We were on vacation in Yellowstone (ofcourse). My husband saw the reviews for this place and we decided to try this place. The owner welcomed us so nicely and we decided to order falafel wrap and platter. Oh my god they were sooo fresh and delicious. Owner was super kind and he made fries(off menu) for our daughter. If you are here on vacation do try it. Absolutely amazing!!!

Falafel wrap regular size - pretty good size I was full

If you're looking for a break from burgers and bbq in West Yellowstone and want something more healthy and lighter this is a great spot to do so. It's a good truck right next to the Chevron gas station. They have hotdogs, fries, nachos, grilled cheese sandwiches but their main items are Falafel sandwich wrap, falafel plate, or a falafel plate with hummus. I believe the falafel plate is just falafels with salad and veggies. I went with regular sized falafel wrap for $10, which came with a generous portion of falafel balls, cucumbers, lettuce, I believe tzatziki sauce. It was good! My only complaint was the falafel was a little dry. Most places I go to the falafel is dry so I get the complexity, there are very few places I been to where the falafel is crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside, and it's perfect. Although a little dry, I still enjoyed my wrap l. I hope they expand their menu and have something like a falafel bowl that comes with Mediterranean rice, salad, cucumbers, pickled cabbage, peppers, falafel, all covered in tzatziki sauce, with a side of pita bread and hummus because I would order that all day!

Meeting new friends!!! When you see a line, have patience and be kind. The wait is worth it! And the new people you meet will be too :)

BEST FOOD IN WEST YELLOWSTONE HANDS DOWN. The chef is truly cooking with love here. Every ingredient is fresh and every item is made to order. Flavorful falafel-- a homerun all around. And the only entirely VEGAN option in West Yellowstone! Also, kindest service from Kim. Such a sweetheart and so helpful. :) Thank you for a wonderful end to our visit!! We will definitely be back!

Best falafel I've ever had!! Spoiled now, nothing will compare. Great service, super nice people. It's just a food truck with a pretty small menu, but all the falafel dishes are vegan. I believe they also have a hot dog and a chicken dish.

This food truck was absolutely 10/10!! They served fresh, delicious falafel. I've never had falafel like this in my life and actually thought I didn't like falafel. Little did I know it's just never been made well. Please go support this spot, the owner is kind and truly cares about the customer.

After a busy day at Yellowstone national park we were feeling hungry and we were looking for a quick spot to have a bite. We searched around us and we decided to try the falafel spot. It is food truck near Yellowstone national park which serves dishes made of falafel. From the menu we decided to order Falafel Hummus Plate and Falafel plate. We had to wait for 20-30 minutes to get our order. The food was hot and falafel were freshly prepared. The falafel plate was delicious and tasty. Loved the falafel and the falafel hummus plate was also delicious. Loved both the dishes.

Delicious food and great conversation with the owner! What a great find. Nice to have an alternative amongst all of the "bar food."

The ratings are about right. I made our reservation weeks ago because national park restaurants in…read moremy experience are hard to get same week reservations. They had a buffet option, $15 per kid and $50 per adult. My kids all got the buffet option and did decently well with it, it had salmon, sliced brisket, croissant rolls, Mac n cheese, dessert options, chicken, sausages, veggies etc. We tried the regular menu, my husband got the rib eye and I got the tofu vegan bowl. The rib eye plate was extremely underwhelming and the tofu bowl was not good at all. The service was very nice but the entrees took a very long time to come out. The dining room was historic but you can't see old faithful and when it's hot day even with windows open it can be a bit stuffy. I'm glad we tried it but we probably won't go again

Oh man oh man oh man. First, we had a reservation for a sit down dinner at 8:30. After seeing our…read morecabin room, we quickly realized that this place was overly touristy, overpriced and not a place we want or need to return to. Old Faithful, cool. Saw it a couple times. Room, we had to change from one cabin to another (the inn and lodge were full so we were stuck). Massive amounts of mosquitos and I wasn't sleeping in that sort of nonsense. New room, ok. I don't believe we have A/C, lol. We have a cool table top fan. Yikes. Dinner: I cancelled our reservation from reading these reviews and opted for take out from it. House salad add chicken, meh. I asked for dressings on the side, ranch all on top. Kids chicken fingers, not so fresh/soggy when I opened them. Honey mustard was good. I wanted the potato soup but they had broccoli cheddar, it was fine, under seasoned. It took 25 minutes to get what I ordered and then I felt horrible because the poor hostess was being yelled at by the people waiting because like everyone else here said, it's messed up! No, I won't be back. Sorry I'm not sorry.

Four stars mainly because they at least fed us! Unlike the Lake Yellowstone Dining Room where you…read morehave to have a reservation for a meal. And yes, they'll turn you away even if you can see empty tables in the restaurant in the last 30 mins when there are no more reservations arriving. For dinner, since we reached about half hour before they closed, they were out of 2 out of 3 entree discuss specials and only had Mac and cheese, the third airboating. We got that one which came with a side of beans (most definitely canned) and a black bean burger (most definitely pre-made frozen) and a side of fries (hot and tasty). The portion of Mac and cheese was humongous like the size of a small soccer ball. We barely made a dent in it and had to throw the rest away which was terrible. They should really consider portion sizes based on the type of entree. For breakfast the next day, we had the breakfast bowl which was very tasty. Scrambled eggs, salsa, potatoes, peppers. We got the oatmeal with blueberries (each topping is additional $$) which was ok, stickier than I'd prefer. The coffee was great. We also carried egg and cheese sandwiches for the road which were quite dry. I would've rather had the breakfast bowl again. I'm glad they exist so that there's an option for food in this area but they can definitely improve on several fronts including composting the food scraps, because why not? I'd think keeping trash to a minimum is especially important in a national park.

There weren't a lot of vegetarian options for lunch and dinner, which was frustrating. The breakfast options were definitely the best options in my opinion. It's like a large food court, but with only one restaurant/menu. Quite loud, but that was due to the volume of people. Service was fine...you order and then they call your number and you get your food from the counter, so really not much interaction with the workers. The tables were pretty clean for it being so busy.
