When I got a ding in my car from some inconsiderate driver banging their door against my car, I wanted to get it taken care of asap. When I saw read his reviews I thought to myself, "No way this guy is this good." When I saw pictures of his work, that's when I knew my search was over. Mr. Martin's the real deal. There was a moment when I was watching him fix the ding on my car where I thought, "Wow, he did it! It's fixed!" but he kept right on working. I have no idea what he was doing but to him, the job wasn't done yet. I had crunched in the back drivers side corner of my VW Eos in 2014 and sought out dent devils for the repair. The car was brand new to me (it's a 2010) and didn't even have a scratch on it prior. Everything seemed fine at first, and the email with the estimate I got said this verbatim "Here is what I came up with to properly repair your car as if it was my own. There might be a few other things like clips or one time use moldings but this should be the major things at are needed." This would lead any reasonable person to believe that the work that was going to be done on their vehicle is top notch, why would you do anything else for your OWN car, right? WRONG! First, I got my car back and a ton of error lights and messages appeared. I took it back to him and was told my VW (totally common manufacturer) was "too complicated" so I'd have to take it to the dealer to have all of the electronics reset. Money out of MY pocket for HIS screw up. Next, a bubble appeared in the paint. My husband took photos and was told he needed to bring the car in. So he did. Eddie's response was he hadn't done the "top notch" service because we didn't pay for it, so things like bubbles in the paint are to be expected. Are you FREAKING kidding me?! First of all the email I have says the car will be "properly repaired as if it's [his] own." Would you repair your own car and put bubbles in the paint? No. At no time did he offer us any service other than what we got, or any paint option other than what we had. My insurance paid for every penny of repairs so I had ZERO problem making sure it was all done, and done well. I am blown away by the audacity of this guy and we will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. What a joke. read more

I could not be happier with the work that Eddie of Dent Devils did on my car, and I signed up with Yelp just so I could give Eddie the credit he deserves. I have a new VW and clumsily ended up with a pretty good size pressure dent in one of the door panels. The last thing I wanted on my new car was bondo and a paint job that might look fine now, but could possibly "age" at a different rate than the factory paint, and not match later. A friend had recommended Dent Devils in the past so I thought I'd talk to Eddie about the repair. I actually talked to him once on the phone and 3 times in person to be absolutely certain that this was the place to have it repaired. I sent Eddie at Dent Devis pictures of dents on my 2000 Toyota Camry. Eddie responded within one hour and advised me that in his opinion it was not worth spending the money to repair the dents in a vehicle that is 11 years old. He also stated I could come into his shop and he would give me some advice on touch up paint and other cosmetic work that I could perform (free of charge) I went in to speak with Eddie and he gave me great advice on how to self perform minor cosmetic work. Although his shop was very busy with ongoing repairs Eddie took the time to advise me on repairs and his knowledge was extremely professional. Eddie also took the time to repair my Bumber at a great price and fit me into his busy shop schedule the next day as I explained to him I was relocating to LA for a job opportunity. For someone like myself, who doesn't have the best track record when driving, it sure is comforting to know that I can call The Dent Devils any time I need a little repainting done or a dent buffed out. I've taken my Civic to The Dent Devils 4 times now--yes, I'm a really bad driver--and each and every time they've had my car looking great again in no time. Most recently, I backed into a concrete block that was at the base of a light pole and left a long dent along the bottom, right side of the back of my car. The paint was terribly scraped so I thought it was going to be a doozy of a repair bill, but Eddie and the rest of the staff at The Dent Devils fixed it up for a price that was really reasonable. Knowing of an auto body repair shop that you can trust and that you know will always do a great job for a fair price is pretty invaluable. I've had Eddie at the Dent Devils work on my car multiple times on a recommendation from a friend that has been estimating automobile damage for over 20 years, and both times he's done fantastic work at very reasonable prices. This last time, he repaired damage in my driver's side quarter panel where another driver had hit my car and then took off. Not only did he repair the damage but painted it as well for much less than traditional body shops had been estimating. He did the whole job, plus worked out a few other dings and did some extra paint touch up on other scratches for $900, when taking it to another shop would've cost me $1200, plus extra for the other ding/touch up work done! This is the second time I have used Dent Devils, and both times they stayed way after the normal hours of a day to fix my car. The first fix Eddie did on my car was about 3yrs ago, and it was in a really odd area that the a body shop said it would be a $2000 fix!!!!!! Eddie worked on it for 5hrs and had it fixed looking like new for only $100! The second fix was just yesterday on a very nice 3 inch dent I did! I called Eddie and he said come over as soon as you can(which was 5:30p) He pulled the bumper and got the dent out. You can not even tell a dent was ever there. Again the price was totally resaonable at $100. If you have dents that need to be repaired, don't waste your time with expensive bodyshops. Go see Eddie at The Dent Devils. I was referred to Eddie at Dent Devils by a friend in my Chevy group when my classic 1957 Bel Air got nailed by a golf ball right in the nose of the hood. Eddie looked it over carefully, gave me a complete assessment, including the fact there were some risks involved, and then proceeded to literally "massage" the dent out and leaving no easily perceptible trace. Absolutely incredible work. Great shop, great attitude, superior price for absolutely superb work. Without reservation, he has my highest recommendation. The Dent Devils is probably the best dent shop around. I took my car to Eddie for the second time to work on another dent that was starting to rust. I went with getting dent and paint done and was expected to have my car back later that I would've liked - but he ended up working some overtime and was able to get it back to me earlier than expected :) Paint job turned out amazing and the result looked as if nothing had ever happened to it! I am extremely satisfied with the service and will bring my car back to Dent Devils again (if I get another ding). Eddie Martin is the most skilled dent puller I've ever run across. My MKIV Supra and 300ZX TT haven't been this straight since they left their factories in Japan! I've had paintless dent repair done by others before (even done some myself) and there's no comparison. He's not a body repair person, he's an artist and his fees are more than fair, especially when compared to traditional body work (where you can have a soon to be faded-two tone paint job and bondo). Eddie is an ARTIST! He removed dings on my black M-3 convertible and my Mini Cooper S and restored them to their original state, flawless. Eddie did such a good job on our 2006 Volvo that I nearly ruined by going into a parking structure with a bike on my bike rack. The rack dented several places including the roof rails....which I was told by other repair people that things needed replacing. Eddie repaired all of the dents for such a reasonable price. Eddie is a pro and did a great job repairing two small door dings on my black Volvo XC60. There is absolutely no evidence that anything ever happened in that area (no residual rippling, etc.). Someone else's phrase about Eddie being a "chatty perfectionist" is absolutely accurate.
