I was genuinely surprised by how delicious my to-go order was! The Brussels sprouts were bursting with flavor, and the fish sandwich was perfectly done--crispy, fresh, and satisfying. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Our first visit. Comfortable atmosphere, veiw of the lake, live music, very friendly staff. we completely enjoyed our meals, drinks, music and staff where very good to us. We will recommend to try it. Although the chef that mad our food will no longer be cooking. Our food was just the right temp. Served with space between each dish and the best taste anyone could emagin.

Food was good. Drinks were strong. Service was good. On the water, pretty. Price was fair.

Certainly needs to work out major kinks. Was staying at the hotel so had dinner at the bar the first night. Food was absolutely delicious. The bar and restaurant are stunning with views of the lake, however some very elementary design faux pas that take away from the upscale-ness of this place. Service was so below par for an upscale restaurant/hotel. I sat at the bar with an empty wine glass for 20+ minutes, with the bartender too worried about taking inventory of supplies to get out of there for the night. The two couples on each side of me were tended to but could never get the bartender's attention away from his closing tasks. When the other bar tender came over to ask if I was good, my response was "No" obviously! I asked to close out my tab and sat for another 15+ minutes until the other bartender came back to the bar because no one could find my tab in the system. Needless to say it was never found.

Recently opened - Wait staff were VERY good! Very professional, kept on top of everything even when it was busy - We had breakfast / brunch. The kitchen did a marvelous job of presenting beautiful plates. - Ambiance overlooking the lake is gorgeous. One day, rain was moving in, and the staff were fantastic at quickly closing the outside seating. The decor is varied and interesting, with a shore side motif. - Noted that they just recently opened - you might need to ask for salt/pepper/condiments but they have them. A couple ingredients were out of stock but they still had quite a lot.

Went to the Cove to try something new. We had great outside seats with a view of the lake. We started with the Brussel sprouts which were perfectly charred and complemented by the sweetness of the bourbon bacon mostarda. The pickled Fresno chili's added a nice pop and not too much heat. I had the ribeye which was perfectly seasoned and covered lightly with a mushroom gravy and a nice pad of truffle butter. The veg was good but slightly too al dente and lacking seasoning but balance by the ribeye. My wife had the tiger shrimp linguine and really enjoyed it. It was a vibrant dish. We finished with a creme brûlée on the house(it was our anniversary, thank you Cove!) which was delish. Laura was awesome and attentive. She took great care of us even when she was blindsided by the unavailability of my first 2 drink orders. Which brings me to the 4 instead of 5. I understand being out of a single item because of its popularity, but to strike out 2x on a rarely served rum(Zacapa 23) and then Basil Hayden which is much more common and usually plentiful tells me they are still trying to get their arms around the bar. Overall still a great experience. Thank you Laura!

On the pricey side but everything we have had here in our 3 night stay at the hotel has been fantastic.

The rugby crepe tasted exactly like a Big Mac (respect ). The ham and asparagus was perfection, the asparagus was cooked perfect and the sauce on top was chefs kiss. The restaurant itself was cutie with an open kitchen where you can see the crepes being made.

We were seated in the middle of the crowded dining room around 1:30 that thinned out quite a bit during our brunch. Without a reservation you can't complain but we got bumped into a few times so it didn't make for a very relaxing experience. Our waitress was not very good. For the french toast she asked if I wanted a small or big stack. I didn't have glasses on or I might've noticed on the menu short=1, full=2. Using the same terminology or explaining would've been very helpful because when only one piece of toast arrived from my shorter "stack" I was very surprised. The mimosas were in small flute glasses which is way overpriced for the size. My husband's coffee was meant to have refills but we had to flag her down for that. She didn't actually bring us anything either, other wait staff brought the drinks and then the meals. The food was good, the ambience if you have the right seat is nice too. At the hostess station we overheard a phone call with someone requesting to be by the fireplace and now I see why. Will not return to this location when we're in town on a getaway this summer but might try the one in Pittsford or Penfield.

Steven and Megan are a proper fun duo behind the bar but their skills really stand out. My only negative is HOW EXPENSIVE the drinks are. You have to remember that this is an experience and enjoy every moment but be prepared for a steep bar/restaurant bill. We will definitely be back again. We are locals and have so few lakefront dining/drinking venues that this is a nice place to enjoy the views with a mix of local wines and international, spirits and beers. Cin Cin!

We came as a larger group and they were nice enough for us to order from the breakfast menu as they switched over the lunch menu at 11:30am. Our table enjoyed the food but all agreed it wasn't worth the price point. I tried the chocolate croissant with homemade butter and maple bacon jam along with the Canadian bacon Benedict. The chocolate croissant was nice with the maple bacon jam but definitely not worth the price point of $12. The croissant was quite smaller, like the chocolate croissants you can get from Costco or Starbucks. The Canadian bacon eggs Benedict however was delicious and I really enjoyed it! I just am not sure again it was worth the high price point. However I definitely felt the service was missing. As we were the only ones in the dining area, I felt the service was missing the mark. The server saw we were carrying a baby in the restaurant but didn't ask if we wanted a high chair. My mother-in-law spied it in the corner and then we had to ask for it and we proceeded to set it up at the table. As I was with 2 young kids, I ordered some simple items before the main course like their chocolate croissant and fruit cup. I assumed the server would ask if we wanted those ahead of time but that didn't happen. He also had forgotten my son's drink order and which my son actually had to ask him after some time "where's my juice?" My older son had ordered the s'mores waffles and it looked good when it was delivered but as I cut some of it for me to try later on, I soon realized the batter was uncooked in the middle of most of them. I was thoroughly disappointed he had eaten some of it before I discovered it was uncooked. The server throughly apologized and they remade the order which in the end, we ended up taking home with us. They also didn't take the order off the check for us which normally that would happen. For such a classy restaurant, we would think they would know how to make waffles and for more top-notch service. I think next time we will just enjoy the nice views and choose to eat somewhere else when we are in the area.
