My husband surprised me with a date night out and I was so excited it was at the Eagle's Nest! We decided to valet park at the Hyatt Regency since it was so convenient and from there it was easy to take the elevator up to the restaurant. It was lovely to see all views of the city since you are slightly turning the entire time! We started with crab cakes and they were perfect with the kimchi. We then got the short ribs and the seafood symphony. The seafood was delicious! The short ribs were so tender and the polenta complimented it perfectly. We finished dinner with a dessert of banana sticky toffee pudding. I HATE bananas but love sticky toffee pudding so we gave it a go and it was very good although not as much pudding-ish as others I've had. Our waitress was very friendly and we will definitely be back!

We had an incredible time! The atmosphere was so nice and the views were amazing! We loved the experience and would absolutely come back! Our server Karsor was so friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience even more special. Karsor had great recommendations and was so professional and insightful! The staff were all so kind and checked on us often but not overwhelming or too much! The food was great! We had the pork chops, and duck which I'd recommend! Karsor recommended the snicker doodle cheesecake which was delicious! We also had the crab cake for the appetizer and that was fantastic as well!

This is a cool experience if you are visiting Indy or have never been. It does provide a fun view of the skyline. The service was very very slow. It took a long time to initially be waited on, get our orders after appetizers and drinks, and for our food to come out. The food was okay, but there are definitely better restaurants downtown. I was a little disappointed in the appetizers, but they may have just not been my taste. We tried the Brie and the Shrimp "Cargo." I was not a big fan of the Brie, but others at my table seemed to like it. The Crostini that came with it was not very good. The shrimp had a great flavor and texture, but it was a little too much cheese and sauce on top for me. I'm pretty sure bread was supposed to come to the table, but I had to ask for it when our entrees arrived. It was not the greatest. I had the filet. It was prepared well and overall had a good flavor. The sauce was a little too salty. The asparagus was tender, but also a bit salty.

Such a great experience taking my wife to The Eagles Nest!! Goes without saying the views of the city were spectacular. We went around 6pm in the evening and it was amazing watching the sun go down. The food was so good! I didn't know what to expect but I was very much blown away by my Shrimp entree. My wife loved hers also! We had the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert which was more of a cake than a pudding but very good! Our waitress was very funny and made the night even better!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but it feel short in a few areas. First, let's talk about what makes this place unique: it is a 22 story restaurant that rotates slowly to provide beautiful 360 degree views of the city. It really was lovely; however, it took a full 90 minutes to make one rotation, which pretty much ruined our plans of seeing the sun set. I've eaten at these before that move a little faster so that you can see more. Prices were upscale, but the food was very good quality and the wait staff was polite and formal. Service was a bit slow (we waited almost a full hour to get our salads after the appetizers). It also took about 20 minute to have our credit cards run after getting out checks. My highest surprise was the restroom. The ladies room had a badly chipped mirror, missing grout, and peeling wall paper. For the setting, it was a little shocking to see it in such disrepair and didn't for the ambiance.

When we arrived at the Hyatt on Wednesday, June 25 we saw the restaurant The Eagles Nest. We are at a NARTS conference for resale owner operators. We are from California and our shop's name is the Eagle's Nest Resale Shop, so of course we had to try the Eagles Nest Restaurant. Outstanding Service at The Eagle's Nest! Our recent visit to The Eagle's Nest Revolving Restaurant & Lounge at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis was unforgettable, thanks in large part to two exceptional team members: Mya and Ruby. Mya provided service that was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she brought a level of attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism that is sadly rare in today's hospitality industry. Her genuine care for our experience shone through every interaction. Mya anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and her attention to detail turned a great meal into an extraordinary dining experience. Her commitment to providing high-quality service reminded us of a time when customer care truly mattered. Ruby, the manager on duty, added another layer of excellence to the evening. Her leadership was visible in the smooth operation of the restaurant and the evident respect she commanded from her team. But more importantly, she personally checked on our table with a kindness and sincerity that made us feel like honored guests. Ruby's passion for both the restaurant and her staff was clear, and it showed in every aspect of the dining atmosphere. Dining at The Eagle's Nest isn't just about the breathtaking views or the elegant cuisine--it's about the people who make the experience special. Thanks to Mya and Ruby, we left feeling appreciated, well taken care of, and eager to return. Highly recommend! Angel Keen Resale Supervisor Eagle's Nest Resale Shop

This was a great dining experience. They had a creative cocktail menu and unique list of starters. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, it was so tender, and the sauce was thick and flavorful. The potatoes were cheesy and creamy, and the Brussels were the perfect complement to the dish. The rotating restaurant was a great way to take in the city, I'm sure it would be gorgeous at sunset! The servers were very attentive and welcoming to out of town guests. I would definitely recommend this for a date night or just a great steak!

A truly unique and wonderful experience! There aren't many restaurants in the country that revolve around while you dine. What a perfect way to see downtown Indianapolis while you eat. The service was excellent and the meal outstanding. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the short rib over polenta with roasted carrots. Every bite of everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It's an expensive meal, but you get everything that you pay for.

We recently visited The Eagles Nest with a large group of 14 for a post wedding elopement dinner. Half of our party was from out of town so the view was amazing and a nice way for them to see the city! Our server Anthony was incredible and very attentive. They were awesome at accommodating my toddler as well! Food was yummy and came out in a very timely manner. Drinks were very good as well! We all had a great time and will definitely be back!

We went there for dinner right before a concert and initially it was frustrating because we didn't have a server walked by for 10+ minutes. However, I'm not sure if there was an error but after our server came he was great and attentive! Ambiance was nice- we got to see a nice skyline of Indy! I got a nice caprese salad and also I shared a prime rib. Portion sizes were good and overall not a bad location to dine out with friends for a special or casual occasion!

The food was VERY good, not your average food at all. The service was good but they almost didn't accept us because we weren't business casual enough, so it was a rough start. Overall it was good!

The restaurant is on the rooftop of Hyatt Regency. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Indianapolis. Valet parking was $22 for the restaurant use. I think you can also park in the garage yourself for $18. Food was surprisingly good overall but slightly weak on salad I thought. Mac & Cheese was overly cheesy. We were expecting some more truffle flavor. However main dishes were really good. Sea bass was very fresh and cook to perfect with a great flavor. Most of all, prime rib was the best we ever had in awhile. We had a medium rare piece and it was just perfect. Anthony was our waiter and he did a great job. He was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely come back.

Mya was an amazing and knowledgeable server. She knows the wine menu very well. She is very patient. The food came out perfectly without rushing through my wedge salad. Best wedge salad, ever. The filet was delicious and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. The view was lovely, even on a cloudy day. Love the atmosphere!

I paid the $8 to upgrade the mac to lobster mac...so delicious & so worth it (the upgrade was so unnecessary but so necessary, iykyk!). I also love that they allow you to mix & match on the sliders (filet, fried shrimp, or wagyu beef with Brie). I went with 1 filet and 1 wagyu beef, which was also perfect! Would love to try the fried shrimp at some point. The accompanying aiolis perfectly complemented the sliders! I completed my meal with a lemon drop martini. Service was friendly & attentive. Will definitely keep this spot in mind the next time I return to Indy & would highly recommend to others. In fact, I found it superior to my experience @ Harry & Izzy's--much more my vibe!
