Couldn't recommend this spot enough! Great atmosphere and even better food. Everything on the menu looked delicious and I can't wait to come back to try something new. They serve breakfast and lunch all day. The space is a little small so be prepared for a little wait (especially on the weekends).

We celebrated my niece's birthday and this is one of her favorite restaurants My first time here and it's so cute! We went on a Thursday but I can see how it could get pretty busy on a weekend. They have my favorite brand of tea (Riishi) on the menu. So she and I had the Earl Grey Serving breakfast and lunch all day leaves all sorts of yummy things to choose from. I had the chicken pot pie and she had the kale and asparagus soup with a turkey Rueben. My husband had the cornbread waffle with pork green chile, what a creative dish!! Everything was fresh and delicious

Tasty brunch, friendly service at the bar, nice "non-chic-ified" neo-Victorian architecture vibe.

One of our go to places in the Denver area. Tasty food, excellent friendly service and relaxed and cheerful ambience.

Since the pandemic, I discovered that things have changed with the set up and that the orders are placed outside at the side window - actually, I love this idea! While it worked just fine inside, albeit always a bit of a tight squeeze because they're just so darn popular!, this option was really convenient and works wonderfully. The line moves quickly, there are several seating areas outside (I think there was indoor available for after you picked up your order but, I did not confirm - it was such a beautiful day to be outside anyway! The menu is pretty much the basics and several syrup options - I don't need fancy, just good coffee. They're also super doggo friendly ~ two dogs in front of me with their owners together and one of those pups was clearly a regular based on how quickly he jumped up to the window to get his biscuit... and another.... and another... the final jump, I was sure he was going to get himself up and into the window lol! Pricing is reasonable for the inflation we are all feeling at this time, service is very friendly and fast, and my Chai Latte was perfect. I decided to add a touch of caramel that really took it up a notch - asked for a smidge and got a smidge! If you're in the area, check it out ~ it has a very cozy, neighborhood feel and there were clearly many regulars there but, they treat everyone like a neighbor - what more could you ask for?

She said yes then after I ordered literally 10 seconds later handed me the ugliest dingy pond colored iced Matcha.. also I ordered a strawberry Matcha. There was no strawberry on the bottom just strawberry flavored syrup added to the worst Matcha I've ever had in my life.

It was packed, every table, but one was full, and we were lucky enough to snag that. Even with a full house, the place was very quiet, people respected the "wfh coffee shop" culture, and did not seem to be talking loudly or taking meetings. The drinks were great, not too fancy, but my Matcha was yummy. We also tried a gluten-free zucchini bread and a lemon pound cake which really hit the spot. Prices are pretty fair, and I had no issue finding street parking even on Broadway, although I had a busier time of day, I can imagine it might be more difficult. I love that this place was open later and I would definitely come back I know people have different remarks about the Wi-Fi, the staff gave us extra Wi-Fi codes in case we ran out, yes, there is a timer and you have to make a purchase, but they are very chill about it and will give you a new code if you run out

My friend and I shared coconut lemon and banana breads and I got a mocha drink. Both breads were tasty but I liked the coconut lemon slightly more, it had a good lemon flavor with real coconut bits. The mocha was sweet but not too sweet. People there aren't loud so we were able to converse easily without raising our voices. It's also open until midnight so you have a place to go to chill late at night if you're in the area
