Although I didn't go with this company, Eddie was super helpful in identifying what I needed. I had a self inflicted violation through the city of SF that needed to be cleared. My former tenant was a hoarder which gave rodents a proper area to nest. My current problem (fortunately) was that the infestation was no longer an issue but I still needed to clear the violation. IF PESTS MAKE A MESS, BE SURE TO CALL THE BEST! The house was attacked by a weight lifting raccoon on steroids! At first he attempted to gain access to the crawl space, by removing the vents, and then when he failed he used either a Samurai sword or the world's most dangerous Wolverine claws to slash one of the vents. And I'm talking about the superhero with the metal knives coming out of his hands, not the animal. Anyway, the raccoon was finally able to peel open one of the vents like a tuna can, and then make his way into the crawl space. So, I had to call ASAP Rodent Solutions. Eddi & David came out the next day. They immediately inspected all of the vents around the entire house, and then Eddi went inside the crawl space to be sure that no animals were in there. After which, they repaired my open and damaged vent. Eddi then told me that he'd send two workers out then next day to install an additional high strength screen on top or underneath my existing vents making them double secure. He also told me which rodent / raccoon spray to use on my vents daily to repel the raccoons. The next day Nathaniel and Miguel came out to install the new screens on my vents. They did a wonderful job and now most of my vents are double secure! And since Eddi came out, I've been spraying my vents with the raccoon repelling spray, which seems to work. The spray is pretty much organic, but has a powerful clove and garlic smell. I'm very happy with all of the professional, expedient and excellent service that I received from all of them, and after calling around I found that they were also the most reasonably priced of all the companies. read more

Eddi came out to investigate a raccoon situation under our house, which was no easy task because our place is half over the water on piers, so you have to carefully navigate down a bank and scale riprap to even access the crawl areas, and those aren't pleasant either! Anyway, Eddi, without hesitation, put on his disposable bunny suit and got right in there, taking video in the tight spaces to show me and talking with me through venting in the house to determine locations. We learned a lot about what's going on under our house in terms of pest damage to venting and insulation, as well as what aligns with what under and in the house. All of this info led to identification of larger problems beyond raccoons, so to this point, though we did get an estimate for pest-proofing, we haven't taken action on it yet. What I can say is that Eddi is responsive, knowledgeable in his trade, personable, honest and fair in pricing. I can't say that about all vendors and contractors who have come to our place for various estimates and work over the years. Having to call a rat exterminator is a terrible thing, but if you have it, ASAP Rodent is the best call you can make. I had to live with a rat in my apartment for nearly 3 months and no one offered any solution except putting traps around. The damages it caused and emotional distress I suffered was absolutely insane. I actually moved to stay with my friends friends. I called and spoke to 4 different rodent exterminators and was not satisfied with their lack of solutions before I reached ASAP. First of all, Nathaniel was professional, kind, empathetic, and listened very carefully about my situation, and actually rolled up his sleeves trying to catch the rat in my closet. Once we finally caught the rat by isolating it in each room, with the aid of 2 cameras I purchased. They spent a whole day to rat proof my entire apartment, filling holes under the sink, behind the oven and refrigerator, and all the nooks and crannies that leads to the subfloor in the building. They also installed under door sweeps. Since the rat has lived inside my home for such a long time, they cleaned and sanitize my entire apartment throughout, moving all my furniture and storage to make sure everything was cleaned, vacuumed, wiped down, and sanitized. We cannot say enough great things about Eddi and his crew. Our condominium complex had very few issues in the past 25 years until a recent mouse infestation that appeared to occur in a garage where a neighbor had pet food in an unsecured container -ugh! - and spread into our adjacent garage and then somehow into our interior. Eddi and his crew came in and hermetically sealed our interior upstairs and down - focused particularly on kitchen and plumbing connections. Then they super deep-cleaned the premises indoors and in the garage. Lastly, they created an opening in our garage wall covered by a heavy mesh screen attached to the wall by screws that could be easily opened and closed to remove dead mice - which would be attracted to the screen as the only possible "exit" from the building- placing mouse traps all around the interior behind the mesh screen. Within a week several dead mice had been removed by Eddi's team - who were extremely responsive to our called-in requests for removal. In the six months to follow, we've had only two mice found inside the screen, which again Eddi's team promptly came by to remove and place fresh mouse traps. Eddi and his team are incredibly knowledgeable rodent control professionals. Their communications, follow-up and prompt response time is remarkable and so very much appreciated. These guys are the BEST!! Highly recommend . I live in an old house in the Mission ,apparently very inviting to mice. Eddie, Dani and Miguel found possible entry sites and sealed them , including replacing the flashing at the bottom of the door. They checked under and around the appliances , in the closets, etc.They do set traps , but also use scent packs that mice hate to discourage the mice hanging out or nesting. They make follow up appointment but you can call if you need them in the interim .Quick to respond to questions, very professional, thorough and pleasant . We called ASAP and got a free inspection set up for the next day. The work was done within days - putting wire mesh all over the floor with concrete to stop the digging, completely wiring the door/gate to the area so rats could not longer get inside, and setting traps. When we saw evidence of rat efforts to get through a small hole in the wall, ASAP Rodent Solutions came back out right away to block that hole and add some more concrete to the floor.
