Extremely Disappointing Hair Extension Service…read more I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. I paid over $1,000 for hair extensions, and the stylist cut them extremely uneven. My hair was curled before I left, which temporarily hid the damage but once I washed it a few days later, the poor, uneven cutting was obvious. I reached out to the salon owner with photos, expecting help or at least accountability. Instead, I was told the issue was "the way I took the pictures," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The stylist then offered to "fix" the problem by cutting even more of the extensions -- meaning I would lose even more of the expensive hair I paid for. That was not an acceptable solution. I ended up having to pay another stylist elsewhere to try to correct the damage. For the cost and trust involved, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend doing your research and considering other options before booking here.
