At one point, one of the employees actually came out to the line, asked me what I wanted, took my reusable mug inside and then when I got to the window, my drink was ready. It hit the spot on a sunny Eureka day. To my surprise, I got a freebie, with the barista making more than what would fit in the cup. The excess was poured into an additional cup, and given for free.
