Went here a year ago with my mother, we were both impressed with the strawberry spinach salad, was loaded with toppings, very generous amount. The sandwich was also very thick with plenty of meat. But...went there yesterday, I had a rather bland greek salad, and the ingredients were skimpy. I found 3 small bites of artichoke, very little feta and only a few very thin slices of tomato. Although there was plenty of tasty chicken. My mom had meatloaf sandwiches and I have never seen a thinner slice of meatloaf! It was disappointing. My wife came home quite upset after stopping there for Lunch. She got the hot tuna sandwich and culiflower soup. She could not taste the culiflower but got a strong taste of bacon in the soup. She could not eat it. The sandwich came with thick breading with mayo on it and tomatos. She could not finish it and removed the tomatos. You get served on paper plates and plastic forks and spoons. You order when you come in at the counter. MY belief if your spending over $ 23.00 for soup and sandwich it best be the best you ever had and this does not sound like it was for her. read more

Their Loaded Egg Mill Muffin is my very favorite - it's always delicious and filling! Their coffee isn't consistent. I've actually started getting my coffee from Starbucks and going here for my breakfast sandwich when I want one - that's how hit and miss their coffee is. :/ Their lunch sandwiches are superb - but $$$. I love supporting small businesses, which is why I continuously go back instead of getting all my needs met in one stop, but because of the price and inconvenience I don't go as often as I would like for sure. read more

Cookie Mill earned an award for best cookies in Snohomish County. I found this to be true! The food is a great snack on late start Wednesday (in this school district) for my kids. The cookies are crisp on the outside, but warm on the inside. I love the coffee , too. It is hard to explain, so if you really want to know, try it! I love this place! I've gone here multiple times and will keep coming back! I've had their coffee, cookies, and have tried their sandwiches before and have never been disappointed! Their customer service is kind and fast. In regards to COVID precautions, they have been wearing masks every time i've been which makes me feel safe. The only thing is one lady has just had a face shield on without a mask covering her mouth (last couple of times i've been there) which makes me a little weary considering she preparing food and drinks. read more

My friend and I stopped here for lunch. The location and parking were decent, the restaurant interior bright and clean. They were very busy but the staff was still very friendly and attentive. We placed our order, I have the Snow Goose - turkey sandwich and a cup of minestrone soup, he had the Holstein - roast beef. The food came quickly and was nicely presented. The sandwiches were fresh and very tasty, no complaints at all. The soup tasted home made and was satisfying. The only point of contention that we saw was that it was a little bit noisy, but not unbearable, and the seats were a bit hard. Otherwise - it was great! I especially loved the window seating. We ordered cookies to go, my friend said his Lemon Snickerdoodle was very good, soft and great flavor. I've not yet tried mine, but am looking forward to it. Wonderful little gem off the beaten path. Saw the Cookie Mill on our way to Camano island. Decided to try it on the way home. Adorable place. Staff very cheerful and friendly even though it was late in the day and they were working a holiday. Generous portions. Pineapple chicken salad didn't have a whole lot of pineapple in it but the greens were super fresh and they added freshly cut strawberries as an extra touch. Rubens were piled high and would have been even more amazing if it had more sauerkraut and bread had been toasted to hold up all the meat. But the one thing that blew us away was the ice cream sandwich. Premium ice cream generously scooped btn two freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Sandwich was as big as my face. My husband said that it was probably one of the top ice cream sandwiches he'd ever had and he's had a lots of them from all over the world. We'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're in that part of Washington. read more

We stopped at a couple places wanting breakfast on our way back from Camano Island. Other places had long waits and /or did not have substantial food. We were hangry and about to give up and go to the chain coffee shop. But thanks to Yelp we learned that the Cookie Mill not only had cookies but sandwiches and more. So we checked it out. Great coffee, amazing breakfast sandwiches (I had mine on a croissant), and very friendly staff. Don't be thrown off by the name, there is way more than just cookies. read more

I went to The Cookie Mill with my Grandma for an early lunch. The service was great, the atmosphere is great. My grandmother was impressed with her sandwich. A roast beef sandwich on rye with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato. I was not as impressed with mine. I got the French dip. The bread was delicious and the Au Jus was perfect, but it was topped with a melted Swiss cheese that is suspiciously similar to a Kraft single. It started to congeal to a plastic consistency almost immediately. I was also disappointed that it came with ruffles chips. I saw her pull them out of the branded bag. I wish they would use a better quality potato chip to match their aesthetic. Overall it was a good experience and I would be happy to bring my grandma again. Although next time I'll know not to order the French dip. read more

I have been here a few times and have yet to have something worth talking about. Last time I was there I ordered a cinnamon roll to eat there with a friend who ordered a sandwich. He got his sandwich and I was still waiting for my cinnamon roll that was already cooked. All they had to do was put it on a napkin and give it to me. When I went up to the counter to ask where it was, she said "oh I"m sorry I forgot about it" Then she pulled it out of the microwave. I didn't ask for it to be microwaved. I just wanted the cinnamon roll. I would expect that it was fresh anyways and shouldn't need microwaving. The time before that I ordered a sandwich and that tasted worse than something I could have whipped up at home. There prices are way to high for such mediocre food. I don't recommend coming here unless your just wanting to sit somewhere other than your house. read more
