    Goodness I.

Ordered pick up on a Saturday night when craving Chinese food and presented with a different option. If you're craving traditional Chinese, maybe don't come here, bc it's definitely a different concept! The food was flavorful, unfortunately the delivery time was continually pushed and our food arrived pretty much cold. I ordered my dish with no spice and pretty quickly realized that my lid was likely switched with another dish and I was eating the wrong food-thankfully, I had no allergies! I don't think I would return.

Solid food for the price if you're craving handmade noodles. Broth in the herbal beef soup is flavorful and the "high" spice setting is truly hot (though pleasant). If I could do it over again, I wouldn't order the #2 udon-like noodles - I think either a thinner noodle or the ribbon hand pulled noodle would work better. The dapan niu was also deliciously pleasant, the ribbon hand pulled noodle did good, the texture, the taste, the tinge of sweetness. Service was pleasant, hospitable, lovely. Ambiance is fine. I can do without the view of the trash bins right outside the window, but the wallpapers were fascinating!

Absolutely amazing spot! Portions are amazing, staff is super friendly, and the food is super tasty! If you have great spice tolerance (like me), definitely recommend the highest spice level :)

Good solo date. Seating is bar stool style. Large groups are probably not a good idea but 2-3 is fine. Noodles were thick and chewy. First time trying hand pulled noodles. I ordered medium spicy. Still coughed lol. Tread lightly. Otherwise delicious.

So initially, I really love this location and love the fact that we had a handful noodles in the neighborhood and I went to visit again after having a great first time visit and they got my order completely wrong and we're frustrated when I asked them to correct it prices also increased randomly so after waiting another 20 minutes, I grabbed my order went home to eat it and found Hair inside of my food. Very disappointing. I literally just want to refund. I tried calling the store a few times and don't even get a response again just truly disappointing $20 on food. I can't even eat.

I decided to visit this location and I have to say I prefer this one because the customer service was outstanding. They were just so friendly and helpful with helping me decide on what I wanted and what level of spice. I mean it was just the way I was greeted and treated. I decided again to pick up some dumplings for my girls and some Dapan Niu for myself. I have to say I enjoyed my noodles a bit more this time because of the flavors and I actually got to pull my noodles this time, but I still think they need to find away to make it better for those who are taking it home. The time you get it home it stills just stick together. At least my noodles weren't broken into pieces this time but they were stuck together. Anyway I still enjoyed my meal and I think next time I'm definitely eating in on the spot. As a matter of fact I know I will visit again because they made the best Lychee Ice Tea I've ever had. I'm getting a couple of those just because lol. If I can finally get the pull like you see them do on social media and in a video they broadcast on location then I will be changing to five stars. For now A thumb up and Happy Yelping!

On Google Maps this place is known as "The Noodle" so almost thought I was in the wrong neighborhood. I ordered the cumin stir fry which starts at $14 but I had it with lamb and the handle pulled noodles so it cost $18.50. They were good, not my favorite though. Some of the lamb was a bit chewy. I also ordered the hot and tangy pork & chive dumplings ($10.50 for 6). I love how they came in the broth/soup but it at the same time it took away from the flavor of the dumplings. They were a bit on the doughy side. I really appreciate how they let you choose the spice level! I played it safe and went with low which didn't give it much heat and that was fine with me. If you order high or crazy high there's a note that states "no refunds" Took at least 10 minutes for Mr to get my order to go. They have about 8 stools that you can sit on if you want to enjoy your food there.

I prefer the Scallion + Ginger Stir Fry.

This place did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing and flavorful. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. It was my first time and the young woman at the counter recommended and explained the dishes. The service was great.

This place might just be my new obsession--I ordered two days in a row! And yes, I've got the receipts to prove it. Both times, the food hit the spot. Feeling under the weather from traveling, I went with the Herbal Beef Soup with their special hand-pulled lamein noodles and the hot and tangy chicken and shiitake dumplings (you do have to pay extra for those noodles). The flavors were so rich and comforting, I was genuinely sad when I finished. You can tell everything is made fresh--the noodles and dumplings were next-level. The lamein noodles were thick and flat, which made slurping a bit tricky, so the next day I ordered the same soup but switched to lo mein noodles. They were thinner and perfect for slurping. Overall, I'm obsessed and can't wait to come in person on my next trip to try more!

Good spot if you're in the mood for tasty Chinese food. You have to order your food via a kiosk that has the meals with pictures. The food takes about 10 minutes to come out. I would've liked to be able to wash my hands somewhere but there's no bathroom for customers. Prices are decent. There isn't much of a dining room but there's a small table that run alongside the wall with some chairs.

