    Highly Recommend: It's Worth the Drive I had a really good experience buying my 2026 Bronco from The Ford Store Morgan Hill ... they really did a great job! My main sales person was Don Ouaneoudone, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was also training Nate Aguayo who is now a full sales advisor. The sales manager is Ryan Valletta. All three were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They made my special order and purchase easy. This was my first new car since my 2010 Prius (which I'm still driving), so this was a big decision for me. I decided to treat myself and special-ordered a 2026 Bronco Badlands 4-door, 2.3L manual transmission, Lux package, leather seats, and Carbonized Gray body and roof. I've always loved manuals (my first three cars were sticks), and since they seem to be on the endangered option list, I decided to get one, while I still could. The Bronco Badlands has front and rear lockers, full-time auto 4WD, a 360-degree camera, and a 7-speed manual--everything I wanted. The special order was placed in October 2025 and delivered in February 2026, and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. What really stood out: No pressure sales - The sales team is non-commission, and it shows. No pushing, no stress. Excellent communication - Don kept me updated throughout the entire process and always followed up quickly with answers to my questions. Great pricing - I paid below MSRP and just above invoice, which I really appreciated. Large inventory - They had enough on the lot that I could test-drive a manual Bronco to make sure I still knew how to drive one. Welcoming atmosphere - Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at home. Truly a friendly staff. Worth the drive - It's about 25 miles for me, and I'd gladly do it again. One memorable moment: on the day I finalized my purchase, the power went out for hours due to stormy weather. Instead of delaying everything, the team used a cellular hotspot to complete part of the paperwork. Despite the inconvenience, everyone stayed pleasant, patient, and professional. That really says a lot about their attitude and customer focus. As a side note, their service department is also highly recommended. They did work on my Bronco to add dealer installed options (ex. trailer hitch) and also added wheel locks (two types and two per wheel). The service manager is Jim Lauterbach and my service advisor was Charles Hernandez. Both were very helpful. They follow up post service to make sure everything is alright. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to buy a Ford I highly recommend The Ford Store in Morgan Hill. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

    Big huge thanks to Justin Levecchio for getting my husband Jo into his dream truck today! We're new to the EV world and Justin made sure to go over as much information as possible while also making sure to educate us on maintenance needs. He made the process enjoyable and fast. Oscar in finance also made that part of the day as easy as possible.

    I had an awesome experience working with Bobby Covarrubias. From the start, he was easy to talk to, straightforward, and genuinely focused on helping me order exactly what I needed. I was looking for a new F-350 to tow my trailer, and instead of trying to upsell or rush me, he took the time to understand what I wanted and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You could hear her from the waiting area, "WHO called you?" and "Well your wife is still here". Sarah Gomes felt it was more important of her time to spend 30 minutes harassing my husband before coming to tell me my car was finally ready, almost 6 hours later. She then tells me "we had to rush". WHY would they need to rush with a car they had for almost 6 hours? WHY are you telling me that you rushed and my car may not be up to par because they didn't spend the appropriate time on it? Is it because we have this service prepaid, as part of a package when we bought the car, and now that we aren't paying anything today then we aren't worth good service? My husband tried calling to speak with a manager but was passed around. I guess they just wanted to further prove that not all customers are treated equal.

Throughout it all, I appreciated that Jeremy was knowledgeable, no-bs, patient, and responsive. I never had to communicate with the dealer at all, until I showed up at the dealership for my test drive, where the salesman had all the paperwork ready to go. From test drive arrival to leaving the dealer with my new car, it only took 2 hours, which feels pretty efficient.     It was time for us to upgrade the family hauler, so the long research process began…read more.. Long story short, Arkady got us the car we wanted just under MSRP. Nothing to brag about right? But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business.
