We stopped there for lunch as we were in a time crunch. We loved their sandwiches and the people were great.

My friends and I ate at Cootie Brown's prior to a concert at the Paramount Theater. What a fun and…read morevibrant place! It's very popular but it's huge with lots of parking. You walk in and there's outdoor seating with the garage doors open. It was very pleasant outside but we chose to eat indoors. The artwork on the walls is so clever and unique. Our server came over right away and took our drink order. She gave us ample time to look at the menu, which is huge with lots of different options! I ordered the half club sandwich. It doesn't come on sliced bread. It comes on some type of bun. It was HUGE. I couldn't eat it all even though it was delicious. It comes with their homemade spiral chips and they were delicious!! My friends ordered a slice of the Key Lime Pie! Wow, I got a bite and it was delicious! We all highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return in the future! Our service was wonderful, the atmosphere was fantastic!

Just not lunch time yet as it filled up quickly. Cute perky environment they have glass garage door windows. Great breeze. I had 3 shrimp Bam Bam tacos very good and a side of yummy tomato basil soup definitely fresh. My daughter had a vegan Bean burger she won't do that again but the chips were good. For desert we had 2 pieces to go of special key lime pie. oh my God so good. Very large menu, Sunday brunch and cocktails. We will be back. Have

Seriously, this is the best Jamaican jerk sauce and jerk chicken I've had--no exaggeration. Every…read moretime we visit, I leave with bottles of the sauce and their spice because it's that good. On our most recent trip, we sat outside and had excellent service. The food came out quickly, which was a nice surprise, and everything was on point. I ordered the jerk chicken grilled sandwich with pub fries--both were really good, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly. The place has a very cool, eclectic vibe with a unique atmosphere, plus a solid beer selection to round it out. Great spot overall--highly recommend.

The outdoor area can be loud due to its close proximity to the busy street. Not really much of a view; just the parking area and passing cars. Plenty of parking in front and to the side. They do have an inside dining area, but the host didn't give us that option. Our waitress was nice but wasn't very knowledgeable about the food; I asked her if the shrimp poboy came on hard or soft bread. She said soft so I ordered that. It was toasted to the point of being rock hard; actually cut my lip on it. Otherwise the poboy was pretty good, just hard to eat. The wife enjoyed her burger, but it wasn't anything special. And neither of us cared much for their side of chips; it's clearly their attempt to be different by not serving the usual French fries. But in our opinions, it's a fail. They were neither a tasty potato chip nor a fry, but something in between, that even ketchup couldn't make tasty. Interesting place to visit once, but I doubt we'll be back.
