We purchased my wedding ring here about 4 years ago with a "lifetime warranty". After returning to have the ring repaired multiple times (due to many diamonds falling out), we were told that the warranty had changed. Now we were required to service the ring once every 3 months to keep the lifetime warranty. As we now live out of town, it would cost $300+ a year just to ship it back every 3 months, so I have decided to not to ship it back for this service. Last time it was repaired I asked multiple times to check that the diamonds were secure. Within 4 months one of the large diamonds fell out and was lost, along with some smaller ones. Took my watch (a heirloom watch worn by my mom for over 45 years) in for service on July 22nd and was told 2-3 weeks. no problem. happy to trust them. Having had iffy experiences with shopping mall kiosk repair "shops" in the past, I had resolved to always seek a reputable firm. This looked like it. So, after getting off work at 8pm, I headed over. Arriving less than an hour before closing, I worried I was too late. I needn't have worried. They took my watch back immediately to repair it. While waiting I noticed Yelp had an offer for Free Watch Battery Replacement for this business. Shirley was very straightforward and helpful. We got great wedding bands for ourselves here as well. They repaired, and resized the wedding ring on short notice and we got it back in under a week. The price was also reasonable (cheaper than Kay Jewelers). We went back to get it tuned up again 2 months later, adding the diamonds that were missing. First, I bought an earring pendant set and later, a diamond ring set. They were very nice people when I bought it. On the first wear, one of the earring's pearl fell off. I caught the pearl and returned to get it fixed and they did do it. Then, I bought a diamond ring set. Then I wore the pendant and earrings again. The pearl fell off from the pendant and I found it. I thought I will give it to be fixed later. Then, I wore the earrings a third time. The pearl fell off from the other earring, as well. It seemed as if the pearls weren't glued on at all. Also, I noticed a black mark in the diamond. I thought it might me some thing stuck in the side of the diamond and I thought about asking them to clean the ring. I went to the shop and they said that to fix the earring and pendant, they will do it with no charge for the labor, but for the pearl I needed to pay around $50. I asked, " Why are all the pearls falling off? Could you replace the pearl with no charge since it happened to all the pieces. When I was buying, the salesperson said any missing pearls or the small diamonds will be free of charge." When I said that, the current salesperson said that he wasn't there and the old one quit his job. I asked about the black mark in the ring because it concerned me. Without even looking at the ring to see whether it was a mark or some dirt, they said it is common in the ring with the clarity S1. When I searched it up, I understood that it can have small marks which shouldn't be seen by a naked eye. It should only be seen by a 10x magnification, but this spot was large and visible. Beware of buying any jewelry from this store. Everything will fall off easily. Also, inspect the diamonds extremely well for black marks or any other flaws. They might say that the white gold, for instance, is 14 karat, but on the receipt, they might show another number (for my diamond ring, they said 14 karat in store, but on the receipt, it showed as 10 karat and I asked them to fix it). I was extremely unhappy with my purchases and the quality of the jewelry I bought. read more

Do not go to this company! I would give them zero stars if I could. I bought my wedding ring here- a white gold band with small diamonds in laid. In less than two years of owning the ring, I have had to go back at least 8 times to replace diamonds that have fallen out. Obviously this ring will never last a lifetime. Each time they replace it and tell me it shouldn't happen again. I've even gone to pick up the ring at the store and seen that more diamonds fell out before I even brought it home! We tried to return the ring right away after the first diamond fell out less than a month after we bought it but they told us we couldn't return it. We tried a few months later have having 4+ more diamonds fall out and they told us they couldn't accept returns after more than two months! Later, I went to have them replace a diamond that fell out of my engagement ring (bought at a different store) and then that diamond that they replaced fell out after less than a month. These rings are meant to last a life time and with their terrible quality work, they aren't even lasting a few months. Definitely do not go to this store! read more

When you make such an expensive purchase you expect to receive it as one would expect- perfect. It wasn't their fault as they were the authorized dealer for a brand. November 2,2019 I went into this jewelry store looking specifically for a gold rosary necklace for my grandmother.
