This review is based on three separate visits and each visit's order was for two people (i.e. two…read moremeals). Wait Time: Between all three visits, there was an average wait time of 20-30 minutes. When we arrived to the window to pay on our first visit, we were told to take a lap around the drive-thru and that our order would be ready upon our return. It turned out we arrived to the window and waited about 20 minutes before we received our order. Order: With the wait time in mind, please remember that Rome wasn't built in a day--so don't expect a quality meal to be ready within five minutes. With that being said, we ordered the 1). double cheeseburger with fries, 2). crispy chicken sandwich with fries, 3). fish and chips, 4). chicken tenders, 5). a strawberry shake, and 6). a chocolate shake between our three visits. The quality across all three visits was consistent and detailed here: 1). The Double Cheeseburger was cooked to our doneness preference. The bun was toasted with light butter and a slight crunch to the bite. The patties were juicy and well-seasoned. The cheese was evenly melted on the patties. The condiments did not overpower the patties' flavor. The toppings were the standard lettuce, tomato, and onions--which worked harmoniously with the rest of the burger, making for one of the best burgers I have ever had. Upon first glance, it meets my expectations of what a burger should be. 2). Much like the Double Cheeseburger, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was of excellent quality. All of its components worked collectively to deliver in flavor and texture, including the toasted bun with the slight crunch. It was a perfect Crispy Chicken Sandwich. 3). The Fries were flavorful (fry seasoning, salt), crinkle cut, and evenly fried throughout (i.e. you did not have some hard pieces and some soggy pieces). We recommend a side of ranch for dipping. 4). The Fish and Chips were your standard Fish and Chips--and I mean that in the best way. They were fried until the classic golden and served with tartar sauce. Again, everything you would expect out of Fish and Chips. 5). While the Chicken Tenders were good, they were not outstanding. We would not order them again due to the other superior items on the menu. 6). The Strawberry Shake was flavored with fresh strawberries and like the Chicken Tenders, it was not outstanding. The Chocolate Shake was a classic Chocolate Shake. If you are craving a shake, then go for it. Otherwise, there isn't anything that would separate these shakes from another good quality shake. Both shakes leaned toward a thicker consistency. Note: The medium sized shakes are huge. If we ever get one again in the future, we will order a small instead. Service: We felt welcomed during each visit and did not feel rushed at the intercom (all three of our visits were through the drive-thru). Prior to visiting, we were unsure of what to expect with the mixed reviews and ultimately decided that we would just find out for ourselves. We are so grateful that we made the choice to try Chilly Jilly'z, because it is now one of our favorite spots in Southern Nevada. We definitely recommend that you give it a try!

The server said they could do drinks to go if we liked. They were out of diet soda so I ordered an unsweetened tea. It was not the best but it was drinkable though bitter. Looks like it has a nice shaded outdoor eating space. Tip: Be prepared to have a wait. May be call ahead and see how far behind they are.

The girl at the register even offered to put our snow cones into larger cups to help avoid a sticky mess with the kids, which was really nice. The shaved ice was honestly the closest thing I've found in Vegas to authentic Hawaiian shaved ice. The ice was super smooth and fine, practically melting in your mouth without the crunchy ice bits you usually get elsewhere. It reminded me of my favorite spot in Hawaii. They have lots of flavor and topping options, reasonable prices, and good portion sizes without being overly huge. Plus, it's right on Water Street, which is always a fun area to walk around after dinner or a Silver Knights game. Definitely would come back!

You can either walk in to order or walk up to the window on the side of the building. Prices were great, portions were a little larger than other similar businesses (a single scoop in a cup was almost equivalent to a double scoop other places), and location is perfect. Service was okay; the girl helping us wasn't particularly friendly, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt since it was unusually hot and busy.

The bar is high on my end due to my fascination and love of Hawaiian shave ice. I have spent many days touring Oahu and Maui looking for their islands best. So to start in going to say, this is actually legit shaved ice. It's not snow cone garbage, which is what almost all shave ice in vegas is. This is actual Hawaiian shaved ice that you'd get on the islands, by island people. I ordered a custom shaved ice and my wife got the creamsicle. Absolutely took me back to September in Oahu. The 4 star is because we both had some clumps of hard ice, not may, but a few. The flavors are amazing, the shave is absolutely legit, and what they really need is a brick and mortar store in Silverado ranch since that is a high islander area. This is a fantastic l, delicious shaved ice: The staff was super amazing (mom makes the mochi fresh) and the syrups are delicious/. Find them on the gram and track them. They are worth the drive wherever they are planted.

Fun fact: Back in Imperial Japan, the popular Hawaiian dessert known today as 'Shave Ice' (called…read more'Kakigori' in Japanese) was made from natural ice that was brought down from the mountains in the winter and stored in a cave called 'Himuro' (meaning 'ice room' in Japanese), therefore it was considered a rare luxury, and a treat reserved solely for royalty. Japanese immigrants brought their tradition of this cool, refreshing treat to Hawaii, dating back to the sugar plantation days. The correct term, used throughout Hawaii, is 'shave ice', although outside Hawaii, many people (including myself till a few years ago!) use the term 'shaveD ice' (although, to be fair, that is literally what it is). Las Vegas has the largest population of Hawaiians outside of Hawaii, and is a popular holiday/vacation destination for many Hawaiians, hence the reason why this city is affectionately known as Hawaii's 'Ninth Island'. There are many flavor combinations and toppings to choose from, but I got the appropriately named 'Ninth Island' and asked for it 'Dirk Style', which includes a scoop of vanilla ice cream hidden in the middle. I've never had an authentic shave ice from Hawaii, so I can't compare this to the real deal, but I enjoyed it! Mahalo, Meowee Wowee!

But we had people in our party eager to get shaved ice, which is advertised on a lot of their signs, only to find out they weren't serving shaved ice tonight. So that was frustrating. We went ahead and ordered some dole whip and then, slowly watched like 5+ groups that were behind us get their ice cream before us. We brought this to our attention. At first they said "sorry we only have one guy doing it. This made no sense as the people behind us got dole whip. Then a few seconds later they admitted no one was doing it. A few mins later and and a few more successful pickups later the manager came out to ask what was going on. I explained yet again (mind you the firework show was well underway). He promptly went to the back and made our dole whip. He then explained there was a mixup with orders and who knows what. While he was friendly and fixed the problems lots of time passed so this was frustrating. The dole whip of course was great though
