Nothing super fancy, just REAL quality healthy food, good portions, for a decently good price. I wish they were open on weekends and later, but it seems business does best during the worktime hours. Their mains are bowls, wraps, and salads. If you are indecisive, they have pre-set options like Greek, Caesar, Cobb salads or Baja steak for wraps. If you are feeling adventurous you can customize your own bowl, wrap, salad as well. There are plenty of options to choose for toppings as well: Grains: yellow rice, quinoa, cous cous, soba noodles Greens: romaine, kale, baby spinach, spring mix Toppings: croutons, broccoli, celery, corn, garbanzo bean, mushroom, black bean, tomatoes, and a dozen more.. Dressings: classics such as Italian, Olive Oil, Red Wine and Balsamic Vinegar. Greenspot exclusives such as smoked jalapeño and cilantro citrus (these are mayo based but my favorites!) I joined my fiance for lunch near his office in utc. The spot is walking distance and pretty popular with the office lunch crowd. They offer a variety of salads and wraps vegetarian or you can add meat. It's a great healthy lunch spot. I did order the super food salad which I honestly thought was a little subpar, it just lacked a lot of flavor and they could have done a lot more with it, simply adding some seats are not going to give it a boost of flavor. But nonetheless it was my first time, my fiance goes to your frequently since he works walking distance away, and he knows exactly where to order. Traditionally order a chicken wrap with a side of potatoes. This place has plenty of outdoor seating with some limited seating inside as well. This spot is good for lunch. I got the ichiban steak bowl and it was good. The good thing is you can change or subtitle with different ingredients. I got mine with rice instead of noddle. This spot can't be beat in terms of quality and cost for a healthy lunch. I'm jealous of the people that are close to this during their work days. I had the Cobb with tofu and balsamic and the tomato basil soup. Both are excellent. The soup was $3 and the salad was $14 including the tofu add on. This is a nice little cafe inside a commercial building filled with offices/commercial surrounding areas. It's right off the freeway on the 1st floor. They have salads, wraps, drinks, and snacks. Their food and drink items are more on the healthier side, but they're surprisingly pretty good! My son got a steak wrap that came with yellow rice, which he said he liked. I got the BLT caesar wrap with sauce on the side. It was pretty much a salad inside a wrap, which I enjoyed. The girl wrapping it did a great job since I thought she overfilled it and the wrap would burst, but it didn't. There's limited seating inside, but they do have a nice outside patio with plenty of tables. It's nice and quiet and there's not much traffic with cars or people since it is inside a nice commercial area. read more

After a second attempt because you've gotta try everything more than once. Nope, nope, nope! I have two stars because the greens were fresh but that's the only reason. We got superfoods salad, Buffalo chicken wrap, blt wrap, socal steak and a vegan wrap. So.... The chicken in the wrap... dry, flavorless. The vegan wrap was stuffed with tofu, yay, except that the tofu was just plain, unflavored cold and dry. The wrap was quite gross. The salad... what could go wrong with a salad right?!?! Well, rock hard avocado and flavored oil dressing... not even enjoyable. The steak one was bland but the best out of everything listed. This place is the epitome of a bad diet. I have been to Greenspot in Mission Valley numerous times and it has always been a wonderful experience with excellent fresh food. My visit to Greenspot La Jolla was nothing like that. The service felt rushed and was terrible despite me being one of only two customers in there. My food was allegedly prepared by the manager but might as well have been made by the janitor. The person at checkout seemed equally flustered. I wanted to write a 1 star review before leaving the store, but I figured that once I tasted the fresh deliciousness then all might be forgiven. WRONG!!! The food wasn't fresh. There was mold on my jalapeño slices. My salad looked like I forgot it in my work fridge before going on vacation. I can't excuse horrible service and a horrible product. I will only ever go to the Mission Valley store. This was awful Note: before writing this review Yelp asked me to consider the challenges this restaurant may be facing due to Covid. Ok, thought about it! Still terrible.
