The scallops were also perfect, served over sunchoke puree with sunchoke chips. Our service though was minimal as it lacked the friendliness and engaging banter of experienced servers who worked there for years. Instead, it was just drive by service, with lots of pauses. The ambience is lovely...it feels high-end without being pretentious. Food choices provide something for everyone, including those with any kind of gluten sensitivity and other dietary restrictions. Our server was excellent and all of the food was outstanding. Personally, I thought that my salmon was one of the best pieces of cooked salmon I've ever had. (I prefer my salmon raw and tend to shy away from cooked salmon because it's usually overcooked and dry.)
