For Easter brunch, I ventured in to the grove. It's free parking and a buffet with a carving station, greens, bacon . Sausage, shrimp and grits, Waffles, home fries. Catfish , etc. There is a dessert station, with fruit and chocolate fondue tower. We had pineapple mimosas. It's a family oriented venue and pretty standard brunch. If you want to be around Oak creek residents and golf enthusiasts, this is your place.

I honestly had no idea it was a country club until we pulled up to a gated community & it was clear it was an affluent area. It seemed really nice on the outside & it's really spacious on the inside. Just a disclaimer, this review might not be completely well rounded due to coming there for an event and not an actual dining experience. As far as the food goes, I was very underwhelmed. The menu itself bothered me & my friend because the type font was so small, we had to use flashlights or get into light to read it. Additionally, the service wasn't the best. We didn't even know that our food was done until we had to ask & we waited for a long time. I ordered a catfish sandwich, which was supposedly "Caribbean" inspired. The "jerk" sauce that came with it just tasted like vinegarette. Very overpriced for what I got. My friend ordered the quesadillia & wasn't impressed as well. I wouldn't mind returning for events purposes, but please eat beforehand or hold on off until after you leave.

The grove is a cute little hidden gem ! I've NEVER tasted Mac and cheese this good... it's almost like an Italian take on mac & cheese. And the chicken has the perfect amount of crispy and seasoning to it. We went during a rainy cold day, but I feel like if it was warm and nice outside it would've been perfect to sit outside and enjoy the weather while eating. Servers were friendly and portions were large, but it's Buffet style so you can try some thing and get more if you really enjoy it! They have everything you need to make a perfect chill brunch, mimosas, delicious, coffee, eggs, bacon, mac & cheese, fried chicken, collard greens. And I love that they didn't put pork in the greens. I definitely say, try them out!! Check out more on my blog doseofdev.com

Some friends and I had brunch here. It was a reasonably priced buffet. The buffet consisted of shrimp and grits; scrambled eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage, pork bacon, greens, and fried chicken. There is also a cold food station with fresh fruit, danishes, and churros. They also have self serve coffee, tea, and juices. No one in my group ordered any alcoholic beverages however several other table enjoyed mimosas. I believe the cost was around $34 which I found to be extremely reasonable. The manager came over to check in on us to see if we were okay. We also had the opportunity to meet the chef. Everyone was very friendly. There is music playing in the background and the service is prompt. I'm looking forward to going again.

Sundays are for brunch! Had reservations for 11 a.m. at The Grove. Beautiful location with ample parking. They open at 11 a.m. so when we entered there was only 1 or 2 tables occupied. Spacious, clean interior with outdoor seating with table firepits. Breakfast buffet had eggs, shrimp and grits, bacon, greens, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, greens, waffles, fresh fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, and orange juice. There is a drink menu available as well. Friendly staff. Food was good, just the chicken was dry and the macaroni and cheese was bland. The waffle was delicious and served with warm syrup. Will be back.

This place is a hidden gem for sure! I had the nawlin's omelette and the snickererdoodle french toast. One is savory of course, while the other is sweet. Both meals were amazing. The staff isn't that friendly or helpful but the food is great. This place is great for a chill, lowkey Sunday brunch

My first time here this a Restaurant located in the development of Oak Creek off church rd so those that live here have a nice Amenity..came her for a private wedding Brunch it was private quiet the decor was amazing I'm guessing due to the upcoming Bride!!.. the food was brunch buffet on the menu, was scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, bacon I got some eggs bacon and chicken shrimp n grits all was good flavorful. Eggs was kinda wet though but it was satisfying. If any one would like to throw a brunch event this is a very nice place.

This is my spot. No riding into town to get Awesome food & drinks, when we can ride up Central Avenue (2 miles from Six Flags). My girl, Nacy is the best bartender ever - she remembers your food/drink selections. Her conversations are always intimate, making you feel like a old friend. The servers are kind and swift with bringing out orders and condiments. It's nice to have options (indoor/outdoor seating). The food is well seasoned and pleasing to the eye. Check them out before they are no longer PG county's best kept secret.

We rolled up during happy hour and the bar was already three deep with concert goers, professionals still in their work clothes, and a few locals holding their usual spots. There were no open tables in sight but that didn't matter. We found our corner of the bar fast, and honestly, that ended up being the best seat in the house. A band played soft in the background. Servers moved through in outfits that said upscale, not sports bar. The whole room had that pre-show buzz, dressed up but not stiff. We blended in well. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip on a local's recommendation. It came with warm chips, sour cream, and a house made salsa that quietly stole the entire appetizer. I wanted a bowl of just the salsa. Our server, who clearly knew the menu inside and out, sold us on the smoked salmon, and we added a side of bacon mac and cheese along with the cornbread. The salmon looked right, cooked medium with real smoke on it, but the smoke won the fight against the fish. Mushy inside, more fishy than smoky should allow. The sauce didn't rescue it either. Sautéed spinach on the side needed salt, plain and simple. Then the cornbread and mac and cheese showed up and reminded us why we came. Rich, comforting, with the kind of flavor that makes you forget the salmon happened. When I'm back, I'm ordering both of those twice and calling it a meal. Drinks were the real win. A Saratoga sparkling water kept things clean between bites, and the Peartini was one of the better cocktails I've had in a while, balanced, not too sweet, actually worth the price. The seat beside us turned over twice during the meal, first someone who went to the concert a few days earlier and wanted to talk about it, then someone else who slid in for a quick drink while waiting on their table. Both ended up in easy conversation with us, no forcing it. That's the part I keep thinking about, not the salmon. Copper Canyon got the room right, the drinks, the starters, the easy conversation with strangers. Some nights the food is the headline. This one, it was the people and the vibes, making it a great after-work or pregame pitstop, and that's always worth gathering for.

