This one is tough. 1st time I was here was in 2022 for brunch. I loved it! Food was amazing, service top tier, champagne flight was super fun to try. I recently went back for dinner. I was underwhelmed, 1st restaurants please get a website and phone number. I checked their instagram no menu. Tried to message them.. no answer. We went on a busy night. I tried to get us a table only the bar was available. We ordered the deviled eggs, fries, and spare ribs(they need rice or a side) Honestly everything was just OK. I'm so glad I found this place. I had no idea it was here and I have driven by it countless times. They are practically hidden, but it's definitely a hidden gem. This may be the best brunch I've had in Seattle. The food is impeccable and is sort of a fusion between French and Asian flavors. Service was prompt and efficient. Hm, where to begin?! We've been so excited for the Coupe & Flute to officially open, and it has exceeded all expectations! First, the owners Brooke and Curt are so lovely and friendly, and they did an AMAZING job with the decor. The space is classy and charming, yet welcoming at the same time. There are so many great details like gorgeous molding, burnt wood finishes, and origami swallows on the bathroom walls and hanging from the ceiling. There's no way I can do it justice in this review. You just need to go see for yourself! This is a bubbles bar, and I'm honestly not very familiar with bubbles. BUT the food is DELICIOUS, and I highly recommend. They're open for brunch on the weekends, so we went today to check it out. We ordered the tea deviled eggs, duck Benedict with fries, smoked black cod bagel, and mimosas. Everything was delicious, but I need to highlight the bagel. The smoked black cod is served on a fluffy bagel with a perfect amount of cream cheese and topped with crispy shallots and chili oil. So many good flavors and textures. Ah, I want another one right now. They're also open for dinner on Wed to Sunday and serve dishes like bao with Korean bbq chicken and lemongrass steak nachos. Love the fabulous Beacon Hill neighborhood Champagne bar! The neighborhood is thriving amongst some wonderful restaurants in the area (Oak and Homer) The bubble bar has an amazing bubble menu by the glass or bottle and an awesome cocktail menu, incorporating sparkling wine in the cocktails. Fantastic new spot in Beacon Hill! My friend and I went last night to try out their dinner service and it was a great experience. The bubbles by the glass are wonderful, and they also have an approachable bottle menu, with champagnes and some unique cavas. The restaurant is well laid out with a nice bar top area, some tables inside and out. We sat at the bar and chatted with Kyla, who kept our flutes full :) Foodwise, we got the frites & the lemongrass steak nachos. The latter was so good, with the steak being medium rare (so often steak nachos can be overcooked, but not in this case! I don't really like brunch. Mostly because of the long waits for all the brunch places in the city, plus the fact that everyone in line all tacitly share the same expectations of unexpeceptional breakfast food. Well I've found the holy grail of brunch: exceptional breakfast fare with no lines (because it just opened. I understand the irony of writing this review and its effect on potential future lines, but this place is going to be *hot* regardless I write this review or not, but I digress) I ordered the braised duck eggs benedict with hoisin hollandaise and it's not an exaggeration when I say that it is possibly my favorite eggs benedict I've ever had to date. It ate like a breakfast version of a Peking duck, while maintaining the integrity of the benedict with beautifully poached eggs. The hoisin hollandaise sauce was unique and light, and most importantly, does not weigh you down after the meal, which is my biggest gripe with mediocre benedicts. The benedict was served with fries that came with a chili mayo dip. This sauce gave the duck a run for its money in the competition to be the star of the meal. It is made with an asian chili oil, so not what you'd usually expect with a chili mayo. It is worth ordering a side of fries just for this sauce. The owners were friendly and down to earth, the decor is slick, and they serve Mimosas. What else do you need? I'll definitely be back as often as I can before the hoardes roll in. read more

The food is all a bit complicated. It would be nice to have one item that is a bit simpler. Our table of 5 had the duck Benny, croissant sandwich, cod bagel and the sopas. Everyone liked their food except for the Cod bagels which had an odd flavor. I still would give the food 4 1/2 stars but the service was very slow. It's a small place and it sounded like they had a large party in the back so that may have contributed to the slow service but if so, it's good to mention it. The fried cream puffs were great. Beacon Hill is becoming a fancy, happening neighborhood with this nice new spot between Homer and Oak on Beacon avenue. It is a champagne bar that offers champagne by the glass and small Asian-inspired bites. It is open late. As such, it is perfect after a show or a movie or on a warm summer night. The mushroom Bao was excellent and the duck mousse was good - a bit heavy on the hoisin sauce. The chocolate mousse was dense and hit all the right spots flavor wise. The staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend listening to their advice, when it comes to the champagne selection. Expect your evening to be a bit spendy - but the expense is well worth it. read more

I've watched this wonderful place grow before Brooke & Kurt opened their door. These two amazing people have created a place for North Beacon Hill that is such a treasure. The business caters to a higher end of taste for champagne and wine. The spirits, though not large in stock, are top notch. Quality. NO cheap well drinks here folks. And the food. OY! Their new BLT is mouthwatering. The sourdough bread for it is made there. All the baked breads and hom bow items are made fresh there and well worth the asking price. And of course, the entire company staff. They LOVE to talk to you when there is time. It does get pretty busy as there are always reservations. A good time to just drop in for a delicious night cap at the bar might be around 8PM or after. And Kurt, the other half of the business, will definitely love to meet you if you've never been there. He runs the 4PM to 10PM shift through the week. Brooke runs the shop for weekend brunch. Saturday and Sunday 9AM to 3PM. Go there. Spend time and just relax. And leave a good tip. read more

Went at a weird in between time where they were just serving snacks but we stayed long enough to be able to get some stuff from the larger dinner menu. From the wall paper to the thoughtful little flower arrangements on the table - I'm absolutely obsessed and I think it truly elevated my experience of having a few drinks and small bites. The fries were excellent and worth a try but I question their definition of Szechuan pepper aioli as I couldn't taste any pepper nor the numbing that is associated. I'd like to come back to try everything on the menu because from the handful of items we tried, they were tasty and seriously the ambiance cannot be beat!
