Came here with a large group for a friends birthday. The restaurant is cute and cozy and the hostess was very nice when we walked in. For appetizers we shared oysters (yum), crab cakes (good but small). For dinner I had the scallops and risotto which I enjoyed. My friends had the lobster pasta which they also liked. Service was good, prices high, but that's just the area, and dessert we had some Dubai chocolate dessert which I was not a fan of. Overall a good meal and would come again if we were in the area!

Came here for date night with my husband and it was the perfect spot. Dark, moody, intimate; great for dates or dinner with a small group of friends. The server was super kind and attentive. The bread that came to the table to start was crispy and warm. My husband enjoyed his oysters. I ordered the lobster pasta which was delicious and ended with the pecan pie which was totally dreamy served with salted caramel ice cream. Thank you!

Came here for dinner last night. Was with a group on 8 people. Service was good and the waiter was very attentive. I split wine with a couple of friends and had an espresso martini which was good but close to 25$. You don't even spend that much in NYC. Crazy to me. Anyways dinner was just OK. I had the lobster with pasta and the lobster was tough. The sauce was very good though. My husband had the short rib which he also liked but a bit tough as well. I wouldn't go back.

Went here for my birthday dinner and it was completely packed. We were seated right away for our reservation thankfully and ordered drinks. We got two of the cocktails off the menu and they were literally the most expensive list of drinks I've ever seen at a restaurant, more than anything I've seen in Manhattan. Each of our drinks were between $22-25 which to me for a glorified gin and tonic and spicy margarita is ridiculous. They were nothing special and honestly I wish I had that $50 back and had just stuck with water. The oysters friskafella were very tasty but if you put breadcrumbs and garlic on anything they'd be good. Oysters on the half shell were delicious and fresh. I also loved the bread basket and salted butter they bring to the table, so good I couldn't stop eating it. We ordered the lobster pasta and the sea scallops, both were sort of mediocre and the lobster pasta lacked flavor in my opinion. For such a hefty price tag and such amazing reviews I had high expectations that weren't met. My biggest complaint was how HOT the restaurant was, it literally made me feel sick after eating a heavy meal I had to go stand outside. It was probably 80 degrees inside which took away a lot of the enjoyment. Meal was decent but too expensive. I'd try somewhere else next time.

It has been a long time since I have been to Greenport. I was surprised to notice the upgrade in the area. Especially with the addition of the new upscale restaurants. The Frisky Oyster resembles a Hamptons-style place that provides sophisticated food with South Fork prices. The main dining room is set back from the outdoor bar area that comfortably sits by the seasonally busy Front Street. The indoor dining area is decorated with white wallpaper, royal blue, navy, and black paint along with white chairs, tablecloths, and globe light fixtures. Our entrees were delicious which included a creative Chicken Milanese, and seared tuna fillet. As appetizers we had the Oysters on half shell along with soft shell crab. The ambiance is marvelous, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was wonderful, and the service was excellent.

