Been a customer for a couple of years. Love the fish and chips, classic style, with a wonderful thick batter. Best I've found in the Tacoma area. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. Service is rather slow though, wish they'd hire a 3rd person to speed things up. It's worth the wait though and the Tartar sauce is excellent, a really nice touch. read more

Best fish and chips I've ever had. I've eaten a lot of fish and these guys are the best.... They also offer fried oysters, fish and tofu tacos. They offer lemonade and other drinks. Also many other yummy dishes. They make homemade tarter sauce and ginger coleslaw. Hit them up and give them a try you won't be disappointed. Ordered 3 piece fish and chips for 10.00 and a strawberry lemonade for 3.00. The tarter sauce was AWESOME! Exactly how I prefer my tarter sauce with dill and more like an aioli. The fish and chips were okay, a little light in my opinion for 10.00. I was barely given any fries and the pieces of fish were small. The batter was nice and what fries I had were seasoned well. The strawberry lemonade was excellent! All in all a little pricey for what you get. read more

I love coming here! I do have to say it's not the best fish in chips I've ever had but it is really good! My favorite is their fish tacos, ginger coleslaw, and lemonades. The fish tacos just hit the spot every time I go there and the lime tartar sauce it comes with is the BEST tartar sauce I've ever had! read more

This is an excellent place for fish and chips. I think is was around $50 for four fish and chips and one chicken tender meal. The tartar sauce is absolutely fabulous, there's no comparison. The main drawback for me is the lack of regular hours and location. If you want the frying Dutchman you need to plan ahead but definitely worth the effort. read more

I love this food truck! Hands down the best fish and chips in west WA. Always fresh hand dipped fish, perfectly cooked and seasoned, yummy fries, fresh lemonade with or without fresh fruit puree (I recommend the puree it's terrific), and that amazing homemade tartar sauce YUMMY! Surprisingly good quality of fish coming from a food truck. Really juicy yet flakey fish and spot on breading. Really good tartar sauce!

So good every time and the prices are good for the serving size. Even the chicken strips were yummy! Just be mindful if you only have a 30 minute lunch, long lines! Average time (for me anyway) to get food is 10-15 minutes, I have gone about 4 times. Always my favorite though and absolutely worth the wait. read more

Delicious batter on the fish-light & crispy. Fish portion was decent and not too fishy tasting. (I know-it's fish! But my favorite tasting fish isn't strong and oily.) The fish did have a few chewier bites towards the ends but it was still good.The tartar was very dilly and creamy.
