Ok so i am not sure how to review our last visit. The pizza is hands down the BEST to ever be found in any restaurant and is sooo good its not even worth making pizza at home anymore. Dont pay mind to the negative reviews about the pizza, i dont know what planet they're from. My problem is with the management. Supporting local when we dine-out is a big plus. However on our last visit we unfortunatley saw how a manager publicly barrated our server when she went to him with a question i had asked and she didnt know the answer to. She was publicly belittled and humiliated infront of coworkers and patrons. Obviously this left her more than a little rattled and appears that this is an issue of a patern rather than the man just having a bad day. This posting is way late but i can only hope the owners and upper management will see it and take inventory on a personal and company wide level. Good management lifts up and edifies while correcting...TOXIC management uses moments of correction to put down and teardown unfortunatley the management i saw was the latter. I love supporting local AWSOME food, but not if you are treating your staff like this. Has anything changed since i was last there? I so hope so. If not, its time to. read more

Wow! Gluten free pizza that doesn't taste like cardboard?!!!! Who knew! Visiting the area on business, and was craving pizza. As a gluten free vegetarian, it's difficult to find restaurant options, let alone more than a salad. I heard about The Crust from a co-worker in CT - he suggested I try it when I came to Naples. Not disappointed in the least! I created my "masterpiece" on the fly with my waiter Joe. The toppings were plentiful & the crust was crisp & flavorful. If The Crust can do this for a gf pizza... Amazing pizza here! We got the meat lovers and it came piled high with toppings I could barely see the cheese! The pizza was nice and thin but stayed crunchy, absolutely phenomenal! The pizza is awesome and service is great, but they have a rule I completely don't understand. If you call ahead and order your pizza they will not let you eat it in the dining room. The place was empty. I truly have no idea why they would do that. Even if it was busy I would have happily waited my turn for a table. Always happy with the pizzas, Adam amour bartender was amazingly good, polite, attentive, and prompt with meals. Really good pizza for a chain. All pizzas are basically crustless, which is interesting considering the name. Underside the pizzas are crisp and thin, nice. All pizzas are cut in squares, a nice way to share multiple pizzas and combine leftovers. The standard cheese here is provalone, which is much more flavourful that your standard pizza shop moz. A decent selection of toppings, fast and friendly service, make this one of, if not the top pizza chain in Naples. Update: Sorry I assumed this was a chain, but found out that just 2 locations exist. My new Naples pizza joint! Love this trendy new addition to the Naples food scene. The Crust has a great beer list, especially some of my Midwestern favorites - 2 hearted ale and lagunitas - plus a good selection of local Florida craft brews. Popped in here late on a weeknight (around 8:30) and didn't have any of the issues other yelpers mentioned about delays with food or seating. Our party of three was seated promptly and we received our drinks and food quickly. Our server was helpful with answering questions about the beer and food menus and was quick and efficient. The thin crust pizza was delicious! We tried the barbecue chicken pizza, which had good barbecue flavors but the smoked Gouda was heavy on the smokey flavors. I thought maybe I had accidentally ordered a pizza with bleu cheese on it (ew), but it was just the high powered smoke flavor of the Gouda. Not your traditional, BBQ pizza but if you like your cheese a little stinky, you'll dig it. The real all star was our create your own pizza with sausage, garlic, and spinach. They went heavy on the garlic, and light on the spinach (sadly) but it was delicious! The three of us put way more pizza down than I care to admit publicly... Love this place, not my home-grown classic New York pizza, but whatever it is, it's addictive, generous toppings, provolone instead of mozzarella, cracker type crust but it's good! Service has always been great, a lot of young kids also but restaurants in town would kill to have servers like the ones here, they are a joy. Hats off to whoever trains the staff! If you're in to tasteless thin crust, this place is for you. I prefer a thin crust but this crust did not add any taste or texture. Also, I believe that they use provolone instead of mozzarella which gives it a different flavor and texture. The cheese browns more quickly and has a sharper flavor. Stopped in to Crust tonight for the first time and sat at the bar. I was really looking forward to some great pizza. I ordered the 10" pizza with mushrooms. As I was reading the menu I noticed that they don't use much tomato sauce so I made the point of requesting extra sauce. I got my pizza and it was overflowing with mushrooms, which was great, but it was as dry as the desert. If they added extra sauce, I didn't see any (hence my 4 instead of 5 star). I love that they have a huge amount of draft beer on tap. They also have some large screen TVs around the bar, which will be great during football season. The bartender was very attentive and it appeared there was plenty of wait staff to handle the crowd. Hopefully Crust will tame the demon that kills every restaurant that has been in its current location. I hope so, as Naples needs casual places like this to hang out. read more

I wish I could tell you how the pizza was but I can't. We arrived at the restaurant at 2:45 in the afternoon there were 4 tables occupied. Their were 5 waiters walking around the place and nobody ever came over to take our order. After 15 minutes we left. Terrible service we won't be back. read more

this place NEVER disappoints! the staff are so well trained, and the place is always impeccable. seriously though, the staff are always great. recently, the kitchen made a small mistake and one of our table's pizzas would be out 5 minutes late. the manager came to us, explained the situation, and offered us whatever we might need/want. the salads are awesome, and the pizzas are always delicious. they are huge, so i always have some to take home. keep up the great work! read more