I had the pleasure of dining at Noah's on Sunday evening with two of my college girlfriends, and…read morewhat a wonderful experience it was! We ordered several dishes to share so we could sample as much of the menu as possible. We started with a half dozen oysters featuring three different varieties. They were incredibly fresh, and we loved every one of them. The accompanying sauces were the perfect complement. From the Small Plates menu, we ordered the watermelon salad. It was a generous portion and absolutely delicious. Perfect for a warm summer evening. I especially loved the combination of arugula, fresh mint, and both yellow and red watermelon. The cocoa nibs were an unexpected touch that added wonderful texture and flavor. It's not something I ever would have thought to add to a watermelon salad, but it worked beautifully. I can't wait to order it again. Next came the Long Island calamari frito misto with rock shrimp. The lightly battered calamari and shrimp were perfectly crisp, and the addition of fennel added a unique flavor that elevated the entire dish. It was simply superb. We also shared the red crab tacos. There are three tacos per order, which worked out perfectly since each of us could enjoy one. This was another standout. I love crab but usually shy away from mayonnaise-based salads. Whatever they did with this crab salad completely won me over. It was light, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The Long Island Duck BBQ, served with pulled duck, cheddar grits, and scallions, was another pleasant surprise. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it was outstanding. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the creamy cheddar grits paired perfectly with the tender duck. It was another creative dish that showcased the kitchen's talent. We also ordered a side of baby spinach so we'd have a vegetable to round out the meal, and even that was perfectly prepared and very flavorful. When I say everything was exceptional, I truly mean it. Every dish arrived beautifully presented, at the perfect temperature, expertly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. Our server, Jennifer Farino, kept everything running seamlessly despite all of our shared plates and courses. She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire evening even more enjoyable. My friends ordered Hugo Spritzes while I enjoyed a raspberry Stoli Cosmopolitan. The cocktails were outstanding as well. Kudos to the bartender! When it came time for dessert, we asked Jennifer to surprise us with her selections. While every dessert was delicious, my absolute favorite was the cinnamon sugar beignets with bourbon caramel dipping sauce. They were warm, light, and completely irresistible. I could eat them every day! In fact, I'd happily return just for those beignets. We originally had an indoor reservation, but when we arrived we were fortunate enough to be seated outside, where seating is first-come, first-served. It couldn't have worked out better. The weather was beautiful, making for a perfect summer evening. Even the background music was thoughtfully chosen and played at just the right volume, creating a wonderful atmosphere. From the food and drinks to the service and ambiance, everything about our evening at Noah's was exceptional. We all left saying the same thing: this was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Noah's has truly set the bar high, and we can't wait to return.

My turkey was cold and the coleslaw had no seasoning, just a lot of mayo. The bbq sauce had a weird, unpleasant taste. My kids chicken and fingers and French fries were fine. The kicker was that their 2 bathrooms were out of order. I wasn't aware of this until my 4 year old needed to go. After seeing the signs on the doors, I went up to the counter to ask if there was a working bathroom. He said "No. You can go across the street." What? There's a bar and a restaurant across the street. The restaurant was closed. The bar may have been open. In any event, Green Hill should have told us they didn't have a working bathroom and should probably have been closed until they were fixed. I believe that's a health code violation.

Popped in for a quick weekend lunch since they had visibly open tables and we were seated right away. The person who showed us to our table led the way, and then dropped menus and utensils in a booth and kept walking. As soon as we made our way through the small restaurant, the absolute filth of the place was the only thing I could focus on. There were food scraps and garbage littering almost every surface of the floor. Our own table had dirty napkins, crumbs and half spilled sugar packets underneath, and the bench needed a wipe down before I could sit. Condiments on the table were dirty and if you moved them, the table was covered with crumbs underneath so no one is moving the condiments to clean. The bathroom was equally disgusting and unkempt. Despite all signs pointing to that we should've left immediately, we were hungry and had been driving for awhile. The food/drink was nothing like the other locations we've visited. In my 20 years of ordering Mimosas, I have never before been asked if I wanted a single or a double. It's prosecco, not shots. I went for the single because my expectations were low, and was presented with a weird little lowball glass of pineapple juice and a jigger of prosecco. That is completely ridiculous to cut a serving in half and call it a "single". For $12 you can buy an entire decent bottle of prosecco, and probably at least three bottles of whatever cheap they're serving. It feels like a cheat not to get a full serving. I ordered the Bootlegger for my meal which is fried chicken, melted cheese, bacon and Russian dressing on a roll. It arrived on a tiny hamburger bun with no dressing. Our server came once to ask how everything was the moment the plates were set down, and left when I told her I hadn't tried it yet. It then took about 10 minutes to obtain a side of dressing once I noticed my sandwich was dry. It was edible, but definitely not worth ever having again. My husband ordered corned beef hash and eggs, which was a plate filled with boxed potato sprinkled with pieces of corned beef. Eggs were fine. We did not use any of the condiments since it was clear they hadn't been swapped out or cleaned, and really tried to get out of this dirty environment as fast as possible. Servers were all concentrated in the bar area, some on phones clearly not busy...so it makes one wonder why no one thought to sweep the floor or wipe down a table. The state of the dining room was truly disgusting and honestly surprising. Our server barely attended to us so we opted not to bring this complaint to her directly and judging by the demeanor of the other staff, there wasn't a manger on duty. The bigger problem here is that if the public-facing front of house can look that way, I can only imagine how the kitchen is kept. We will never return to this location and sincerely hope it can be brought up to the same standards as the others.
