I always get the Spicy Falafel Spring Roll; it's fresh veggies (lettuce tomatoes avocado cucumber olives and more) and their yummy spicy falafel all wrapped up in a rice wrapper. But it's not the size of your typical spring rolls, this thing is the size of a super burrito! It also comes with a container of hot sauce and tahini sauce. It's soo filling and flavorful, my mouth is watering just thinking about it now! I recommend to request it to be double wrapped, it's a healthy amount of filling so one time it did burst open and it was a mess yo eat. It's $9 and I usually make two meals out of it, so it's honestly a really good deal! The people here are also super friendly and very aware of what's vegan and what's not. They take cash, card, and Apple Pay.

It took about less than 10 mins under it my order was ready. I love the melted cheese on top of the meat and the french fries are nicely seasoned. It was very yummy, I do plan on trying other things on their menu.

Parking is plenty on the street or in their little lot if early/off hours. If it's on a busy time or with events going on at Todos Santos Plaza, then it can be tricky to find parking. I got the Chicken Platter ($18.99) It came with rice, chicken, salad, humus, 4 triangle pita bread and extra tzatziki sauce on the side. The first thing I noticed right away was that they love their sumac here. I don't mind it at all and the more sumac the better I think. The rice is really fluffy and pairs really well with the chicken. With the tzatziki sauce drizzled on top and extra to add on each bite, it's a great combo wombo of flavor. The hummus is really good too! It is not watery like some places and holds its shape well. Went great with the rice/chicken, with pita or even by itself! Salad was just mix of greens, tomatos, cucmbers with some cheese crumble. No olive oil or vinegar was added so I had to spread some tzatziki to give it a little boost. Overall the dish was really delicious. I would recommend to come here if you like Mediterranian food. Interested in their falafal and would likely get that next time. Water is free here and the utensils are plastic for those that are picky.

They serve big portions and the food is delicious! Falafels were not dry at all. The pita and rice were so good! And the hummus! All of it, really. I'm excited to go back and try the gyro. Super friendly service, and they hustle to get your food to you. It's a small place, so not a ton of seating, but I really enjoyed my experience.

I appreciate they have a kiddo menu and also that they offer Haloumi Cheese as an option for their wraps/plates/bowls/sides. I ordered a Grilled Haloumi Cheese Bowl that was absolutely delicious. It came with a choice of arugula salad, tumeric rice, or 1/2 and 1/2. I chose the 1/2 and 1/2 ~ the bowl was accompanied also with fried eggplant, cucumbers, hummus, tahini sauce, and pomegranate molasses. My husband ordered a steak shawarma plate ~ the steak was cut perfectly for our kiddo to enjoy too! We also did a cold mezze side of hummus with pita. There is interior/exterior seating. Order at the register, food is delivered to you. The staff was incredibly accommodating on a busy weekend afternoon, and offered extra napkins/silverware/and ask for the hot sauce! Writing this, I can't believe we didn't try the falafel! But that leaves room for next time. Street parking can be found in front of restaurant and there is a lot in back of restaurant too. I would recommend patience when finding parking on Hartz Ave :) The food was very fresh, hearty portions, came hot and in great timing, fair pricing, and a nice array of meat/veg options. Intrigued to also check out their Oakland location too.

Review is for Doordash order:…read more Falafel Boy is a restaurant we seem to order on a weekly basis. The simple reason is that our 5yo son is an extremely picky eater, and for some reason he is a huge fan of the Kid's Chicken and Rice bowl. The rice is Turmeric rice, and completely yellow and seasoned. Chicken is boneless and seasoned but usually on the dry side. Doesn't matter / our son has been known to finish half to all of a bowl by himself for lunch. Recently we've been getting double orders to have a backup dinner option. As for the adults, I occasionally enjoy their lamb kabobs and Chicken Shawarma, while the wife is a fan of the Shrimp Kabobs. The combo plates are a complete meal since you get hummus, pita bread, and a small side salad. Definitely one of our go-to favorites for a quick lunch we know our son will enjoy.
