While they have lots of rings to choose from, there service was less than ideal. The guy preached about being serviceable but rarely acknowledged my girlfriend. Multiple times he told her that she wasn't important in the decision process and was very condescending towards her. She did not feel safe or valued at this store. Their prices make no sense, the person who helped me for 5 minutes used extreme high pressure sales tactics. Spent the entire 5 minute interaction interrogating me, going back and forth on pricing. Arguing about my budget and how the first ring he showed me met my budget range and didn't show me anything else. Go ahead and take a look at their weird prices- for example: a ring had a price tag of $14k. The sales person cryptically pulls a calculator out with the amount of $6xxx and I asked what's this? And he says it's the price of the ring. I have a feeling their stuff is fake or not authentic. I finally left after 5 minutes, I was backed into a corner and said I don't appreciate their negotiation skills. If it were up to him, he wasn't going to let me leave without buying something. I came here today after watching a movie and ended up buying some diamond earrings. I already have diamond earrings but was looking for smaller ones. The smallest size didn't have the right screw back option so I had to go a size up, which was ok, but I really wanted small ones since I have 2 holes per ear. The manager gave me a good discount and May helped me out. May was very nice and attentive so shout out to her. They also have a 3 month interest free payment plan but I opted to just pay the full sum. They have both natural and lab diamonds in the store. I'm not hating against lab diamonds but.........if I'm going to be wearing diamonds they are going to be natural lol. These people are a whole scam. We purchased my ring here over a year ago. We were urged to purchase the warranty as we were told that it would come in handy should the diamonds ever become loose or fall out. GREAT! Sold! Since, I have been here 6+ times to have the diamonds in my ring replaced as they keep popping out. After the last time I had to drop my ring off for diamond replacement, no less than a week later diamonds were falling out again. Today I brought my ring in as (5) larger/main diamonds have fallen out of my ring. Mohab told me despite purchasing the warranty, we would have to pay over $200 to repair my ring as the prongs for the diamonds were lose/broken. He assured me that this was in no way related to the multiple times the ring has had to be fixed over the last year and said he "checked" yet could not provide any sort of paperwork showing which diamonds were and weren't replaced previously. He advised that we don't have to pay for labor, only the gold that is used to repair the prongs. However in that same breath, he showed me where a previous prong was repaired using gold. I wasn't charged for that, so why am I being charged now? Mohab, you are inconsistent. I will be escalating this complaint. read more
