The Noodle honestly deserves 10 stars. This is my go-to spot for when I have a taste for dumplings and/or soup. Every type of dumpling they have to offer is delicious. I prefer my dumplings fried and they are always cooked to perfection. I haven't had an issue with them yet. I love that when you order the wonton soup they package the contents of the soup and broth separately sparing the wontons from becoming too soggy. The thoughtfulness leads to the meal being perfect once you combine it and chow down. Was really looking forward to this opening and becoming an addition to the neighborhood. The food was just terrible. We placed an order for over $50, took three bites and it went in the trash and we ordered from somewhere else. The menu descriptions sounded delicious. In reality, it's a disappointment. Noodles were congealed into a giant hard ball. Meat was fatty, greasy and flavorless. Soup was bland except for an over powering abundance of barely chopped cilantro. Broccoli wasn't cooked. I rate this place with a single star due to the paste of a sauce I received. A true noodle place has a nice broth. When your pull your noodles up to eat you should see a juicy broth all I saw was a paste. Also the scallion pancake was actually thick bread with very little scallion. If you love noodles, this is the place to order because the noodle quality is top notch and they give you plenty of it. Wish they would give you more meat than noodles and wish they have flavor to choose from, but what they have is quite good. My favorite is the beef noodle soup. The noodles were amazing. I've ordered delivery a few times in the past few weeks, and each time the food has been great. The five spice pork is absolutely delicious and so tender. The food is great and hate to have to give a bad review but this is just based on customer service. Went in to get some food today, normally i would just do seamless but I know how they like to over tax restaurants so if I can, I'll just walk over and deal with the business direct. So I order the noodle soup and it's made pretty quick so I get my order and leave. When I get home I quickly noticed I was given the stirfry instead of the soup, so I call to let them know my order is wrong. The guy who originally placed my order in store picks up and I inform him what happened. He ask me if I can bring it back and I say yes but I asked him if they could start the soup order so it's ready when I get there. He tells me no and they have to check the order to see if it's a mistake. That was a red flag cause the fact that I'm on the phone with him should already confirm that there was a mistake. I gave him my description and let him know I was just there 5 minutes ago and he says I know but it doesn't matter I have to wait till I get there to make the new order. Of course when I get there, there was now a line and when I walk in I can tell he recognizes me. After the line clears I hand him the bag and he says what's your name? I tell him my name but he never asked that when I originally ordered nor did he give me a recipt. He finds my order and tells me yeah it says here stirfry. I'm like that's not what I told you when I ordered, you don't remember me? He's like there are so many people coming in I don't remember. I'm like dude, it was 10 mins ago, come on, how is that my problem? He's like ok I have them make it now. I was like how long is it going to be cause I really have to get going? He's like 5 mins. I say ok and sit down. 2 minutes later he starts asking me how I would like my order? I'm like really...I got to tell you again? I thought we just established that I want the soup. I ended up just asking for a refund. Don't think I'll be eating here anymore. If you can't remember an order at least remember your customers face or vice versa. Making me walk back and forth is annoying but even more so when I get there, guy acted like he'd never seen me before. Dude, just ruined it for me. Could have just had the guys make the soup and swap out the food real quick no harm no foul but instead he decided not to take ownership and act shady. read more
