This place is tied with Panini Kebab Grill for my favorite kebob place! The portions are a bit smaller but it reflects so in the more affordable pricing too! As someone who doesn't eat an enormous amount I appreciate the serving sizes here. The steak kebob was really good and their chicken was similarly well cooked and well seasoned. The grilled steak had a very rich and flavorful char on it. Their chicken was cooked perfectly and arrived nice and juicy! I was surprised since a lot of chicken breast skewers come out dry and overcooked. Their green sauce is to die for. I will be sure to ask for extra next time I order here! I also got to try some of their spicy potatoes. They taste great fresh but once you let them sit they get a bit soggy and oily. It was early, around 11:30 AM, and I felt as if I was served food cooked the night before. Both the chicken and the beef were dry, not juicy at all. We used to go to the one in Huntington Beach, but found out there's a closer one to us here in Santa Ana. This place did not disappoint. The food is just as wonderful as the one in HB. The amount of food you get for the price is also unbeatable. The food is fresh, hearty and delicious. The ambiance was also fun and relaxing and the service was impeccable! Sometimes that means you sacrifice some tenderness or flavor, but not here. It was just wonderful. A lot of places have rice that is just sort of meh. This rice was really flavorful as well.
