No apology. No awareness. They offered to take it back and toast it and I asked if they were allowed to do that due to health violations. One of them quickly responded they would make another one. 10 more minutes of waiting and I received another cold cheesy dipper. $3.00 isn't worth fighting over so I just walked out, lacking faith that this location could make edible food.
