I asked not our server (who happened to be the bartender) but the person who delivered the food if there was any way to get a spot of grits whenever they were ready even if it was at the end of the meal. After finishing we were presented with a small takeout of grits which made the entire evening- they were outstanding. They recognized that they should have been ready and made up for it at the end.
