They're spare ribs which in my opinion is an inferior cut and were very fatty. We ended up taking them home and off the bone and was delicious that way. The tacos were very good. Came with a bbq salsa type sauce. Sauce was good, tacos didn't need it - too vinegary for brisket. Main thing we would change is corn tortilla vs flour, but the tortilla was toasted nicely.

The loaded potato is a huge baked potato topped with smoked brisket, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and smoky BBQ sauce. This thing was well over a pound of food. Plenty for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. The Big Pig is a whole smoked sausage topped with pulled pork, smoky BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, and bacon. And I got a side of fried corn nuggets. It was a pleasant pile of porcine preciousness. I'd definitely try them again next time they stop by.

Also, a surprising twist was the Mac and cheese on top of the fries. The barbecue sauce was drizzled on the fries and looked amazing. The fries were really tasty. I pretty much picked all the meat off my fries, so I can't tell you for myself if the pork was good, but my niece seemed to enjoy the pork. Hands down I would say these fries are delicious. If you're often disappointed by bbq that has no smoke flavor, you won't be disappointed here. The Carolina gold sauce is excellent too, but you don't even need sauce because the meat is so good. I also tried the beans, mac and cheese, and cole slaw, all of which were good. But let's face it, bbq is about the meat, and both meats I tried were stellar.
