For my entrée, I ordered the Bandeja Paisa, and it did not disappoint. The meats were the star of the plate. Everything was juicy, cooked perfectly, and seasoned just enough without being overpowering. The steak was surprisingly tender despite being well done, with just the right amount of fat.
