Seeing a lot of bad reviews so I felt like I had to speak up. I grab lunch here often. I wish I could order ahead of time but apparently they have a rule that you need to order at least 5 bowls for pre-orders. That's the only thing that sucks about this place. It's super clean, the staff are nice, the food is bomb diggity (as all flame broilers are), and I love their mini-bowl options. You know what else I love about the broiler? The fact that they have REAL vegetables in their bowls. I'm not big on rice, so I always go for the all veggie option and there are so many other "flame broiler" type places that are so stingy with the vegetables. Do I want a bowl full of cabbage? No! Give me that broccoli so I can feel better about myself after pouring a water fall of the magic sauce on my bowl because that stuff is straight crack! Long time customer here. Recently have noticed that they aren't putting as much food as they used to, they are putting far less, I mean for the price we pay, almost 7 dollars for a regular bowl they could at least fill up the bowl with a decent amount of food. First and foremost, the cashiers here are great but I wish I could say the same for the cook and the manager (Elmer). I went in yesterday to buy two two meat bowls with white meat, steak and the veggies. I took it to go and when I get home and take a bite of the chicken both my wife and I had the same look about the meat. The meat was gummy and undercooked . We were disgusting. I proceeded to call the store and spoke to Josephine which told me she would replace our bowls or I can come in the next day to replace it. Brings me to today. I go in to replace the bowls and I am told that the manager Elmer is only replacing one. Here is the thing after talking to Josephine we didn't eat the food as we were disgusted . And now they won't even make it right . Sad to say that I love flame broiler but definitely not this location. Tip for the cook and manager. You should be doing quality taste test yourself throughout the day to ensure you are not providing undercooked food that can spread sickness to people. Make it better. So, all in all if you like rubber undercooked chicken. Go here. If you want quality flame broiler go to a different one. read more

VEGAN friendly??? NOT AT ALL!! My fiancé and I are vegans. After returning home with our organic tofu bowls we discovered a piece of chicken in one of them that my fiancé accidentally bit into. I've been to different flame broilers but this seems to be the worst of them all. I thought the bowls were made to order but mine was ready in 30 seconds as they just threw rice in the bowl and then added a slab of already cooked meat from a warming container and then called it "fresh." I wouldn't mind if the meat was made and served during peak hours but it tasted like it's been sitting there for a while. Next time, WaBa Grill it is. read more

Good service but one night I was craving the flame and I checked to see what time they close, it had said they close at 9 and I literally went @ 8;36pm and they had already turned off the open sign and were cleaning up. I don't know about this place but from what I know from my own personal experience about working in these kinds of places or any job in general, you can't ever close until your actual scheduled hours say. So I would gladly appreciate it if they would close when they say they do and not earlier when they feel like it. The Last Time I Went In, It Was A Different Girl... I Ordered The Same Thing And I Made Sure I Said Just All Rice Nothing Else... So My Order Comes Out With The Salad And An Orange... This is one of the favorite Flame Broilers i have gone too. They are Very clean, SUPER welcoming. They are very busy during lunch time. Cashiers always welcoming me the minute i step foot into the store. I have gone to other restaurants where i don't get greeted, even when I'm about to order. Their customer service is great. I was reading some of these reviews and they're just so stupid. People need to check their food before they leave. I've seen some people leave without checking their food or even grabbing other peoples order. that is your fault people. Besides the customer service the chicken here is very good, although I've came different times and some cooks cook it differently. the steak is tasty and juicy. my favorite. The food here is great, the service needs improvement. I came in at lunch hour so I expected it to be busy, but the cashiers seemed so overwhelmed and couldn't focus on one thing at a time. The lady was trying to take my order while also calling orders that were ready for Take Out. Because of that, my order was taken incorrectly.
