The food is fresh and local. In particular the partnership with Bath's local butcher shines through in their meats, but there are plenty of options for vegetarians as well. They're also one of the only restaurants around where I feel confident I can bring my partner who has celiac. He's eaten here multiple times and the staff have always been understanding and able to accommodate him.
