I have loved using this diaper service. Being a new mom, I was really hesitant to begin the cloth diaper journey because so many of my friends have said it's just too difficult. We have been using this service for 5 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. Ocean is very helpful and patient when helping to answer my questions. He is readily available whenever and he walked me through all my concerns. Cancel anytime. We started with the service on our baby registry, which was helpful and once our baby was born a quick email started the weekly pickups of soiled diapers and drop offs of fresh new diapers. If we needed more or had too many or needed a bigger size, we just needed to send an email or a text. I liked the idea of doing cloth diapers, but wasn't sure how practical it would actually be... we decided to give this a shot to test it out. Seven months later, I am so glad I didn't buy prefolds and try to handle the laundering myself- as if there isn't enough already! The Diaper Wagon service is fantastic and makes it so easy. Ocean is kind, reliable, and responsive to needs, the diapers are always clean and odor-free, and the price is very reasonable. I've heard horror stories of diaper rashes, but our little guy has never had any skin issues, even after an overnight. I can't say definitively that it's because of the cloth diapers, but I think the breathability helps. We used Diaper Wagon's services for just over 2 1/2 years, and it's been top notch the whole while. Ocean has been great about communication whenever anything comes up: checking in on sizing, need of additional supplies, delays/changes in pickup/delivery schedules, everything. The service is fully worth the cost, and having a fresh supply of diapers provided weekly feels like a luxury I wouldn't have considered before needing them. My husband's work gave us 1 month gift of service to The Diaper Wagon after the birth of our son. We started the service 2 weeks after he was born and did it for a month, before deciding to purchase and wash our own cloth diapers. The Diaper Wagon was a great way to get started using cloth diapers. Diapers are delivered to your doorstep weekly and more than enough are provided to get you through the week, even with a newborn who needs to be changed 8-12 times a day!
