I chose the crudo: yellowtail, amarillo, charred tomato and guava. The dish was gorgeous, stunning, beautiful and tasted divine. Presentation so on point, flavors, freshness, just so yum. The bartender was so great as well, we made small talk and he told me that if I was into non-alcoholic drinks and fish that I should check out Jeune et Jolie next so I did just that.
