I had the "steak frites" skirt steak and it was just ok. I ordered it medium rare, it came medium well (no pink but not dried out). The herbs in the chimichurri sauce were cooked from being put on such a hot steak, so it lacked flavor. My fries didn't come with ketchup or any dipping sauce. No salt and pepper on the table. Server brought our food then disappeared. Never came back to ask us how our meals were. I would've mentioned the steak and asked for salt and ketchup. There was only one other guest in the entire place, so it wasn't busy. My daughters ordered off the tapas menu. They got the birria egg roll and pork fried rice. They both enjoyed their food very much. I tried a bite of each and they were excellent, especially the egg roll. Well finally followed up one of my IG referrals. Came out here for Mother's Day dinner. This place rocks! We started with the edamame, I loved the seasoning and flavor of the dish. We followed up with chicken baos! Pow 2 for 2. We ordered chicken empanadas, their homemade chimmi sauce was great, the tomato sauce was closer to marinara for my liking. We decided to try dinner here tonight. It is a tapas style place that has a lot of tasty options. It is upstairs and a little tricky to find, but just follow the signs. We both started with the mule to drink. You had the option to use vodka or bourbon. It had some delicious muddled berries in it which was a great flavor. We ordered the Avocado Hummus, Turkey Egg Rolls, Calamari, Buratta salad and the Florida Paella. The hummus had a nice flavor and some great items to dip into it. The egg rolls were flavorful but a little grease soaked. The buratta salad was good but I was missing more tomatoes. Two small cherry tomatoes cut in half was not enough. Also the toast pieces that came with it had no seasoning which I felt was a miss. The calamari were perfectly crispy and tasty cocktail sauce to dip in. The Florida paella was very flavorful, hot and had lots of protein (octopus, smoked duck, alligator andouille and shrimp) Overall it was good meal and good food just like their sister restaurant downstairs. The service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here for a drink and a bite in the future. We will have yet to find a bad place to eat in Mount Dora. read more

As Father's Day weekend I took my dad here for a treat and it was amazing! It was his first time eating Ramen and Bao and we didn't regret it at all! We arrived and the host greet us very quickly and friendly and they took us to our table (it is a small place so be aware) we started with pork baos! And they were amazing! For the main dish we got Tonkotsu Ramen and the short Rib ramen! OMG! You need to try the short rib ramen for real!! It is big but it is delicious!! 1000% recommended. Price wise it was really good as they have big portions. The service was amazing as our server was friendly, quick, helpful overall fantastic! And the ambiance was on point as they have fantastic music going on. Be aware they do close 3pm but they reopen again at 5pm until close for a more adult/ DJ bar ambience! read more

Truly disappointed here. We've been waiting to visit this place for a few weeks. First the location, this is in the middle of Downtown MT.Dora so it's very convenient. We ordered 4 different items to get a real feel for the food and it was one letdown after another, food was lacking flavor and texture. I did something I never do, I sent some food back to get remade, the meat empanadas were burnt and while they remade them with no issues they charge $7.00 each and they should have never made it to the table. The other items were cooked well but basically lacking in flavor. The best item we're the fries. Ok for the service, usually I start with a water but quickly order 1-2 beers and Liza a mixed drink but we never had the opportunity. The waitress only came back for the check, they never came back to offer us anything else. I still tipped 18% cause that's the minimum I give. Anyway sorry to say but the only reason I gave them 2 stars was due to location. Hard pass. read more

This restaurant fell far short of expectations. The prices are exorbitant for what is clearly low-quality, reheated frozen food. We were given the wrong dish, and despite this error, were charged for both the incorrect item and the correct one we originally ordered. Furthermore, the dessert, a cake, was severely freezer-burnt and tasted bad. When we brought this to the waitress's attention, she took the cake and later told us the chef tasted it to confirm what we already told them. I strongly advise against dining here. read more

Avoid! We got sick..As a household that enjoys to dine out frequently in metropolitan cities we were excited to meet some friends in quaint Mt. Dora for the weekend. We dined here on a Saturday evening. Our party ordered the sliders, empanadas, short rib and pork ramen. Unfortunately this place missed the mark big time. We felt sick for several days after as we had a horrendous case of food poisoning with symptoms of non stop vomiting, fever, chills, fatigue and nausea that lasted several days. As a result had to miss work for a few days as well. They probably had expired meat or did not wash their hands when cooking. We will never be returning to this establishment. We got recommended this place and at first sight we really liked it. It's pretty small and it's a bit hard to find as there weren't any signs advising where we can go to to get here. We started off with the pork dumplings which we good nothing special about it though. Then ordered the shrimp with chimichurri sauce. The shrimp it's self was very good and decent size. We also got the beef and chicken empanadas which were huge and delicious with a cream cheese styled dip. Lastly we got the chicken wings which had a soy sauce flavored, they were good I don't enjoy the flavor of soy sauce but for those who do it's a great option. I got a lychee and gin alcoholic drink but I did request something sour and fruity and this was more on the sweet and fruity side but it was still good I would not order it again though. For desert we ordered the cookies and cream cheese cake it was good not great as expected. The service was great though it did feel a bit awkward with a lot of the interactions we had. My hopes were crushed when three of us spent over $70 on food alone and went to Taco Bell after because we were all still hungry :( Portion sizes were shockingly small and produce was not fresh.
