First off I want to clear the air that this is not authentic Thai. This has a nice spin on it and was still good. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and welcoming with a bit of Asian flair as expected with cherry blossoms as you enter. Our server Faith was an absolute pleasure and ensured she took care of not only us, but every one of her tables with some of the warmest intent I've seen in a while. We had crab fried rice, fried calamari, and soy sauce noodles( if you're familiar with Thai this is exactly pad see ew minus the heavy oyster sauce). Everything was good but I did prefer more sauce on my noodles. And per my request I was able to get more. The spice level I chose was a 3 and while I don't enjoy super spicy, I feel like the level 3 was on par with other Thai restaurants that I frequent. The crab fried rice was well received by the people I was with and was the main reason why we traveled 35 minutes out of our way. I have dined here multiple times. All of the staff is lovely, and the food is amazing. I like the red curry and the shrimp tempura roll. My boyfriend is happy that they have Japanese beers. The restaurant has great lighting. read more

Had a really hard time finding an open place to eat dinner on NYE and stumbled in here as a last resort - so glad we ended up here! We were greeted at the door with a pleasant ambiance including cherry blossom trees. The lighting is perfect and there's lots of booths and comfortable seating. Charlie was an incredible server!! After seeing reviews here on Yelp, I decided to order Franklin's The Eastern Peak for takeout. I read a review that recommended the edamame (cooked with garlic and chili) and couldn't pass it up. It lived up to the hype and was, honestly, addictive. I had no problem finishing it all off (I didn't even share). For my main course, I got the sesame chicken which was really good. Next time, I'll get it spicier. The original is good but I think it would be even better with a kick. I got the white rice and a house salad on the side. The salad had such great lettuce - not full of watery pieces - and the dressing was delicious! Until I go back, I'll be thinking about that edamame. read more

This restaurant has such a nice aura and vibe. The inside is clean and beautiful. They offer a wide range of foods which mostly all tastes good. The red curry and pad thai were very flavorful, but the red curry probably had three pieces of chicken in the entire entrée. If the portions were adequate, this would easily be a 4 to 5 star review. Much needed Asian restaurant in this area "Cool Springs". Ambiance is awesome and decorated tastefully. Our waiter/mgr Charlie was awesome! He went over the menu since this was our first visit and made some awesome recommendations. Since there were 4 of us, we decided to try a plethora of dishes. We tried 4 sushi rolls and 5 main dishes, all were great! My personal favorite was the Sesame Chicken. We look forward to returning soon to try out some other dishes! Met there for dinner last night with some friends. My advice is to ask the server what is their best dish. I can tell you the steak teriyaki is NOT one of them. The steak was tough and tasteless and it comes with teriyaki sauce just poured over it. We also barely saw the server, who seemed rushed and frustrated. My wife and I found this restaurant on day one of our stay. We've now eaten here 3 days in a row. Everything we've tried has been fantastic. The Pad Thai was great, the sesame chicken was our favorite, and the teriyaki beef stir fry was a close second. On our last day, we got the tempura cheese cake to share. It was huge and delicious. We are new to the area & have been looking for great Asian restaurants. So far, we've seen a lot of places that look like greasy spoons and, sadly, taste like greasy spoons. This place is definitely the exception. It still has the hodgepodge of different Asian cuisine, served together, but we can't fault them for that. I think that's just a side effect of being in an area where there aren't that many Asian restaurants. That said, every dish we ordered, (one Thai, one Chinese, and one fusion), tasted fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious. Brought my 18 month old here for dinner while my husband was traveling and we loved it so much we came back with my husband. Food is fantastic and the service is top notch. The ambiance is beautifully decorated and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. The atmosphere is a nice Asian decor. Not cheesy. We had the Wok Edamame- it is EXCELLENT! We also had Gyoza, Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Beef Lo Mein and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Everything was very good. We were comparing it to a similar restaurant that we go to at least every week, because it's our favorite, and we were pleasantly surprised that the menu selection, food quality, meal presentation and taste were equal. We were not disappointed with the food. The prices were comparable too. We apparently came early, way after lunch and before the dinner crowd, so we were the only customers there and so, as I would expect, the service was prompt. The only disappointment was that they don't yet have a liquor license. Hopefully that will change soon. read more

Ive been to this location several times since it opened. Food is great! Very similar as the one in Nashville. Tonight, we ordered UberEats pickup. They forgot to pack one of the dish. When I called, they transferred me to the manager, Allison, she told me that it is her mistake for not packing the dish, however, it should be also, the customer's responsibility/my fault for not checking the bag before leaving the store. ‍.
