Espresso chocolate chip muffins

I've been going to the Good Cup for a minimum of 10 years now. The staff+owner are always incredibly kind and welcoming. The Good Cup is an excellent business that really works to foster community -- often hosting a variety of events like open mic nights and local artists' crafts. The place is incredibly cute! A little awkward to move around since tables/chairs are close together, but still a great environment. There's always great vibes here! If you decide to come, I'd recommend the Espresso Chocolate Chip muffins!! They have been and continue to be my FAVORITE!

Such a cute, comfy, and unique coffee shop in Franklin, TN! I was looking for a new coffee shop to try and stumbled upon this hidden gem. The barista, Julie, was super friendly and offered great recommendations. I tried their caffeine-free chai tea and would definitely recommend! So so delicious I wanted to get another one! There are also lots of spots to sit and catch up with a friend or get some work done. Prices are also reasonable. Super friendly staff, delicious tea, and amazing atmosphere! I'll definitely be back :))

Nice eclectic decor and vibe. Solid coffee. Good service. Great for conversation and a quick bite to eat. I think I got a blue berry muffin and it was great!

I was instantly attracted to the atmosphere in this place... It's so cozy, with sitting areas that make you feel like you're in someone's living room ... I could spend hours here, with a friend or alone... They have free Wi-Fi and very friendly staff... Come here often, and you'll see the locals...I'm looking forward to many future visits. I will be trying every item on the menu... Can't wait to taste some of those coffee drinks and pastries, but I came at lunch hour... I had the chicken salad sandwich (on multi-grain bread from a local bakery) and the deviled egg potato salad; both were delicious. The chicken salad had a hint of orange, which gave it an unusual spin... It could also be served on white bread or in a wrap. The deviled egg salad actually tastes like deviled eggs, in potato form ... I was very pleased with my meal. It as an overall great experience... I even noticed if you want an extra special sweet treat, they have Jeni's ice cream (yum)... Keeping it local, that's what it's all about- local people, local vendors, local produce, local ice cream, etc... This is my kind of place... No wonder, it's been in business approx 18 yrs.

This is a gem of a local coffee shop. It is very unpretentious but the staff and food is top notch. I have been here several times and it's always a great experience. My cafe Americano was spot on and server very quickly. The pastry I got was also very, very fresh and scrumptious. I would highly recommend going here vs the national brands.

Compared to other places in Nashville, the Matcha I had was was perfect with the taste and texture (it held up with it's savory umami flavor without being too watered down/ too much milk). On the other hand the Cortado was not overly extracted + not bitter, and had the perfect amount of milk to soften the espresso. The place is located in a strip mall and is small inside. Parking can also be found outside directly of the store. The service and staff was also friendly and nice. My personal rating: 4.5-5/5

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!

The vibe is bustling on a Saturday, but very chill in weekdays. There's always a few customers working on projects, locked in with some caffeination! Only critique is the menu is a bit hard to read (specifically character spacing).

The biscuit was soft with a bite and the jam was clearly house made with pieces of actual blackberries in it. So yum! The bagel also felt very fresh and yummy. The best way to describe the coffee was that it reminded us of warmth, perfect for some cold weather. The matcha was good and a solid choice, but probably not what I will choose next time. It was fairly crowded when we went, but we were able to get a table really easily since they have seating both inside and outside. Parking is also really easy since the shop is a part of the Bellevue mall.
