    I needed a 40 inch flexible gas line for a hot water heater I had to. Stop the moving objects call customer service person Orlando, This Home Depot need to retrain associates to be helpful and not run responsibility. Orlando informed me that he works the plumbing department. But he couldn't find the 11 water heater gas Felx lines that he said was among the opening packages and this unorganized section. There's to quit to walk by a customer without offering help. Orlando walked away, never to return. I found what I was looking for by myself. I went to Lowe's and bought everything I needed.

    This is my first time coming to this location. The store is located in a very nice area. The landscaping on the outside is nice. But when you walk up to the store you are greeted by garage busing out of the garage can. It's looks bad. They are very organized in the inside of the store. We were there looking for a tool to cut brick. A young man by the name of Josh that worked there was very helpful. I would say he went above and beyond. We could not find the blade that we needed at first so we headed to the tool department to see what options we had. Josh came and found us and brought us the blade we needed. I'm happy that we didn't have to go anywhere else.

So, Monday comes the delivery guy calls says he will be at my house between 11-12. Ok, 1:37 hits, no delivery no call. We call, these slow bo's said they going out of business we can't deliver the dryer. Like what? Okay, cussed them out and asked for my money back. They had an attitude as if it was our fault we didn't get our dryer. Who does know they going bankrupt? It takes 6 mons to a year for Chapter 7 and 5 years for Chapter 13! They had the audacity to act as if they didn't know. They going out of business on Wednesday everything has to go! Just a bunch of idiots in how they do things was my issue.

    We purchased a fridge yesterday and it was delivered today not working. Once they plugged it in,…read morean error code came on and we were told to call the store for assistance. The delivery guys left, with our original fridge in tow. We called the store immediately and said we needed to speak with a supervisor which was not available and we were told would call back. Not trusting that, we decided to go in person to resolve the issue. After arriving to the store to ensure it was dealt with in a timely manner, we were told to wait 15-20min for the two supervisors to return. Once they returned, Maxine (supervisor) was less than helpful and exhibited not one ounce of customer service. We explained we just purchased a $1700+ fridge yesterday that was delivered less than two hours ago and it had an error message as soon as it was turned on. There was the same model still in store and she said we could exchange and pay the difference. Due to our trouble of waiting 2.5 hours (late delivery) and being sold a broken fridge, we wanted to just exchange for the remaining model evenly due to the trouble. We were told no. We then asked if we could just return and receive a refund to which we were told that was against store policy. Maxine continued to roll her eyes during the conversation and offer no assistance with fixing the issue of selling a broken product. Her last words to us were "I'm not going to sit here and argue with you" and walked away. No one was arguing but we were expecting more empathy from a manager who sold a broken product. Beware of purchasing items here as you will not get any assistance if there is an issue. The delivery guys took our fridge so we have no other option but to make this one work. The salesman told us if they deliver a non working appliance, they are supposed to bring it back to the store to make it easier for and exchange which didn't happen. We are returning customers however after this experience, we will no longer give this company any of our business.

    They only seem to care about the customer until they get your money. I purchased a machine in March…read moreof last year and it was in the shop more than I had it. They finally sent it back to the manufacturer for repair. After more than three months I finally got it back the third time and it was fixed but they insist that there was nothing wrong with the machine. The problem was that I was using it wrong. I have to use my left foot to operate it instead of my right foot. If this was the case, which I do not believe is the case, they should have been able to tell me this when I returned it the first time. They just don't want to take responsibility for the frustration and inconvenience I have suffered over the last year. After paying almost $8000 for a machine, I expected more from them.

    Unlike The Home Depot and Lowe's, they have employees that seem to actually want to work…read more Although I go to The Home Depot and Lowe's more frequently, it is only because those two are more conveniently located. I get the easy stuff at those locations. But when I have questions or need help finding the right product, I go to Howard Brothers where the employees make an effort to be knowledgeable of what they sell. Prices are a little higher, but you won't find yourself going back-and-forth exchanging what you purchased the first time making a return and purchasing the 'right' product on multiple trips. The Home Depot and Lowe's have gotten so bad, even the employees tell you to purchase 2 or 3 of something, try them all, keep the one that works, then return the ones that did not work. As far as that goes, I may as well just order stuff off websites which give you equally unhelpful knowledge of what you need. Yep, I'll continue to drive past The Home Depot and Lowe's to get to Howard Brothers when I know I need help or have questions purchasing the correct product the first time.
