It's so subtle but I can see the color peaking out under the sunlight. By mixing 3 colors, she literally made mini highlights on my hair! I called to schedule my appointment, and I'm so glad I did! Ok... so can I get a call from the stylist?? I was told she was out but I would get a call tomorrow. Tomorrow has come and gone and I have heard nothing from the salon, the owner or the stylist. It's a bit disappointing, I felt like I have been very patient and understanding that people are busy, but after 4 contacts you would think someone might get back to you. We've spent thousands of dollars over time and built what we thought was a positive relationship with your team. However, I'm deeply disappointed by how I was treated recently. Months ago, I had to cancel an appointment on the day our beloved golden retriever passed away. It was an emotional, heartbreaking day, and canceling was not a decision I took lightly. Since then, I attempted to rebook verbally for a future date and called to confirm--only to be told you would no longer accept advance bookings from me. I was told I could only do same-day appointments due to "multiple cancellations." One of those was the day my dog died. The lack of empathy, understanding, or even basic professional courtesy in this situation is staggering. There was no outreach, no consideration for our long history as paying, respectful clients. Instead, I was shut out. This is not how a professional salon should treat anyone--let alone a loyal customer. I'm shocked and hurt by the cold, dismissive response I received, and I'm still waiting to hear from a manager. Frankly, I don't understand what kind of customer service process allows for this kind of treatment. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend your salon to others based on this experience. Also, I despise a salon that requires that you purchase a blow dry. $70 extra so I can see what color you turned my hair? Am I supposed to walk out with it wet? The blow dry is not a full, bouncy blowout either. It's what you'd do yourself at your house. Added negative, I referred my mother to the salon and was told by her that I'd receive a referral gift. I didn't mention at checkout because I wanted to see if it was worth coming back to. Unfortunately, I think I'm done here.

Thus far, we have not run into any issues. We would arrive early or on-time and the appointment would almost always start as intended. There has been one occasion in which we were 15 minutes late but they were very nice about it and were still able to fit us in. We do not have a specific hair stylist. We usually just go with whomever is available so there has been a few times in which the haircut was not the most ideal, as in slightly longer at the top and uneven buzz at the back for a men's haircut. It is not a deal-breaker and it could easily be communicated and addressed.