We ordered takeout, let me start by saying I'm not a fan of this type of cuisine but since my (pregnant) daughter loves it, I decided to indulge this day. We ordered the noodles traditional style with lamb, it was seasoned well and the regular noodles were firm not chewy and pretty tasty, Thai sweet chili chicken wings were cooked too hard and dry , the sauce dribbled on them didn't make em any better, it didn't stick to the wings enough for me (thumbs down) and we got the broccoli with garlic sauce. The delivery service was on point no complaints, the place is a quaint space. Overall my daughter loved it but as for my taste I'll definitely go back and try something different on their menu to get the experience

Pork and chive with medium spice - yessss

My friend and I came for a weekday lunch. We were the only ones eating here; this spot mostly has a strong delivery and takeout game, it seems. The eat-in spot is fairly bare and counter seating. The menu is short but well curated. You can order on a tablet, which shows pictures and lets you choose spiciness levels. (The hottest level is described as incredibly strong.) We split two dishes with medium spice, which I'd say was still quite strong. Great noodle texture, though noodles were so long that it was hard to eat/cut with the utensils we had. We got extra spicy crisp sauce on the side, which was a great addition. The guy working in the main area was so kind to bring it to us. I can't wait to come back and try more.

Incredibly unique flavor bomb with a powerful spicy kick

Immediately you can tell this is a location that is designed for comfort food and mainly serves as a takeout location. The area is small yet has a charm to it. Famous for their handmade noodles, and I had to try them out! I did takeout and so the food was a little cold because I live around 30 mins away. I can tell right away the noodles definitely hit the spot if you need some noodles, some heat, and a tinge of home! The pricing is really fair for the quantity and the quality speaks for itself. Dapan Niu is fantastic but comes with pre-set spice. Beef broth is one of their most ordered along with the Stir Fry. Would definitely come here again. The service was pretty standard and friendly. As it is a takeout place there is nothing there. Ratings are based on food, scallions were a bit lackluster.

Pork and chives dumplings - very satisfying, filling is moist and flavorful, wrapper is chewy and not too thick. Recommended

The space and volume seemed to overwhelm the staff at times. Service was friendly and welcoming but also frazzled and disorganized. We never received our appetizer until we reminded them, and our drinks (sweet tea and lemonade) also had to be requested again after a very long wait. To their credit, they did pack up the crab cake appetizer to go and removed it from the bill, which we appreciated. The fried chicken, mac and cheese, and yams were all served on top of each other. If you dont like for your food to touch, this place will be a nightmare for you. I ordered fried catfish, collard greens and potato salad. The fried catfish was served swimming in collard green juice (there's a picture of it). It was also surprising that you only get one piece of catfish, which felt underwhelming for the price, especially since it was soggy. The potato salad was served in a small separate bowl, which is typical in many Southern restaurants for ALL side dishes. The mac and cheese had good flavor but the cheese wasn't fully melted. The yams were dry and not very sweet despite the menu description. The collard greens were on the sweeter side, which may work for some but wasn't my preference. The potato salad the only thing that was solid. Overall, it felt overpriced for the portion sizes and execution. The bartender seemed very skilled, and the drinks we saw being made looked great, though we didn't order any. After the long wait and missing appetizer, we skipped dessert and went elsewhere. The bathroom also needed attention and was not well maintained AT ALL! Ew The restaurant is very loud which didn't bother me at all but an FYI. It is also handicapped accessible and kid friendly. The quality of the different noodles are excellent and worth a visit for that alone. Staff are very friendly and are quick to prepare meals. We got a norma pasta (eggplant, burrata, and noodles in a tomato sauce with Parmesan) as well as a funghi e tartufo (creamy truffle mushrooms). For the norma, we got caserecce noodles (think of them like more spiralized and thick macaroni noodles). This pasta was light, delicate, and had a great balance of sweetness along with the tartness of the tomato sauce and the nuttiness/umami of the parents on top. Excellent pasta, but I would say the eggplant part was just ok. It is really small pieces of eggplant that are hard to taste. My personal favorite was the second pasta. We got the creamy truffle mushroom pasta with linguine. Let me say that this was the best linguine texture you will have. The fresh noodles have such a good bite to them and are cooked just a little less than al dente which is a perfect texture. The sauce is bold, rich, and topped with Parmesan. All the ingredients together make an excellent umami explosion that may be too rich for some people, but it was just enough for me. I would say there are a few reason I can't give this spot 5 stars. I would be happy to give a good tip if I felt there was actually customer service involved. But you have to buy food at the counter, find a table after, get your own water, clean your own tables, and take your bowls/plates/utensils to the counter as well. Additionally, any extra condiments or other items you want also have to be retrieved yourself. Also it feels pretty cheap to use small plastic disposable cups for water instead of some type of glass. With all of that, it's hard to justify tipping on top of doing all of that yourself. Second, I feel like they could give more bread with the meal. Currently, they give 2 small pieces of bread approximately 1" x 2". It would be really nice if they could give a good chunk of an actual loaf with the meal. And last, the price does not make up for what you are getting. 2 vegetarian pastas for $50 and still leaving slightly hungry isn't great. The portions could be a little bigger, and they should adjust prices to be more in line with the quality of the service. Many pasta spots downtown that are similar concept (pay at front, sit down and get your own stuff) are $10-15 for plain/vegetarian pastas.
