Best Ford dealership around. 10/10 Started at Capital Ford for my search for a Bronco (because they were closest to me) and let me tell you, what an absolute waste of time with slimy, lying sales man, finance guy and even managers. Yuk! Did some searching online and found a Bronco that caught my eye on the Ford Store Morgan Hill's website. Took the 30 minute drive there and was greeted by Hector almost immediately. He was friendly, personable, relatable and never pushy. We test drove the one I was interested in and I fell in love with it. The entire purchase process from start to finish was so smooth and easy. Highly Recommend: It's Worth the Drive I had a really good experience buying my 2026 Bronco from The Ford Store Morgan Hill ... they really did a great job! My main sales person was Don Ouaneoudone, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was also training Nate Aguayo who is now a full sales advisor. The sales manager is Ryan Valletta. All three were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They made my special order and purchase easy. This was my first new car since my 2010 Prius (which I'm still driving), so this was a big decision for me. I decided to treat myself and special-ordered a 2026 Bronco Badlands 4-door, 2.3L manual transmission, Lux package, leather seats, and Carbonized Gray body and roof. I've always loved manuals (my first three cars were sticks), and since they seem to be on the endangered option list, I decided to get one, while I still could. The Bronco Badlands has front and rear lockers, full-time auto 4WD, a 360-degree camera, and a 7-speed manual--everything I wanted. The special order was placed in October 2025 and delivered in February 2026, and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. What really stood out: No pressure sales - The sales team is non-commission, and it shows. No pushing, no stress. Excellent communication - Don kept me updated throughout the entire process and always followed up quickly with answers to my questions. Great pricing - I paid below MSRP and just above invoice, which I really appreciated. Large inventory - They had enough on the lot that I could test-drive a manual Bronco to make sure I still knew how to drive one. Instead of delaying everything, the team used a cellular hotspot to complete part of the paperwork. Despite the inconvenience, everyone stayed pleasant, patient, and professional. That really says a lot about their attitude and customer focus. As a side note, their service department is also highly recommended. They did work on my Bronco to add dealer installed options (ex. trailer hitch) and also added wheel locks (two types and two per wheel). I scheduled service with The Ford Store Morgan Hill for my 2018 Expedition. I described the year, model and issue in detail on the phone. They told me I needed to have it towed myself. They sent me messages reminding me of the appointment which show the make and year of the car. After it arrived, they called and said they don't work on cars that old and told me to remove it. I had no idea what she was talking about and said it's not that old. She more or less just repeated herself and obviously didn't want to explain anything. I paid to have it towed home. Over $400 in towing fees for nothing and that's just my problem as far as they are concerned. I would absolutely never recommend anyone do business with these people. read more

I'm giving my new service advisor (Kimberly Baptista) 5 stars. The Ford Store maybe one star). I waited two and a half years (December 2023) for a safety recall on my 2021 Ford F150. Every time I scheduled an appointment I would take my truck in and when I would arrive they would tell me the parts were not available. After dealing with two service advisors and not getting the recall addressed, I reached out to Ford Corp. in Detroit Michigan. For months they assisted and tried to get my recall fixed with no results. They felt so bad I was dealing with this situation they offered me a free extended warranty, which I thanked them but declined because when I purchased my truck I purchased a 10 year extended warranty. I even had the service manager Jim Lauterbach request I send him a photo of my VIN and mileage to put me on a waiting list for the parts. I never heard back from him. When I took my truck in for scheduled service in April 2026, my new service advisor Kimberly told me they had parts in stock. I finally got all my pending recalls fixed. read more
