I don't recommend. Ordered a Crepe. So crispy! I couldn't even cut it with my utensils. Did a Google review. Got a free strawberry cake pop recommend by the employee. So gross and didn't even taste like strawberry. Yeah, that's 2 strikes and im not willing to go for a third. Pro: * [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean restaurant[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] * Like the system that notifies you of orders Cons: * Poorly made crepes. Dont get them. * Gross strawberry cake pop. Doesn't taste like strawberry * Poor service Extra: * [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is indoor and outdoor seating[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It's lovely inside with a huge screen where you can watch Jackie and Shadow's nest. Way cool[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Warmly greeted and received great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very dog friendly (they can go inside!)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their whipped cream, for the pup cup, was far superior to that 'Bucks place. The humans loved the fresh zucchini bread and their savory bar provided me a toasted bagel and cream cheese. Looks like it gets busy and there is a touchscreen so you don't have to wait in line. And... our coffee choices were delicious! (Note: They didn't have any option for juice.)

Fun restaurant and I want to love it, but...I have a little feedback: A Panini is an Italian sandwich that is served hot after being put in a panini press or at the very least grilled until the insides are warm and the sandwich is flattened a bit. A Panini is not a 6 inch tall sandwich with a massive piece of soggy Texas toast in the middle. Also a Turkey Cranberry Brie Panini shouldn't have 2 overly thick slices of ham in it. After I removed the middle piece of soggy bread and one of the thick slices of ham, it all tasted pretty good --but it was definitely not what I thought I ordered.

Quick stop before our drive back home to San Diego. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was fully expecting just a cafe but they have a full food menu, chill hip hop music playing, long tables with plenty of seating, kiosks. It was honestly a chill vibe on a Sunday morning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Most negative reviews are about specific experiences or communication with the staff but overall I'd say this is a really cool spot to come by for a casual breakfast or just coffee, if you're just ordering something quick and simple. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They've got games like foosball, mini connect four and jenga if you're trying to hang out longer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Can't say much about how it is when this place is busy but our experience was great for a Sunday morning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Only got the viet coffee and a lemon loaf but the menu also had breakfast burritos, beef bulgogi bbq, and even pho! Wow. If we had more time I would have ordered more to eat. Loaf and viet coffee were good! They use La Viet beans for the coffee. Photos of that pho bowl impressed me. I'll definitely consider coming back :-)

Absolutely lovely. Coffee was delicious. They have games that keep the kids happy & engaged. The barista was super friendly. Lodge vibe on my favorite street in big bear.

We visited this place as a family of 5 plus our dog. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had coloring books and random cups of cards on the tables and plenty of seating! It's very dog and kid friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our dog comfortably laid under our table while we enjoyed our drinks and played games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely would recommend and will return!!! Coffees were super good.

Very spacious and attractive interior. Very busy.

This is a very cute and extremely popular cafe along the main shopping drag. There is a lot of seating inside and there is also plenty of seating on the patio. We hit the place at the right time and there was only a short line. But shortly after our visit, the line was literally out the door. The fancy coffee drinks we tried were delicious. The breakfast croissant was absolutely HUGE and delicious. The sausage in it was particularly delicious. They have a "savory station" at the back of the restaurant where you can watch them cook the eggs and crepes and such right in front of you. It is pretty cool. This is well worth a visit for your coffee and breakfast fix.

I had the chai coffee and it was one of the greatest I've had. I don't think the powder was mixed correctly but I enjoyed the flavor regardless. I even waited for my ice to melt to have a few more sips of it. We came on a busy weekend so we had to wait but I didn't mind. We tried a crepe as well , we got the crème with strawberries but I don't think they added the crème. Still good though. They have tables and chairs as well as stools by the window to sit. They have seasonal drinks and a variety of drinks on their menu. I'm sad I didn't go back for another chai but will go again on a trip back to Big Bear!

This was a busy cafe located in Big Bear. Very cozy once you get it. The ambiance was nice and decorated with a country motif. It was a self service then call your name once it's ready. The only set back was that once they call your name anyone can pick it up. That happened to my daughter. Ordered her breakfast burrito and someone picked up . Once asked the cook , said I don't know what happened. We asked for the manager because he didn't want to replace it. Immediately he prepared one right away. It was a busy morning and I can see how stressful he was preparing omelets, burritos . Overall we it was ok. Weather was great. We ordered Croissant waffle with raspberry toppings, Breakfast burrito and egg cheese quiche. Their coffee and latte were good.

I ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee from the Copper Q and it was a perfect blend of coffee & sweetness, not too strong or too sweet. I was able to plan an order online, both ordering and pick up was a smooth process. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff were kind during pick, and as a plus, this cafe is dog friendly![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Matcha latte and Vietnamess coffee

I'm associating this place to the Village at Big Bear. I feel the need to stop by for some coffee or drinks after walking around the village. I do miss the inside decorations, it was half store/ half cafe before, but now its half restaurant/ half cafe. I love seeing the Vietnamese cuisines and drinks being offered at Big Bear! I ordered the iced matcha latte and iced Vietnamese coffee. The orders must have gotten mixed up because we received our matcha latte but I had to keep asking for my Vietnamese coffee! The coffee is very strong! And the matcha latte seems more bland. They can get crowded at times, but they managed the line pretty well the last time we visited.

Quaint little coffee shop that has food (paninis, omelettes, a savory station, & crepe station) and drinks (coffee, matcha, apple cider, and alternative milks). There are also plenty of pastries such as cake pops and pies. This is a great place to rest after sightseeing and get some shelter from the chilly outdoors. Very cozy, warm, and clean place to relax with restrooms indoors. There are plenty of seats and tables so it's great for big groups!

Worse coffee ever i just paid 11$ for a cup of milk instead of iced latte i ordered 3shots espresso they hand me cup of milk

The coffee was not great. The breakfast burrito was pretty good. I would come back for the burrito, but not any of their coffees or lattes.

Got the matcha. My advice: Don't get the matcha!! Matcha powder was not blended, and tasted like water somehow.

I see Cooking Classes advertised on their windows, do they still offer them, and if so where can I find that information?

I believe they stopped the classes at the moment.

Is Copper Q open during Covid-19? It shows no take-out or delivery, yet is there dine-in?

Yes it is open. There is plenty of outdoor seating to eat the food they sell there. I don't think they deliver. But you can definitely do take out.

You get the feeling that they're eyeballing you & all I was doing was browsing and snapping pictures for my review. I didn't buy anything, although the prices were reasonable considering the location. Reading other reviews a lot of other customers were uncomfortable as well. It seems like there are too many stores in Big Bear that obviously have that as an ongoing situation. It's too bad there's so much theft going on or so much distrust. Not sure which but I hope they resolve it. Although I was greeted with a hello, how are you?

When I went to pay, they attempted to charge more than the displayed price. When I inquired, the initial employee was going to honor the price tag. A reasonable thing to do. After seeking the manager for approval, she declined to honor the tagged price. She said the other gloves were marked with the higher price, essentially acknowledging the error in their tagging of their merchandise. Considering I don't work there and didn't price tag their merchandise, it was really confusing why that was relevant. Also, this all begs the question of how many times they do this to their patrons? Is it company policy to price an item one thing and overcharge by 33% and hope no one notices? Just honor the price tag. Not difficult. You did it, not me. I'm a paying customer, who is in town regularly enough. I hope the $5 was worth it. You clearly needed it more than me. Bums.
