She was exactly on time and on the walk to my front door hard already spotted some problem areas where the house wasn't sealed securely. She offered to complete her inspection, cover the problem areas with thick stainless steel grate and set traps all for an extremely reasonable price and she was willing to start right away. I, of course, said yes. She took care of 7! problem areas and even shored up a foundation vent she thought might be vulnerable to raccoons, since I had mentioned we had a problem with them. A third came out, spent 30 minutes, and said it couldn't be done safely: eaves too high for a ladder, nobody sprays from the roof. He figured every other company would tell me the same. Dan at Bee Free actually solved it. His guy Rodrigo showed up solo, walked in, pointed a thermal imager at the ceiling and found the nest in under a minute. Built a makeshift platform over my stairwell so the ladder would work, cut the nest out from inside the sheetrock, sterilized, sealed it against future wasps, and patched the ceiling. Two-year warranty. What four companies called impossible turned out to be a diagnosis problem, not an access problem. If you've got a nest somewhere nobody else will touch, call these guys -- and ask for Rodrigo.
