I appreciate the help from Brian with my online order for the fast ripper. I dislike that this isn't a new bike for the amount I paid for this bike.1 it's not in original box.2 handle bars has damages. 3 gear selector also has damages on it.4 I have no pedals.5 brake cable clamps are not there for the rear front cables are held on with zip ties. Very disappointed in this purchase. I was told when i called this was a display bike that was put out for an hour . I don't believe that with all these issues going on with this bike. You guys should have listed this bike as a display not new. Bike was also packaged terribly. For the amount of money I spent on this bike I'm not happy at all very disappointed and yes I've called left messages on your instagram page which I see you all don't check that.this isn't my first se bike purchased so I know how they are packed and shipped this is a lesson learned not to buy from a small mom and pop bike store 1200 dollars + for a bike . some things are not acceptabl. I'll have to replace handle bars, gear selector,seat, buy brake cable clamps. and pedals. for some people they probably would over look all of that but for me to pay top dollar it's just not accepotable!!!! read more

Sooooooo, I am out for a nice long ride around 7:30am on a Saturday. 6 miles in, flat tire! I get my bike loaded up into my car and head over to Cutting Edge. Sitting in my car for a bit in the parking lot and few minutes before 10am and I see this guy ride up on his motorcycle, he walks into the store. He comes outside before his store is officially open and says to me, " do you need help with a bike"? Long story short I tell him I got a flat on one tire but I wanted to get new tires anyway. He takes his time showing me what he has and makes his recommendations. So the next part goes like this, Craig, the owner- so when do you need the bike, next week sometime? Me- uhhh, how about today before you close (its a saturday, busiest day of the week)? Craig says, hmmm, ok. And I say, while its here can you also do a tune-up?? One of his staff members, Morgan (i think was his name) did a fantastic job on the whole thing and did I mention on a saturday? Their busiest of days!!! Bottom line here folks- Craig and his staff are simply the BEST. They do great work, have a huge selection of bike, boards and all sorts of other things. read more

In our time of Internet shopping, do yourself some good and go shop local where you can see and touch what your heart has been Desiring. Craig the owner operator and all of his knowledgeable staff will guide you to make the right decision and give you space to let you make the decision so as not to feel pressured. My wife Was about to quit snowboarding because she had a hard time, she talked with Craig and he was saddened To loose a fellow snowboarder. She ended up Demoing a newer snowboard. I went in this week to look at snowboards and the staff was very helpful in making sure I received the right attention. They sized me up and made sure I got on the board that suits my needs on the mountain. I bought a capita and union bindings. I also bought my girlfriend volcom snow pants that were way nicer quality than the ones she had picked out at dicks sporting goods a day before, not to mention less expensive. Last but not least I purchased my brother a xmas present off their 50% clearance rack! Overall I feel like I really got the best bang for my buck! Always willing to share their expertise and experience to properly equip you with what YOU SPECIFICALLY need and NEVER try to upsell you with anything more than you need. They make sure that whatever you are going to do, it will be done with QUALITY equipment that will keep you safe and provide you with an excellent experience in whatever sport you are participating in. I have brought back two more bikes since I had the Cutting Edge fix my first bike with my groupon. They are very professional and they know how to fix all kinds of bikes correctly. I am very pleased and happy that I have a place I can trust to help me when I have to tune up and fix my bikes. I love bike riding and I feel safe knowing that my bikes have been fixed at the Cutting Edge. They also sell older bikes for people who want to buy a used/reconditioned bike, kids bikes, tricycle bikes for the elderly, all at fair prices. I would highly recommend this store. I purchased a mountain bike here last summer and I have been back to the store a bunch of times and the staff is always great. When I drop my bike off for service they always go above and beyond to get the bike back to me quickly so that I don't miss a ride. Recently my brother also got a mountain bike from Cutting Edge and we both have had very good experiences. The Cutting Edge is the best shop around. My son started snowboarding 2 years ago and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They work with you to get something for your skill level and price range, give you options (used and new) and don't try to upsell. Great that you can sell old gear as well! Awesome shop with super knowledgeable cool people. I was ready to sell my high end mountain bike because I wanted a wheel size that three other shops said wouldn't fit on my bike. These guys steered me in the right direction and now I have the wheels I want on my existing bike. They also sell snowboards, bmx bikes, and skateboards. Just picked up a new Kona Process 134 for my wife. The owner Craig Pedemonte, spent almost an hour with her dialing the bike in and going over every detail with her! Cutting Edge is great store. Good selection and very convenient hours. I got a great deal on the last two bikes I bought from these guys and they were very patient with my indecisiveness. Definitely one of the more down-to-earth bike shops in the area. Their group rides are fun and laid back. Great staff. Smart and fun to be around. They sell great brands of bikes and boards, though i mainly deal with them on the bike side. As for winter they have us covered too. Repair side is top notch.
