Also, not a heavy fry which didn't make the roll hard to eat or full of rice and tempura on the outside. A very satisfying meal. I'm not sure whether this is due to a language barrier or simply her attitude, but she consistently comes across as extremely rude. It often feels as though even saying "thank you" is forced. As a customer who regularly places orders of around $50 at a time, I believe it's reasonable to expect basic courtesy and appreciation. Customers should be treated with respect and gratitude, as it is the patrons who ultimately allow a business to succeed. I want to be clear that I would never wish for anyone to lose their job. However, this is not an isolated incident--it has happened multiple times--and I believe it's something that needs to be addressed. If the owner of this establishment reads these reviews and truly cares about customer experience, I would appreciate some acknowledgment that this feedback has been seen and considered.
