Called the number at 9am sharp on a Saturday morning and Alan answered the phone on the second ring. Although he had a limited schedule this particular Saturday, he didn't hesitate to accomodate me and quickly offered to meet me at his shop in 30 minutes. I drove over immediately. Upon meeting Alan face-to-face, I found him to be friendly, upbeat, professional and efficient. We chatted as he replaced my screen and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Hours later I still have not been able to renew the subscription. Never received any codes. Instructions are made in jargon. I've been a member of GEEK Squad since they started. No longer. There is no room for people: Only bots and faceless, voiceless agents which. If you've ever seen the skit from SNL about Spectrum, this is exactly what happens only without the faces of real people.
