virtual addiction to shopping. Colors everywhere...items placed in nooks and crannies...rows and rows and ROWS of wrapping paper, ribbon, pre-assembled boxes. It's a gift giver's delight I tell ya! I did all my stocking stuffer Xmas shopping here after getting a catalog int he mail. A few items that I think are pretty damn cool (and pretty much ALL under $10 each!!): a stapler that doesn't require staples a plastic doggie bone that clips onto a collar and hold baggie to pick up poo! lol a magnetized trip-tic of recipe conversions (ie. such and such tablespoons equal a pint and cook a turkey for this amount of time) goo remover in the guise of wet wipes and one of my faves...you know those "do not disturb" signs for the door? well...they have one that's a pad of paper with "don't forget" on them!! GENIUS!!! I leave "honey-do's" on the door now and he can't escape the house without seeing it. lol read more

I am an efficient, attention-to-detail organization fiend. I very much like a special place for all the belongings in my home. In fact, I often troubleshoot for better organization and storage solutions. Sometimes, I ponder and ask myself these types of questions. I ask myself : * Is there a better way I can organize this? * What can I do to make accessing my stuff faster and easier, while maintaining a nice, clean image? * What makes clean-up an easier process? And I think, there must be other people out there who have this same problem. And there must be some gadget-smartie who have invented a contraption that should make life just a bit easier that is not a gimmick you would find on informercials at midnight -- though I must give major props to the inventors of the Magic bullet and George Forman grill. This is where the Container Store comes in. Seriously, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that makes organization more efficient and beautiful looking they carry in their store. No joke. While perusing the aisles, you will see something that makes you go "WOW! This will definitely make my life easier.. how smart! I would never think of owning something like this!" Then, you'll buy it, and it will help reduce your clutter. In my case, these are items that I have bought here that I rely on now to helped solve my organization problems: * containers galore in practically any dimension you want.. a container small enough that you can store food, items, efficiently in limited space or a container big enough to store a big vat of soup. * a little stand to hold up a souvenir plate from Paris. * a snazzy necklace organization stand. * a dish-tower I use to stack all my plates on multi-levels to most effectively use the small cabinet space I have in my kitchen * a compartment I can hook onto a shelf, to create a mini-shelf within a cabinet shelf * a push-pull levy multi-leveled spice rack you can pull from a high place The possibilities are endless. I love the Container store because I can find organization solutions here that I will never find elsewhere. Okay, or maybe I would have to go out of my way and dig very hard to find it. I would give this place 5 stars, except, honestly, their stuff is on the high-price marker. In other words, I am a cheap, frugal asian. Anything over $1 makes my forehead bead some sweat. I can spend numerous hours in this store going to every single isle and looking at all the stuff they have for organization. If only I had more $$$$ in my bank account I can assure you this store will gladly get a big chunk of it! This is one of my favorite places to shop. It's like Ikea's smaller and younger sister without the swedish names and meatballs. There is a container for everything and it's any organizer's dream. Their products range from practical to cute to creative to "I gotta have it" for the workspace, kitchen, bathroom, closets, and more. I have a ton of shoes and was able to buy a great shoe rack that is expandable and stackable. They have good quality products. I don't get that boner-esque feeling like I do at other stores (like Home Goods...LOVE!) but this is a great place to find the most random of containers and organizational products. Prices are higher here so the same jar I bought here for $12 I found at Target for $8. But, there are harder to find items here but please do your research if you want to save a buck. I am not organized person by nature. The container store helps me out with that. I can buy a plastic jug to keep my cereal in tack. I can buy color coded hangers for my shirts and clothes. This has been my 'go to' Container Store for many years. I have several items that I love and can't find anywhere else. Today I was called to the cash register with a wave and no request. I obliged and greeted the cashier with a smile (although we were both wearing masks). No response from her. This is a difficult time for all and while I understand we're all very fortunate to have people waiting on us I do think it's not too much to ask for some kindness and consideration from the person waiting on me. I purchased extra large container bins that I buy for storage. They're perfect for my needs. A very generous and considerate employee had stacked them for me and put them in my cart and taken them to the front while I shopped for other things. The woman at the cashier asked me to please take one out so she could see the bar code. I couldn't get it for her because they were literally stuck together. She sighed and instructed me to 'go to the window so I can come around do it myself' in a very inappropriate tone. The attitude was stunning and rude. I have no idea what kind of day she was having but to present herself to the public as if I was going to infect her without hesitation is difficult to understand, on my part. Her anxiety was palpable and insulting. We all get it...the threat of Covid sucks. However, a mask is a great deterrent and a positive outlook does wonders. I hope she can find a smile and calmness during this very difficult time...for her sake and the customers she's waiting on. read more

I have also noticed 3 out of 4 locations I have been to don't let you take the carts out - SF, Pasadena and this one. The Corta Madera store does though because it's situated in a strip mall type of setting with parking lot directly outside. read more

I love organization stores that sell "boxes of air" as my boyfriend likes to call it. Need to get more stuff, to store all my stuff... ah, consumerism. I love the variety--I don't love how expensive everything is. I have used the online order + pick up twice and both times I had to wait a long time to get my order when it should be speedy in and out... especially considering that there wasn't a line for pick ups and the line for the regular checkout disappeared within 5 minutes. Hint: sign up for the e-mail mailing list for 10% off coupon. They give 1 hour validation for pick up orders. read more

Whenever I feel my life falling apart and unraveling, I visit The Container Store. It calms the nerves. The prices are reasonable if you're picking up a few here-and-there organization products. Although, should you decide to go full-throttle in wrangling in your disorder, expect to pay a premium price. read more

So we've been without a closet for who knows how long, due to various remodeling projects. We considered the Home Depot route, but didn't want to end up with particle board pieces of "wood" that would eventually disintegrate with any moisture or time... Came here to check out the Elfa closet systems at the recommendation of a co-worker. We weren't quite sure if our closet would work out, especially at a reasonable price, but we opted for a reasonably basic set up which still looks pretty cool in my opinion. We'll be back for our other closets... :) We FINALLY get to start hanging clothes! :) read more

Customer service is definitely dead. Don't bother trying to call here to ask a question. They don't answer and then act like a*holes when you ask them why. The El Segundo location is better. Screw this store and the staff here! read more
