Great views, great drinks, and an unbeatable vibe--this place really lives up to the hype. Whether you're catching sunset or heading out for a night with friends, the atmosphere feels lively without being overwhelming. The drink menu is solid, with well-made cocktails and plenty of options to choose from. Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall energy makes it a spot you'll want to come back to. Definitely one of those places that feels like the place to be in the city.

Obsessed might be an understatement. This hotel is perfectly curated to have everything you could need for a long weekend without even leaving the property: French pastry and coffee shop in the lobby, Mediterranean roof top bar and restaurant with views, event center with a garden that was set up for a wedding, a fancy gym with workout classes, a swanky lobby bar with super cars pulling up, a vibey pool, and the best spa lounge for after your massage.... Every detail is thought through. I can't wait to return.

What an amazing place. Food was excellent and a great place to bring a large group. Server was so helpful, nice and gave us recommendations on what to get. I will most definitely come back!

Upscale trendy hotel in Phoenix! We ate at the lobby bar. Small bites and a few entrees to choose from. I tried their spritz, but it was too sweet for me, so we sent back our drinks and got a bottle of sparkling rose from Argentina. Soooo good! The seafood plateau and the truffle fries were on point. This place definitely is a place to be seen at.

Wow, to say they live up to the hype is an inderstatement. I had the pleasure of staying the weekend here and I have so many positive things to say. From check in to the welcome cocktail, to the chocolates that are hand delivered each day...the attention to detail is unmatched. I had a facial and a massage at the spa, and Dawn gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever recieved in my entire life. The drinks poolside at The Pink Dolphin were refreshing & well made. The staff was friendly & even accomadated swtiching out Mezcal for a different tequila in one of their drinks and it came out incredible. And the dinner at upstairs at Thea is truly incredible. Every single appertizer, entree, and dessert was delicious! I wish I lived local because I would be here much more often. Treat yourself to ANY of the things I mentioned & I promise you wont regret it.

I have now come to the spa two weekends in a row for different occasions. This was by far one of the top spas I've ever been to. The services, including a facial and massage were great, the amenities, and they have a fully stocked refrigerator and freezer of food, ice cream, and beverages. I am also freshly postpartum and they were very accommodating for pumping. Thank you!

The Global Ambassador is just top notch!! I haven't stayed at the hotel yet, but I have enjoyed so many other experiences they have to offer!! Fabulous restaurants and meeting friends for coffee, lunch and drinks. Fun holiday pop-ups for drinks and throughout the hotel. Live music and a great gift shop!!

We came in last night on a whim, following a gala. We didn't have a reservation so could only be sat in the lobby, which was great. The cocktail menu was good - we liked the watermelon aperol spritz and espresso martini, but they also had wines and beers if that's more your speed. Service was fast despite how busy they were and the dress code varied from jeans to very fancy. A little steep on prices, still very worth the trip. Gorgeous building!

The food at Thea was to die for... I got an espresso martini (so good, strong but good), we started with the spicy tuna rice.. 10/10. We also shared the steak skewers, the spanakopita, and the prosciutto flatbread... Everything was so delicious, the steak was amazing, very smooth and easy to cut. The spanakopita was 10/10, first time trying it and the sauce to dip was so good. Then the flatbread was also to die for. Would definitely come back to try everything on the menu.

The hotel is inspired by the colorful and folk art influenced works of renowned mid-century modern architect and designer Alexander "Sandro" Girard. The hotel's bio says he was the main source of inspiration for the design of the Andaz Scottsdale. The property is beautiful to walk around, with all the landscaping, flowers and trees; some of them are marked with what kind of plant they are. There are century plants and aloe and various cacti. The fitness center is located at the spa. It has windows which open up onto the pool, which is a more private pool than the main pool. The staff is outstanding. Savannah, who ran the front desk on my most recent visit, is absolutely amazing and really helped with any questions or small issues with my stay. The restaurant is wonderful for the hotel breakfast. I recommend having cocktails there too. You can see a beautiful sunset from the bar. I love the open design of this hotel resort because it makes you feel like you're in the countryside and you can admire the beautiful views of Camelback as you walk around the grounds and hear birds chirping. It's so relaxing. Parking is easy and you can usually find a spot right outside your casita room as the parking circles the hotel. Toiletries in the room smell so good! Lavender with sea salt. It's really like staying in a spa! One of my favorite experiences at this hotel was taking a late afternoon outdoor class at the spa/gym on the large lawn where we did stretching/light resistance training with the the sunset behind Camelback Mountain as the backdrop. It was glorious. I definitely recommend trying one of the classes or "experiences" if you stay here. Some of them you have to pay extra for, but a few of them are included with your room rate. At first glance the hotel interiors and architecture seem extremely simple and minimal, but then you realize it's actually all a piece of mid-century modern inspired art. It's really fun to walk around and admire all the understated design details at this hotel.

Again I tipped 25% My phone has text alert and I noticed the bill was $42.62 for what should have been $22.00 max I bought it to my bar tenders attention and she was working things out on the registry and came back with a receipt that didn't have prices just my order but she had added 1 extra beer. I told her it was wrong and she said it wasn't that the first time she had only charged me for 2 beers and this was my third beer. I did not want to argue so I left it at that but I couldn't sleep thinking about it. I mean dang I even tipped her good. The next day I reached out. To management I don't mind taking care of my servers and I'm always a good tipper. But I don't like being taken advantage of because they think I had a few drinks. Or they think I won't notice extra things. This is not okay. The hotel you check into is supposed to be a safe place like home to enjoy a drink or two. The management offered to refund the first bill of 52.18. But I told him I just wanted what I was over charged refunded plus my tips. At this point I feel she had the chance to correct my bill and make things right but she chose to make me feel like I was in the wrong. After the manager added my first bill up after I told him what I had ordered it turns out she charged 4 beers the first time and not just my 3 and way over charged me the second time. This is a great place to stay but keep an eye on what you order. More so late at night. Also my hot wings were cold in the center but I didn't even mention it to her at the time.
