My second visit since the rebrand. Nice vibe Felix makes people feel welcome. My gin and tonic was very good. Will be back with my wife.

We stumbled upon the Dive after reading about it on a local Facebook group. The owner is social and welcoming. Looking forward to having this place to come to where we can have a relaxed conversation with a stranger, and maybe feel like we're in a real neighborhood bar, and not in downtown Walnut Creek. Will definitely come again!

This place is amazing! Felix is a great owner who has a lot of experience. He genuinely cares about his customers and really wants a fantastic experience. This will definitely be our regular bar! If you are heading over here, go down sos alley and you will see the sign on the left.

    Cool vibe.

She was very attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and overall fantastic. We tried the seasonal corn appetizer. It was delicious. For my entree, I had the garlic chili shrimp (No pineapples and mild spice level). It came with coconut rice and that was not a match. I swapped the rice for regular. They were very accomodating to all my requests. My eye had the pork bowl (I think that's what it is called). The pork had a smokey taste. She stated it was delicious. We had some wings that they lit tableside. They were really good. For dessert, my wife had the pineapple dole whip with a shot of brandy. I received a birthday song along with Tiramisu cake. I did not eat the cake, but everyone said it was good. My wife had a regular mai tai and I had the ultimate. Both were delicious. Next, we tried the ...zombie. it is the highest alcohol level drink you can have. You can only order up to 2. It comes with a warning label....lol. Honestly, it was a good drink. We were not left feeling tipsy tho. However, that's just me. We them all had some shots to end the night at this spot.

The wrap, salad, and bowls are available for lunch only, M-F until 5pm. Protein options: chicken, lamb, beef, trout, and halloumi & fig Omg, that wrap was actually huge! Like the longest I've seen! It was sooo good and flavorful! I love the side salad and cucumbers. It was a "light" meal and everything tasted fresh! The chicken was grilled perfectly and had a nice char. I loved everything about it! My bf got the chicken bowl and he also really enjoyed it! The rice was fluffy, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the yogurt/white sauce along with the stewed chickpeas went well together. I don't drink alcohol like that, so we opted for the Sour Candy, which was passionfruit, tamarind, lime, and soda. It was actually so good?! Would get again. Service was great; food took a bit to come out though, but was worth it! You can watch them prepare and cook the food from their open kitchen! On the Friday&Saturdays they close at 1am and have djs and it turns into a "night club" vibe with a disco ball and everything! Definitely an elevated lunch and dinner experience here. Would def come back to try dinner!

California-Mediterranean spot with a big vegetarian focus, plenty of vegan and gluten-free options, and a solid cocktail and beer list to go with it. I had the Impossible Kefta, which was full of flavor and easily my favorite thing on the table. The Avocado Toast-ish held up too, piled with arugula, feta, and poached eggs. We finished with the Mediterranean Cocoa Mousse and it was worth every calorie. If you only order one thing, make it the kefta. The Turkish coffee deserves its own mention. I know my Turkish coffee, and this one was done right. Not burnt, thick and flavorful down to the last sip. Staff was friendly and on top of things. The indoor tables were all held by reservations, so they sat us at the bar, which turned out to be a nice perch anyway. Make a reservation if you want indoor seating, but the bar and the outdoor patio are both comfortable. Noise stayed low to average the whole time. We never had to raise our voices. Clean spot, well staffed. Parking is free for the first three hours in Broadway Plaza, so the logistics are easy. They serve brunch, lunch, and dinner, plus a happy hour Monday through Thursday with cheap bar bites and discounted drinks. Great experience start to finish. I'd come back for dinner or happy hour and bring friends next time.

Fantastic drink. My friend tasted mine and ordered the same. The selection is the draw here. Whiskey lines the entire back wall, the rarer bottles sit behind wire-mesh locked cabinets, and there is a deep bench of tequila, beer on tap, and wine to round things out. One look at the shelves tells you they have the base for any drink you want. We split the Margherita flatbread, pesto, fresh mozzarella, and blistered cherry tomatoes, and it hit the spot as a drinking snack. The menu goes deeper than expected for a bar, with sliders, naan tacos, and charcuterie if you show up hungry. Service was good considering the staff-to-crowd ratio. Sevan stayed attentive the whole time and clearly knows his stuff. The vibe is chill and conversation-friendly, not too loud for the size of the room, with a bank of TVs toward the back if you want to catch a game. Logistics are easy. The bar sits a short walk from Pleasant Hill BART and parking in the area was no trouble. I've been a few times before and this visit confirmed why I keep coming back. I am 100% sure I rounded my bill to $XX.00 because that's what I like to do, but when I saw the charge it was different.
