I walked up to the counter and there was a little bit of a line, but they waited on me quickly. I ordered my Giant Original Italian Sub which came with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. They asked me what else I liked on it, so I added Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions right out of the case. They were fast and friendly and made my sub right in front of me. When I opened my sub, it was very large and looked good. This sub not only looked good but everything on it tasted very fresh. One thing I will add is they do not heat or toast the sub buns so if you like that you will have to go elsewhere. I would suggest if you're hungry for a sub go here and you will not be disappointed. Since it was "seat yourself" we chose a low top for our party of four. Fresh brewed iced tea and Pepsi's to start. We all ordered and waited perusing the table menus showing daily specials, happy hour specials (beer and wine) plus fish platters. Great options and something for everyone. Our friends ordered the classic cheeseburgers with fries, I had the grilled chicken melt and my hubby opted for breakfast, the pecan waffle and a side of bacon. Our friend's burgers came out picture perfect; fluffy bun, generous lettuce, tomato and onion and crispy hot fries. They said it was probably one of the best burgers in the area. My husband's pecan waffle was crisp but fluffy on the inside, not dry. There was a light powdered sugar dusting and an ample amount of pecans. The bacon was crisp, not greasy and nice long strips as if baked not fried. My chicken melt was delicious! Grilled chicken breast, bacon, tomato, Swiss cheese and a "special sauce" all toasted between crisp buttery rye bread. I opted for onion rings and they were stellar. You know, where the outside is crisp but the onion is cooked translucent so that when you bite the onion ring the onion doesn't slide out in one long run?!! Perfect!! Our service was exceptional and the food presentation was great. Kudos to the owners for the service and quality effort they have put into this establishment, it truly shows. This will most likely become our "go-to" local spot!! Next review will be the Coney chili dog!

He then said he would have no reason to overcharge you he doesn't get that money you know that right ? What a stupid thing to say to a pissed off customer after your employee just tried to rip off my friend. This is inexcusable and the guy has major integrity issues and should be fired. I will never eat here again and I would come here regularly once or twice a week.
