Unfortunately, Dogwood of domain is closing today. They will have a DJ and of course half last call. They are renovating the venue for little Woodrow I believe. Stop by and have a last drink at Dogwood today I think by 8 o'clock will be done with the rain today. Cheers

Dogwood was such a fun stop during our birthday poker run. The patio has a great vibe and since it wasn't crowded, our group was able to spread out, relax, and actually enjoy each other without yelling over noise. The bartenders were quick and keeping drinks flowing with no long waits. It's an easy, fun spot for groups, and we ended up coming back later in the night because the open patio seating and the atmosphere was so chill.

First time to Dogwood. Came here with some girlfriends for a bite and drinks. It's was nicely decorated for the holidays. The televisions had different sports playing. The music was great. A good mix from the 70's to current. Bathrooms needed some work for sure. Or be checked on more often. Did not feel clean leaving the ladies room. Not sure if they were understaffed but we saw 4 servers behind the bar. 1 gentleman and 3 females. People that sat after us, that were men were serviced before my friends and I. It was not crowded or busy at all. We had to literally ask for help 3 times. Was very disappointing. The sliders came out. Very subpar. They had the taste and texture of a Krystal or White Castle burger. The fries were nice and hot but tasted like someone had put lime juice on them. Did not finish them. Uncertainty if will be back since so many other places around that we have been to that has much better service, friendlier staff and better food.

Food was fresh and tasty - especially for bar food! We had mozzarella balls, burger and the fried chicken sliders. The mozzarella balls were excellent with exception of marinara sauce to dip in. That had zero flavor and was runny. The burger was fresh and cooked perfect. The chicken sliders were super spicy, but excellent flavor! No table service - have to order at bar and they deliver. Ambiance -music was way too loud. When you go to a bar, isn't it to socialize? You can't have a conversation.

Stopped by to watch the NBA game. Went to the second floor nice view of the street in Domain area. We had bar food, wings and chicken nuggets and tater tots. Sat at the bar. Recommend this place to watch sports. Place was clean as well as the restrooms.

The second floor is really nice, views of the street and a bar in the middle of the roof. There is a covered area with cozier seating and uncovered areas with metal chairs. Restrooms were clean, it definitely gets busy and loud the later it gets and the worst kind of drinkers come here at night. Lots of yelling and fighting and people overly drunk, the bouncers do nothing to try to control the atmosphere. Bartenders act like it's annoying to serve you and hold long conversations with others and neglect tending to the other customers. We got beers and they tasted good, but it is a more expensive bar for the area. You get carded at the door no matter the time of day so don't;t forget your ID.

So me BFF needed to get out of the house and we revisited one of our favorite spots for breakfast. As usual we had a good time and it was a beautiful day to sit on the patio. We normally sit upstairs, but today we sat downstairs in the front. The food was really good. Some of the food was a little overseas, but it worked out overall. Let me tell you about this raspberry mimosa though. It was so good and it actually hung around in my system for quite a few hours. Good ups to the new drink or maybe it's just new to me.

Pretty standard for a bar. Upstairs and downstairs seating. Plenty of tvs. Limited food menu, but the wagyu slides are legit. Good spot for a quick drink and a chat with a friend.

Get the lemon pepper wings naked!! The seasoning on it is so salty.

Wanted to stop in here for a quick snack/ lunch after wandering around and shopping. Servers were really nice and they let us go upstairs a bit before it opened ( we were being annoying but we wanted to sit in the sun) anyways we all got drinks and such. Seems like a good place to come at night if your looking for be social. We did order some food to snack on but good lord were they salty. I feel like I eat a lot of salt but the wings and stuff down here was a literally salt bomb. Would not order food here because if you're drinking, you'll definitely be bloated haha.

Visited on a weekend day after lunch and it was very empty. The service was good. There's a variety of places to sit and stand indoor and outdoor! Drinks were good, and they had several games to pass the time! The bathrooms, tables, and chairs were clean

My job recently had a happy hour here and it turned out great! The food was very good! They have this platter with sliders, mozzarella bites, popcorn chicken, and tater tots. That is amazing! the vegetable platter with hummus was also good and the salsa was perfectly spiced! I had a great old-fashioned and whiskey sour! I love when the bartender asks you what type of liquor you like your drink! The bartenders and servers were amazing attending to not only us, but those in the bar not a part of our happy hour! The music definitely could be better, but we were there on a Tuesday around 5 o'clock, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since I've been there on a Saturday night where the rooftop is slapping! The bathrooms are really nice and clean and I love the mirror on the outside of the building. The layout is really cool as they do have a rooftop area.

Can 19 & 20 year olds go in?

They card at the door, so I'm assuming they do not.

How much are the Fountain Drinks before tax? and how much are the Domestics and Premiums and Drafts Beer before taxes?

Is there dancing? I'm getting mixed answers.

It's not a dance hall, but people dance to the dj sometimes later in the evening. Not a large area and I wouldn't go there with the intent to dance.

For reasons that make no sense to any experienced summer festival-goer, the Q2 powers-that-be decided to make this a "no re-entry" event, meaning that attendees are basically locked in the stadium with very few options for relief from the heat. Thank heaven for PointsBet Sports Bar! PointsBet Austin is located inside of Q2 stadium on the north end near the Zebra Gate, up some stairs just to your right as you enter the gate. They have cold air-conditioning, at least one phone recharging station, a few table games, seating for at least 50 people, and standing room for a couple hundred others. Plus, there's a huge horseshoe bar serving plenty of canned and mixed beverages. The whole north wall is floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light. Lastly, there are 18 flatscreens around the walls showing various sporting events and during our concert, a couple were streaming a live view of the concert stage. As expected, prices were "high" (like everything else in Austin these days), but they were in line with pricing available at the other beverage stands outside in the stadium, so we didn't pay any more than we would have out there for the same drink. According to their website, PointsBet opens 3 hours before soccer matches on regular Q2 game days, and it's one of the few air-conditioned places where non-VIP attendees can get a break from the goings-on outside.

With that being said, comparatively speaking, this place actually does better with what they have than expected. Yeah, its a pretty standard sports bar, but they have some interesting food items and a pretty killer beer list. We went with the onion rings which was the highlight of the meal. They were perfectly sized and crunchy! Great call! I went with the Irish Potato which was basically a giant baked potato topped with Shepard's pie. I am not a big shepard's pie kind of guy, but I thought it added quite a bit to the potato so I was happy with my pick! My buddy got the fish and chips. There was only one fish and he said it wasn't particularly warm. That was a bummer along with it taking forever to get service here. With that being said, the place was decently packed so our server was likely doing the best she could. The Domain seems to be one of those weird places where they can get overwhelmed really fast. A sleek bar lines one side of the space, while comfortable modern living room furniture occupies the center of the room. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between chic sophistication and laid-back fun, with clean architectural lines, modern décor, and dim lighting that creates an inviting ambiance. During our visit, we learned that the longtime bartender had recently moved on and been replaced by Sydney, who was absolutely delightful. When she discovered we were celebrating my friend's birthday, she rallied everyone at the bar and throughout the lounge area to sing "Happy Birthday." The gesture was unexpected, heartfelt, and instantly made the evening feel special. As fate would have it, another guest was celebrating a birthday as well, so the entire group enthusiastically sang for her too.
