The level of service at this store left much to be desired, and I can only give it a two-star rating out of five. Upon entering the store, I noticed numerous employees wearing red and blue vests, but it seemed like nobody was willing to assist customers. This was a stark contrast to my past experiences where it was difficult to find any staff members. However, this time, it felt like there were plenty of employees present who simply weren't interested in helping. When I asked one of the employees where the tool section was, I received a dismissive response. He simply stated that the tools were in the tool section and started walking away. I had to insist on receiving clear directions, and even then, the employee pointed me to the front of the store without any specifics. Eventually, I managed to locate what I needed, but upon reaching the front of the store, I was thrown for a loop to find that there were no open cash registers. Instead, only self-serve checkout was available. This posed a problem for elderly customers who appeared lost and uncomfortable with the scanning process. It's disheartening that there wasn't a single open register as an alternative option. The lack of customer service and the absence of open registers left me questioning the state of customer support at this store. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience where customers feel valued and supported. I sincerely hope that Lowe's route 112 addresses these issues and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I feel It's crucial for businesses to understand the importance of providing helpful and friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience. BUT .. Maybe its just me

    We bought a condo and had to do close to a total reno. Most…read moreof what we needed we got from Lowes in Medford. They even replaced the bedroom windows. In March we decided to replace the 2 kitchen windows. The windows came in and installed with no problems....except. As they were leaving I notice there were no screens. They said they would order the screens. ONE MONTH later they call me to tell me my 2 screens are in are and they will come to install them. Gentleman comes and installs the screens. The only problem was the screen was about 2 inches too short. So they order 2 new screens. about 2 weeks ago they call and tell the screens are. The man comes, installs the screens and THEYT ARE STILL ABOUT 2" SHORT. I am going thru hell dealing with this. They said they will reorder the correct size and it will be shipped on JUNE 29. That's 3 months I can't open kitchen windows. I put a hold on payments and I have a feeling I'm going to end up in small claims court. DO NOT USE LOWES FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

The store was busy, she was helping multiple people at once, and she still provided great service to me while also taking care of the gentleman waiting for his paint. She handled the situation professionally and was very helpful. The checkout experience was very different. I went to purchase lawn seed that had a yellow sale tag, and the tag also indicated Ace members would receive an additional $1 off. Based on that, I expected it to be a good deal. There were two people behind the counter. One person was helping another customer, and the other man behind the counter yelled "next customer," which felt unnecessary given the small size of the store. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the interaction felt dismissive from the start. When I approached, he asked if I was an Ace member, I entered my phone number, and he proceeded to charge me $11 over the sale price. I pointed out the yellow sale tag on the shelf, and he rudely pointed out that it was last week's sale, which could be seen by the 4/28 date in tiny print. Today is 4/29, so I understand the sale had ended, but the sale tags were still up. Honestly, I did not notice the small date, and I relied on the sale sign that was still posted. He did not honor the sale price and seemed annoyed that I even asked about it. I always thought Ace was more customer friendly, but this experience was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment, explanation, or courtesy adjustment would have made a big difference. Based on this interaction, I guess I will have to shop elsewhere.

Young people should absolutely not be working here and neither should people who have absolutely no experience or knowledge on the products sold here. I came in here today and asked for help with a few projects I have at home. A young man helped me and he was nice but kept rushing through helping me and also didn't seem to know what to look for to actually help me find what I needed, he just pretended he knew what he was doing. He also didn't help me find specific things I needed by assisting me to the correct part of the aisles. He rushed me when I was paying as well so much that when I got home and looked in my bag ready to start my projects he didn't pack half of the things I bought. On top of that, he gave me the wrong screws. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