When I arrived the young lady spoke (I believe her name is India) but throughout the experience of ordering, she gave the impression that she didn't want to be there and somewhat nonchalant. It didn't bother me much but for someone who is keen and/or a food critic/reviewer on customer service, she wouldn't have received a good review on that. Unfortunately, I didn't get many pictures because the food wasn't worth it. My order: One Love Chicken Rasta Pasta - This was seasoned well and not too spicy. However, extremely oily and due to that, very messy. It tasted like sugar was put it in as well. Honestly, if it wasn't so oily then it would've been much better. It was 7.6/10 Mac & Smack - This had a nice texture and consistency but again extremely oily & they went too heavy on the garlic. They possibly used parmesan cheese as one of the cheeses, I'm not sure but I have noticed that their noodle dishes have strong herb taste. It was a 7/10 Peach Cobbler - This was not it. I don't want to say that it didn't have potential but the "crust" tasted like hard dough that was over baked or very under baked. This was $12 and definitely wasn't worth it. It was a 0/10 Chosen Sweet Potato Pie - Mini - This was the best desert they have and I regret not getting the full size pie. This was perfect & honestly, I'd probably only go back for this. It was a 10/10 Spicy Peach Wilburn Wings (6) - I didn't care for the flavor. Reminded me of wings dipped in peach flavored liquor. However, my boyfriend liked them and he gave them a 7.7/10 Bang Bang Shrimp - Flavored well. Not too spicy and a good size. They can make them a little more crispy but very good overall. It was a 9/10 Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls - Probably my favorite dish in this whole order. Pricing could be better because I thought they were bigger but very good. It was a 10/10 Strawberry Shortcake - This tasted store bought but not the better quality store bought. Regretted getting this. It was a 6/10 Overall, this place gets a 7/10. Prices are a little high for the quality. They need improvements on the dishes & have potential to be much better but the food isn't nasty. Customer service, though patient, no smile at all from the young lady working the register on Saturday, June 13th at approximately 8 pm. What did I order? The Rasta Pasta and a whole sweet potato pie based on a recommendation. My assessment? Why does chicken smell like tuna? Secondly, where's the chicken. I had more pasta and sautéed veggies than anything. And sadly, the chicken that I did find looked like the pressed and processed chicken fajita chicken strips from a bag of Tyson's. The pie was g9od. But looked more like pumpkin pie than sweet potato. But it was thin. And not worth the almost $30 that I paid for it. In total, I paid $83 for 2 plates of the pasta and the pie. The good thing that I can say about the pasta is that one plate is enough to feed 3-4 people. And sadly, the pasta is EXTREMELY oily. Would I try them again? Yes. But not for the pasta. That was highly recommended to me. I just got home and was able to snap pics of the remaining pie, and the oily residue from my boyfriend's plate.

I ordered the margarita flight and i asked for LALO tequila in all of the drinks. All of them were pretty interesting. I didn't really like the blood orange margarita, but the others were cool. I decided to order a ribeye steak (never had it before at BJ's decided to step out of my norm) As did my Bf. I was a little disappointed when received our food because our steaks were different shapes/thickness, too salty & not properly cooked to our preferred doneness. We brought this up to our waitress and asked for the Head Chef to re-make the steaks. She apologized and sent it back. In the interim, we enjoyed hot honey wings & you can never go wrong with the wings! no complaints, always a solid choice. The kitchen brought us both fresh steaks, and asked us was it cooked to our liking. The ribeyes looked like ribeyes, and rather than less seasoning, it tasted like there wasn't any seasoning at all. It was better than before but not 100%. However we agreed to avoid feeling like we are complaining too much. We continued our meal, paid, tipped & left. It came out medium well and the one piece I tried was extremely tough. I ended up sending the entire dish back. BJs does have a late night happy hour with some decent appetizers and drink options. They also offer a five dollars for five wings special, so I tried the dill pickle ranch dry rub wings which were actually good. That is all I ate for the evening. My date ordered the jambalaya which was okay and the lemon pepper wings. Service was the main downfall because everything took a while and our server could have checked on us more often. Overall the food was decent. P.S Bring back the Casamigos sparkling sangria.
